I put the same amount of gas to match gauge status in the vehicle prior to returning. Still charged me $30 for fuel service. I travelled within a 3 mile radius all in the 89102 area. I have photos of before and after vehicle use so this uhaul office just ripped me off.

I’ve rented trucks from this location before and brought the truck back after closing and was not ever charged for 2 days. I know not to use this location ever again.

Very sweet and extremely competent employees. The trucks are older but that's not a huge issue. The odometer is concerning because the measurements, it seemed to track on miles quicker than what the actual miles are. But other than that it was not a bad experience.

Give clearer directions as to where your assigned truck is located, especially if your customer is an elderly woman using a cane. Possibly call someone to the desk to help?

Physical location did not take card. Had to get a truck through the app. Frustrating process to login and was on the phone for a long time. The truck as I returned it was difficult to put into park from neutral. Stressful at times.

I would just like to commend how patient and accommodating the front desk staff were as well as the staff assigned to check and clean the van when I returned it. They were all very efficient and polite. I particularly would like to thank Edwin and Tommy who were very kind, compassionate and very professional. They are great asset to the company. Thank you very much for your assistance when I needed help. Thank you again!

Only issue…the person who received my trailer could not print receipt. I had to call U-Haul 800 number to get a receipt copy emailed to me which took 3 hours to receive.

When I turned in my truck one day early, we were charged $119. They charged me over $90 for 10 of the blankets. The blankets. There was no disclosure at the time of the rental in Las Vegas that the blankets were going to cost me over $90 if I didnt return them. I had two packs of blankets and was charged $10 for the rental and yet I’m charged $90 for not returning them? The lady helping us suggested we needed two packs of blankets. I didn’t even want to get the blankets. But really 90 some dollars for those paper thin blankets?! Also, we filled up the tank to the exact amount of mileage where we turn the truck in and yet they charged us for gas. Really sketchy. I asked the lady when I returned the truck if we could return the blankets in a week, and she said no she was going to charge us for them Kind of upset because nobody told us we were going to get charged over $90 for two packs of blankets. Come on Uhaul I have rented trucks from you for over 20 years and this is by far the shadiest experience I have ever had with Uhaul in the past whenever there was a problem Uhaul made it right. Please have someone call me and tell me that you will make this right with those blankets. Thank you.

We received the wrong iinormation for returning the truck. We were stuck at a drop off location for an 1.5 hrs trying to get clarifiction to complete the drop off. Was a total nightmare.

They didn't have an appliance dolly which we paid for, only furniture dolly. Someone was there earlier than opening time to help us which was great.

The inside of the truck smelled awful. Also, they had the gas marked as full when it was about halfway, so on the other end we got charged. Luckily we had a photo and solved it over the phone, but it was an unnecessary headache. We weren’t told about the additional miles charge as we had originally booked a trailer but switched to a truck, so we were surprised to see that on the other end too. The last thing we got charged for was tax, which was $9, while the additional miles was $6. Obviously it was miscalculated, but if we hadn’t called it wouldn’t have gotten handled. It felt like we were getting nickled and dimed from U-Haul and it was not a pleasant experience.

The truck was fine, customer service was average but the pricing is absolutely outrageous and I’m surprised yall are able to be so greedy and price gouge so much. Shame on you. We had an emergency and had to rent a stupid U-Haul and it ended up costing almost $5500…insane. $1.00 a mile is just stupid. Way to go. Hope you feel good about yourself. At being a firefighter I make an honest living. I don’t make much (that’s why I work 3 jobs) but it’s honest and fair, unlike your sh*tty company. Thanks for ripping me off.

Better inspection of your trailers and add a trailer jack wheel. If someone is having vehicle troubles they should be able to drop the trailer if need be. As with my trailer when I got to my house to load the tire was completely flat looks like the rim on the inside was bent not sure if that was a cause or not. Had the trailer 3/4 full and the door wouldn’t go down turns out the spring bar was stripped and broken then the back wood bar on the inside of the trailer the screws came out, turns out those screws are also stripped and when I was on the balcony I saw there was duct tape on top of the roof of the trailer. This isn’t my first Uhaul trailer but it is my last.

Doors needed to be closed with more force than is normal even for a truck in order to close completely. The cargo door was hard to lift open and pull closed. Only one location in a big city offering a one-way rental truck. Makes no sense to be called a one way truck and then for a long distance haul to not have cruise control. My foot went numb and ached holding down the gas pedal for hours. No power locks or windows and the in-cab lights overhead did not light up the cab when the door was opened, had to turn on manually once inside and make sure to turn off manually. A gentle ride? That would be questionable.I felt nearly every bump and pot hole in the road on this low mileage truck. Would I rent again for a long haul with U-haul? I’d at least check other companies first before making U-haul my choice. For local runs, U-haul with likely continue to be first choice.

The driver side tire was bad it had like oval tire. I went to Utah 5 hours driving the whole car was shaking jumping once I hit the freeway. Very disappointed . I stopped by St. George U-Haul it was closed Saturday 3 pm so nobody could help me , I drove back and forward like that
