Internationally gave me the older tow dolley when I said I wanted to drop it of at a different location near me. The tow dolley was not in working order due to that I was not able to use it. The ratchetts were in bad condition and would not engage properly and the straps were frayed at the end and very difficult to use.

Cargo door was jammed and difficult to open. My girlfriend was unable to open it without assistance making packing and unpacking a bit annoying. Driver side wiper was missing a significant hunk of the rubber that does the wiping part.

Everything it was horrible. The costumer service was terrible. Tre would help everyone but the person he was with. The store never had staff in it and if it did they were not paying attention. I will pay for the extra miles because I will never return to this location.

Gas level is 3 quarter full, when vehicle was provided! It is hard to gauge for filling just 3 quarter of the full tank gas! It will be better if full tank of gas is provided when vehicles were leased!

The online vehicle return was awful. It took over an hour, mostly because, I think, of how much available working memory it required on my phone. I first had to close all open apps to upload a single picture, then had to restart the process because the location sharing for the site was lost when the picture failed to share. This repeated several times each time there was an additional image to upload. I was able to get as far as the second image showing the vehicle was clean by closing things on my phone and decreasing the resolution of the images, but could not get past that with my phone. By then it had been 45 minutes, and my gf was there to get me and used her phone (which has more memory). Another 20 minutes or so to change her settings (she does not usually share location or allow web browser to access images) and get through the process. All this to avoid a $20 check in fee. If you cannot reduce the absurd memory requirements, you need to at least make them clear ahead of time so users can prepare. The vehicle was great, the staff was efficient, everything else was good. The online reservation was tedious but not enough for me to remember the details. But that online vehicle return was bad. Someone else came and returned a vehicle behind me while I was trying to do mine and gave me some suggestions, like decreasing the resolution of my camera, which helped me get further, but not complete the process. He was familiar with the process and it still took him around 20 minutes.

They barely put gas in the truck, and somehow when I returned it they was trying to charge me!!!! So glad that I took a picture before I pulled off the lot earlier that day. Both guys were rude at pickup and drop off. Will never use U-haul services again if I can help it.... I'll give my money to Penske instead.

Please keep the inventory updated. The online pick showed me different vehicle and I was given keys to a different vehicle which caused me delay at the counter. The agents are not welcoming and nice.

I called 11-07-2020 to rent a trailer. The representative Travonte Redmond answered the phone and was very rude. When I went to the establishment I parked in an area that I had always known to be available parking. I put my mask on and went inside to be told by the same person to read the door. There are several signs on the door so I was not in the mood to play this game. I ask the gentleman at least 3 times what is that he wanted me to know because my mask was on therefore what else do I need to read from the door. He was of no help and continued to be rude. Finally I said am I parked in the wrong spot to which he replied yes. I told him he could have just told me that. When I was in line with the other customer representative I told him how he acted and it was uncalled for. He said we could talk outside and I let him know that is fine. Then I proceed with my rental with the young lady whom I might ask answered the questions that I asked him early when putting down my reservation. Such as if I have for 24 hours and I want to bring it back earlier what happens seeing as it does not have keys like the trucks. She let me know if no one was there is would be a $20 fee I said thank you and let her know that is what I asked him but he said everything but that and was rude while doing it. Then I was to meet her outside to get the trailer and Trevonte Redmond made her stay inside therefore I had to wait longer to do what I was trying to do so that he could come outside and argue with me. I let him know further that he was wrong on the phone, wrong when he asked me to read signs whether than just telling me, he was wrong to make me wait for him when she could have had me out already, he was wrong for not having enough patience for his customers, and he was wrong for talking to me without his mask pulled up. To which he replied that he was outside and did not have to have his mask pulled up. I brought the trailer back that same night. He made me wait inside for him when I was the next in line. Then rather than coming back to check me out he went to my cousin and had him drive around completely avoiding me which my cousin should not drive because he has no license but he did it at the direction of Trevonte Redmond. Further when he finally came back inside to check me out he went behind the counter answered texts, then he finally lifted his head to acknowledge me and asked me was that it and I say was that it what. He said you brought the trailer back that is all. This was really rude and took all I had to just leave. This is the second time that I have gone to this establishment and had such shitty customer service. The first time was nothing compared to this young man's actions, vulgarity, and irreprehensible actions towards a customer.

