Irene BI had written a whole paragraph about my experience and it somehow didn’t stay . But I didn’t know that I had to be there at the exact time of rental. I ended up taking a 15 foot truck and it was the worst ride ever. The truck was loud and acted like the transmission was going out. It chugged up hills and going down it felt like it downshifted into low. I wasn’t able to see over the steering wheel and I had to use a pillow. I have no cartilage in my neck so I brought pillows in case of discomfort but this ride was beyond discomfort. My neck a hands are still sore. I know that the price of gas is high but I went by the chart on how much to put in it and it cost me 200$ to fill it plus the extra for a truck and not a van which was still in the parking lot when I returned. I think that 500$ is way too much money for this type of service. The van could have been used and I felt like I was lied to about the van because I didn’t show up at 9 . It was stated when I returned for the rear view mirror to be adjusted one guy said well we will have to give you the van. Everyone there seemed to have a joke about the mirrors on the truck saying I just needed to look forward. The truck was so loud we could hardly hear each other talk or hear the radio. Very rough ride for me that I think wasn’t necessary, only because I wasn’t there at 9 and the van sat there before and after I returned. I felt it was to make more money and to be smart butts
PATRICIA MUHaul on Northpoint was excellent . The employees were friendly, courteous and took the extra time to make sure I could drive the van with confidence. The same cannot be said for the app which never worked with broken links and buttons that led to nowhere.

Randolph BThe process to rent the truck was easy. Also, it didn't take very long to get the paperwork done and be on my way with the truck. I would inform renters whether the truck they are renting is front wheel or all wheel drive. I was pleased with the staff's service and the ease of renting the truck.

SARAH LI have used uhail storage facilities short term many times. When I needed a long term storage solution y'all was an easy choice. Jordan made sure we had the best unit for our needs. JULIE LWe are a small non-profit animal rescue. This truck was used for an in-town pickup for 4 hours. The cost in my opinion is excessive for the time used and milage. We will seek other options in the future.

I was returning a 26 foot long rental and getting moved into the storage unit. Everything was handled efficiently and effectively. I cannot thank this team enough for welcoming to the Zanesville area.

JAMES WI returned the vehicle after hours and the information provided to return the unit was not clear at the location. I didn't have my paperwork with me. It would have been easier if the sign where the vehicle was parked in the return would be clearer.

Cannot praise him enough! The staff at the Zanesville facility were top notch and extremely helpful to us! The delivery schedulers were polite and flexible as well when we needed to move our delivery and pickup dates. Great experience overall and will highly recommend your company to friends and family.

The building is clean and secure. They provide wheeled carts for moving everything to your unit. The gentleman at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this u-haul storage to others.
John F | First ImpressionsMy truck rental was the biggest problem! Very unsafe. I’m not sure how you all check the trucks after a rental but I tell you someone did not check the truck I had! I’m very thankful it held up for 450 miles. Maybe the day early that I turned it it you can use the rental money to make it safe for the renter. Very disappointed!
