I have rented U-Haul's for years and this is the first time that I actually had a bad experience the customer service was horrible everyone acted like they didn't wanna be at their jobs and intern was taking it out on your customers when I called customer service they completely ignored my situation and try to fix it by giving me some free miles not what I wanted at all. Allen at your re- Scheduling call center was A nightmare and would not let me talk to a supervisor that could potential he help me with my situation.Christiana D.

I have been passed around from different Uhaul locations and phone numbers as well. I made several trips to different locations. There are several notes in regards to my experience, and I got brushed off again. I understand we all have our limits from having years of management and customer service experience. However, there was a lack of communication, and the manager was more defensive than helpful. Being in customer service myself for many years and being on the other end, I ensure I carry a friendly tone. They lack basic customer service skills. Not once did the manager apologize or offer solutions. I had to guide them to a solution.Hector P.

It's a shame now that the U-Haul was stolen & recovered all of the sudden I owe over $1000 but if I could have turned it in myself it would have been less than $200. I will be disputing this to the fullestjill T.

I had to go back to this location three times to get my Hitch installed. I had the appointment for three weeks and TWICE they didn't have the equipment they needed to install my hitch and the second time they sent me to Walmart to get the part for them. They gave me the incorrect part information to purchase at Walmart. They wasted a lot of my time this week and they were very unprepared.Meagan A.

I was quoted $350 to install hitch and wiring for my Kia Sedona. I show up and am informed that it would cost me $425 to have installed. I showed 3 employees the emailed quote from Uhaul and a manager told me I could pay the $425 or cancel the appt. I was told it was â€œnot their faultâ€ and that the quote was wrong. Fine. But don't expect the customer to cover $75 of company oversight and malfeasance.! After the job was finished, I asked if they included the hitch receiver and ball as I was told over the phone when I scheduled the visit. The cashier didn't know. I checked the van. No hitch receiver, no ball. Another $50 for receiver, receiver pin, and ball. I am so disappointed in Uhaul as a company and their employees for not taking more ownership!Nathan S.

This location had no knowledge we were to return the truck to them, We were to only return the tow to this location. Then when we did return the truck we were charged for over mileage because we still had things we needed to unload but this location had no storage units it was for equipment returns only which we had not been informed. That's when we had to ride around to find a storage unit causing them to charge us $121.00 YUCK!!!!!Lonnie M.

I was quoted $148.00 dollars for the hitch installation which is what I paid at one of your other stores in Las Vegas. This store charged me 3 hours labor or $270 but they called me 1.5 hours after I dropped off the car to tell me it was done.Never will I use U-haul again and I will tell everyone I know about this BS.James M.

Only thing I can say is on the auto lift when we retuned it you charged me 10 dollars to unhooked it and my husband unhooked it himself and lowered the car down?? So that was a shady deal! 10 bucks is 10 bucks shame on this!MARY R.

The experience with ubox and uhaul was amazing. I didn't want to drive my own stuff across the country and a friend told me of ubox. Wow what a great experience. Nothing was damaged. Everything came perfectly set as I put in the box. Plus my stuff got to me 11 days earlier than expected. The woman who dropped off my boxes was super friendly and professional. Even though I checked my truck back in online, the staff the next day said I didn't and charged me $20. I also filled it up with gas and they still charged me for 3 gallons for an additional $35! The girl at counter just laughed it off and would not even entertain a refund. It was like a â€œNextâ€ take a # we don't care at the Vegas location, where Bluffdale's check out experience was completely opposite.Curtis S.

I did an after hours drop off. Make sure you have cellphone service and a phone that can get on the internet and use the uhaul equipment app or they will charge you 20$ service fee. I was refunded the 20$ after I filed a complaint.Breona W.