I am an asthma and Allergy sufferer. On yesterday I rented a van to gather the last of my mother's things from her apartment. I did a thorough check on the outside and then proceeded to sit on the inside. A few minutes later my allergies and my asthma started acting up. I looked around the inside of the van to see what could be triggering this and noticed there was animal hair all over the seat. I immediately removed myself from the van and notified one of the team members. They gave me another vehicle but I found it difficult for the next few hours to complete my tasks in a timely manner because of the flare-up I was dealing with. This morning I am still having difficulty bouncing back from yesterday's ordeal. Moving forward, I will suggest that in the process of cleaning your vehicles that they take the time 2 look at the seats, clean them and sanitize them as well. We cannot control what a person puts into your vehicles. But we can control How they are clean and sanitized especially during this season of covid-19.

Most of your staff was not wearing a mask properly. I saw several noses, people putting their masks on as I approached, and folks eating at the front desk. Please put safety and consideration of high-risk customers first.

Multiple employees were not wearing masks, and if they were they were not wearing them properly. Customers were also not wearing masks properly. I stayed outside and tried to complete my reservation outside for over an hour. When I told them I was not comfortable coming into the store because they were not wearing masks, employees scoffed and laughed at me. It was an awful experience.

I was charged an after hour fee when I dropped the truck off at 7:05 am and key was taken by an employee who was outside. Additionally, when I attempted to return the truck there was a van blocking the entrance, so I had to pull the truck in through the exit in the incorrect lane. I drove the truck less than 20 miles and was charged for 33 miles. When I picked up the truck the truck was dirty and I returned the truck exactly how I picked it up and got charged for the cleaning. Also when I picked up the truck, the employee/manager did not come outside to look over the truck and there was no other customers waiting.

I rented a 20 truck and a car trailer. They recommended that I can leave the trailer behind and com pick it up later after the truck if full to make it easier to load the truck. When I came back no one could tell I rented a trailer. The person I spoke with earlier had to explain it to him. You should make it easier for employees to tell.

I was trying to return the vehicle using the online option, but for some reason the "Locations" feature would not confirm where I was even though "Locations" was turned on. There should be an option to physically enter the address of the return location if the issue was to continue. If the location issue occurs there is no other way to bypass this glitch other than returning the vehicle from inside the location. And when I went inside to return the vehicle I had to wait 30 minutes due to the line inside before I received assistance.

The van was in bad condition on its exterior, numerous large scrapes. Slight smell of cigarettes in the interior and the rear view mirror was broken and dangled around the whole trip which was disturbing. Tried to call several times and never got through because of being placed on hold excessively. I always liked this location but will try another next time.

While I had a good experience with all the people I interacted with, when I was returning my equipment one of the men in the store was being extremely rude and unhelpful, (borderline racist) to two other customers. I believe his name was Travis. Also the trailer I received was badly dinged up on the outside. The fender was so badly bent it was nearly scraping the wheel on one side.

I was scheduled for 8 am pickup on a Sunday. It is obviously not open so I assumed 24/7 pickup would work. It did not. When it opened, I informed the person working that I had an 8am pickup and his response was "You didn't do it yesterday or else it would have been in the system and we couldn't have closed the store." I informed him that I completed the reservation it two weeks ago, to which he tries to argue that it wasn't in the system the night before. I just want a truck, I have people at the house waiting, getting paid by me for an hour while I sit in the parking lot, why in God's name are we arguing and not getting this truck? Finally, I just say "Okay, I just need a truck." He prints out my contract (which was clearly in the system since I offered zero information). I leave, the rest of the day is fine. I just didn't anticipate the useless bickering over absolutely nothing when I just want to leave. I guess I don't want to work Sunday mornings either.

I reserved at truck with an agent on the phone. When I got to the location, I was told that they didn't have ANY trucks available bigger or smaller. I decided to wait around be my move had to happen on Saturday. Three trucks ended up coming in but I was told they were all were reserved. One more truck ended up coming in that was smaller that I was told I could have. It end up talking me twice as long to move because I had to make more trips
