This is the third or fourth time I have rented something from this location. They have always been great. Even though the area sometimes looks a little "rough," the employees have always been outstanding. I would recommend this for anyone of any age or gender.

I can certainly understand the business aspect of things, but there's way too much individualization of pricing going on with renting a truck for a couple hours. I'm already paying for the truck itself, and insurance, and gas, AND mileage too? Why can't one of those be included?

Was told that my trailer plug- in was faulty, took the truck to the dealership and was told that everything works fine. Had to reschedule a move for no reason. Besides that the trailer was fine.

The floor of the cargo section had just recently been painted. This made it very difficult to move anything because the furniture would stick to the floor. In addition, I marred the paint when moving the furniture and was worried about being charged an additional fee for messing up the paint despite my best efforts.

After putting gas in the truck, I still ended up paying for gas from U-haul. I should've taken pictures of the gas hand. Which was not directly on the half tank line. Not to mention I encountered some pretty rude workers as well!

The cab light did not work at all witch made it difficult to see in the back

My only complaint was email access on uhaul.com.

I was never walked around the truck (damage documentation). The damage that was documented I could not see and there was plenty other physical damage that was clearly seen but not documented. The truck was dirty inside like someone had spilled a drink on the floor and was sticky.

The easiest process I've ever had to go through. The online check-in had me on the truck in under 5 minutes, and when I returned the truck I was back in my car in under 5 minutes. The receipt was conveniently emailed to me to further expedite my move. Additionally, Cyril Smercansky, the general manager, was professional, polite, and straightforward- making my experience no less than exceptional. Will be a returning customer

Everything was wonderful - the staff is friendly and helpful - the equipment was clean and the loading dock for the storage area was great. I definitely would use the location again if I needed it.

Shawn was great to deal with and get set up with the rental on the day to pick up. Debra was a pleasure to talk to over the phone two days before pick up to reserve a truck.

Don't let a customer reserve a truck at the location if you don't have it

My pick-up experience was very positive, and shortly after arriving at the facility I was on my way. The truck worked well. My wife did mention that an additional dolly was affixed to the rear of the truck that I would have to pay for if I removed the zip lock that took up valuable space (our 20 foot truck was inadequate for our needs). We also had requested twelve moving blankets; six of these were on the bed of the truck, the other six were affixed to the side of the truck in a bag with a zip lock. In order to access these blankets, we had to find something with which to cut the zip lock, which wasn't easy, as we were moving. Turning in the truck, however, was a nightmare. I arrived sometime about 5:20 PM to find about four customers attempting to rent trucks. One of these customers had already been waiting for over a half hour (he had a 5 PM appointment). There were no sales people visible for the next fifteen minutes. I had been carrying heavy items since 10 AM that morning, and was ready to quit for the day. I took my paperwork out to the driveway, and eventually found an employee who was attempting to hook up a trailer to a woman's truck. I attempted to hand him my paperwork and my keys, whereupon he informed me that I needed to go back inside and wait like everyone else. I went back inside and contacted the company on my cell phone; meanwhile, my driver had located another employee outside who was apparently cleaning one of the returned trucks (he had a spray bottle in his hand) and apparently convinced him to assist customers. The employee that I was talking with on my cell phone asked to speak to the man at the counter; I handed him my phone and explained that U-Haul wanted to talk with him. He hit the "end" key on my phone, threw it down on the counter, and returned to helping a customer. I called U-Haul again, and was informed that I could slip the key into the slot (it falls to the floor inside the showroom, where we were), after taking photographs on my cell phone of the mileage and of the engine and the general condition of the truck. At that time, the other employee returned to the showroom and eventually began interacting with customers, numbering six or eight by that time. I was able to report to the counter, the first employee curtly told me to follow him out to the truck, he took the key and conducted his review, told me that my release would be on my e-mail and itemized my charges. Needless to say, I was not happy spending 45 minutes to turn in a truck that should have taken at the most five.

I dealt with Matthew. He was outstanding. It took less time for me to rent a truck than it usually takes me to order a double cheeseburger from most "fast" food places. Good job!

Way more efficient and clean than any other location we have used in the past!
