How does 7 miles equal to 2 gallons of gas. Thats crazy ridiculous. Getting charged for 2 gallons of gas for a 7 mile trip is not even possible. I will never rent from uhaul again.

Wesley CYes the U-Haul app was not working and had to customer service help. Also the lock box’s at the location have all the numbers are rubbed off. That made it hard to get the keys out they pad locks need replaced.

Jeff DEveryone was very friendly, but the store itself was very overcrowded with stuff, which creates a safety hazard should there be an emergency.

Seriously, she could wait 5 minutes till I was gone to take a puff. Other than that it would of been 5 stars. The guy that did my rental and hooked it to my truck was great.
Matthew YIt was expensive. $19.95 plus the $1.ish per mile. Only used it 32 miles. With all the fees it came out to almost $100. Only had it for 3ish hours not even the 6 I needed it for.

Robert DThe app was not user friendly at all. I needed to drop off after hours and had issues signing in. It took a lot longer than necessary for returning. In addition to that, an employee showed up and told me not to bother doing any signing out on the app but to just let employees do it in the morning. It was all rather confusing.

Mark SFor trailers maybe you can provide tire chocks for when it is needed to remove the trailer for any length of time. I had to place a brick under the tires and set the trailer on a log so it didnt touch the ground. Was a little weird but it worked.

JOSEPH PI dropped the truck off. Everything was fine. An hour and a half later. I was charged a $150 cleaning fee. Made up excuse as to why. Employee was extremely rude. And now I’m fighting to get my $150 back over a bogus BS lie. Will never use U-Haul

Douglas CPick up truck was clean and much nicer than I expected. Not your old U-Haul vehicle with crank windows and no-frills. Staff was efficient at start and finish. I knew the guy who I returned the vehicle to so this location gained additional credibility when I saw he was working there.
