How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was very unsatisfied with the way that my things were handled with the way that I was treated I had a storage unit when I first got it I shouldn't have listened to the people they said oh you're not going to need any insurance nothing ever happened here not even a couple months later all my stuff gets moved to a new unit because it flooded mind you I had a bigger unit than what they moved my stuff to they put it in a smaller unit fine I finally go in to move my stuff out they threw my stuff in there any kind of way there's stuff that they put in bags that clearly got wet and is molded instincts I had a TV stand dresser thing that they let get wet and it completely got destroyed and when I was leaving it like oh you can't leave that here like I'm supposed to take it with me after they knew it was wet and messed up I had a pair of Ray-Bans they're just thrown on the floor and if you know Ray-Bans you know how much those calls those is all a thousand and up glasses just thrown on the floor my weights I had 11 lb weights both weights messed up the one is leaking the stuff the semen stuff that's in it the other one broke completely in half how do you break a cement weight completely in half by just throwing my stuff in there any old kind of way I'm very very very very dissatisfied I lost a lot of stuff there's a lot of shoes missing and they only said they threw away very little and I can't tell because I don't see none of my kids shoes and they had multiple of shoes my older daughter had over 30 pair of shoes barely found her shoes yet my stuff was thrown in there any kind of way very unhappy I don't care how late I was or anything like that I always end up paying it the last two months I just couldn't deal with it you got somebody talking to me crazy I paid for the one unit oh you ain't getting it here you ain't I'm not allowed to get in my other unit that I paid for you sound crazy y'all almost had a lawsuit ask for corporate number she gives me the scheduling number all of this is really it was bogus the stuff that was happening to me the manager Crystal I think her name is or Kristen she is the only one the one that is over that store she is the only one that has compassion respect I mean it may be a few other people but that other lady who is the assistant manager does not she's very rude she's very ignorant you don't know what people are going through and you're handling these people's things or providing the storage that is needed to hold people's lives in it and we shouldn't be treated like less than when something's not getting paid on time or being talked to like less than I really feel that she needs to be talked to I would never say I want someone to lose their job but she definitely needs to be talked to because that is not how you handle anybody
