Nobody wanted to help us get the car off the trailer which wouldn't come off without damaging the vehicle. A U-HAUL employee incorrectly helped us put the vehicle on the trailer in Austin.

This location had no knowledge we were to return the truck to them, We were to only return the tow to this location. Then when we did return the truck we were charged for over mileage because we still had things we needed to unload but this location had no storage units it was for equipment returns only which we had not been informed. That's when we had to ride around to find a storage unit causing them to charge us $121.00 YUCK!!!!!

Only thing I can say is on the auto lift when we retuned it you charged me 10 dollars to unhooked it and my husband unhooked it himself and lowered the car down?? So that was a shady deal! 10 bucks is 10 bucks shame on this!

The experience with ubox and uhaul was amazing. I didn't want to drive my own stuff across the country and a friend told me of ubox. Wow what a great experience. Nothing was damaged. Everything came perfectly set as I put in the box. Plus my stuff got to me 11 days earlier than expected. The woman who dropped off my boxes was super friendly and professional. Thank you uhaul for having such a great service and employees.

Even though I checked my truck back in online, the staff the next day said I didn't and charged me $20. I also filled it up with gas and they still charged me for 3 gallons for an additional $35! The girl at counter just laughed it off and would not even entertain a refund. It was like a “Next” take a # we don't care at the Vegas location, where Bluffdale's check out experience was completely opposite.

Large crates blocking entry, nearly scraped both my truck and trailer. Personnel did not really care how bad of facility the maintained took 3 tries to enter the drop area. Unbelievable!

I cannot over emphasis how this location is the complete opposite from the Medford location. The rep's were very friendly, helpful and kind.

I did an after hours drop off. Make sure you have cellphone service and a phone that can get on the internet and use the uhaul equipment app or they will charge you 20$ service fee. I was refunded the 20$ after I filed a complaint.

I specifically said I did not want the insurance and she added it anyway. Also there was no preinspection but there was a post inspection, you can't hold a customer accountable for damages found in a post inspection if there was no pre inspection.

On Sat May 29th, My son made reservation for truck 3 weeks in advance. Day of pickup was told, they over booked and no more trucks. The Uhaul employee didn't even try to appear apologetic. Offered $50 for inconvenience. This did not help, since we all took off work to help on that day to move. Luckily I had my pickup and was able to rent a trailer. After completing paperwork, went out back to pick up trailer. The trailer # assigned was gone. Uhaul employee helping us found another trailer same size. He stated he would switch the number in the office and contract. Came back in 5 hours, returned trailer. I haul employee asked for my email address and sent me the receipt. Four days later received a call from Uhaul wanting to know if I was going to return the trailer. I checked my email for the receipt and noticed I had someone else's receipt. I explained the details to Nicholas. He stated he would check video and also stated he figured out what occurred. He stated he would call me back the next day. I never received a call. I called back and no one picked up the phone at 1900 Decatur Ave Las Vegas. I talked to Corp office explained everything again. They stated they would place a claim to area manager. Reference # 3209735. In meantime my wife was still getting charged everyday, and Corp stated there was nothing they could do. So on Friday my wife and I went to location. Asked for manager, the Uhaul employee at counter asked “what's the problem?” Wow!! Explained issue, provided all paper work. We asked for Nicholas, she stated he was not in and current manager was in training. She left came back and stated she talked to Nicholas and he stated he would investigate on Saturday, June 5th. I informed her my wife was still being bill daily on her credit card. I informed her we were not leaving until resolved. She ended up refunding entire amount. I don't know what kind of business model this is but it is definitely not a business model concentrating on guest services. I am an exec at one of the largest casino resort in the Las Vegas Strip, first rule, don't overbook. When we were signing for trailer, four people came in as walk in business. Here is a little advice, Look up reservation in dictionary and live by this. I will buy a truck before using Uhaul ever again.

The gas hand on the vehicle was malfunctioning causing me to put more gas than I need to put in the tank after I had already put gas in the tank. Your personnel saw that the gas hand was faulty and still wanted to charge me surcharges and gas fees. Please fix your trucks and train your crew

The guy Chris that checked me in was wonderful. When I called to do the checkout I was on hold for 30 minutes then she said everything was fine and I won't be charged a late fee because I was on time. The next day I get an email with a late fee on it. The customer service overall was horrible. Nobody ever picks up the phone and when they do they transfer you and it starts all over.

Well if you guys can lower your rental price a little more that would be just absolutely great. But as everything stands as it is already I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart at how low and reasonable all your price choices are and how smoothly and stress free the whole experience was. Again thank you very much for making it all so easy and we'll see each other again the next time I move well unless I can get myself a vehicle but either way you guys are awsome thank you

Corporate needs to honor reservations that have been booked well in advance. My reservation was not available and I was not notified until less than 12 hours before I was scheduled to pick up. Instead, I had to travel 30 miles out of my way to get 2 small trucks instead of the 1 large I had reserved. Uhaul is terrible and I will never do business and will tell anyone that will listen about my last experience.

Everything was great and easy. The staff at the 1900 S Decatur is very nice and helpful. It took a few minutes to pick it up and even quicker to return the truck. The truck was super clean, very new and rides wonderful. I would rent there again.
