Aleah DAll of the staff at this facility are very helpful, but Carlos and Brianna truly stood out. I was going through a difficult situation moving my mom in and out of an assisted living facility, and they treated me with patience, understanding, and genuine care the entire time. Brianna reassured me when I was stressed about timing, and Carlos was incredibly kind and professional when I came in to wrap everything up. They made a tough day a lot easier, and I really appreciate the way they handled everything. Great customer service all around.

Clyde HI rented a 15’ U-Haul truck and experienced what appeared to be a serious brake or mechanical malfunction. While the brake pedal was fully depressed, the truck still began moving forward. I had to react immediately and throw the truck into park to stop it before it hit the vehicle in front of me. Had I not been an experienced Gen-X driver who grew up driving older vehicles and reacting quickly under pressure, this could have easily resulted in an accident. A rental truck should never be released to a customer unless the braking system and basic safety controls are fully inspected and functioning properly. I’m grateful no one was injured and no vehicle was hit, but this was a dangerous situation that needs to be taken seriously. U-Haul should immediately inspect that truck and review its maintenance and safety procedures before renting it again.
Jared BTruck was allegedly full of fuel, we drove it 16 miles and it took 6.2 gallons to fill it. Either it gets less than 3 mpg, or I was lied to about the fuel level.
Marvin CThe front left wheel shocks and front end was totally messed up. If I didn't load already I would have brought it back. Took me twice as long to get from A to B. Only 16 miles took forever.

Cecilia Donline booking and pickup location service were all excellent. Uhaul is making good use of technology. Van rented was very up to date, new model.
William FWas given permission to take it to Las Vegas then the local Las Vegas Decatur lot lied and took it away after given permission to bring it to las Vegas and will be getting hold of a lawyer and suing for that and the dolly totaling my truck out the black lady there and another lady and the tow guy are running a scam out of there

John IMileage charged looked a little high. Return process was done quickly and it appears they arbitrarily calculated mileage without looking at the exact miles. Was so busy I couldn't double check. Equipment was not available at the store that I had reserved.

Bradley BThe manager on this location have a bad attitude all the time I was there a couple months ago trying to get a U-box they don’t even want to show me the u box they told me I have to pay for the u box to have access to open the door and show me the u box I , so I drive to my next close Uhaul location on 2100 west bonanza in Las Vegas Nevada it was a different story the manager was nice and friendly to show me the u box . Ten I was there last week to rent a pick up truck they told me if I drive more the 150 mile the rate is gonna be $0.50 cents per mile and they charge me the same price she thinks is the owner talking crazy I hope you guys take the time to read this and pay attention with the girl as manager real bad service embarrassingly the name of the company pay attention she have a bad service on , I hope she can read this too so she can remember how bad is her service …. Anaida MHave more staff at the counter and in equipment handling. The person at the counter was taking care of three customers at a time and doing a great job at it definitely deserves a raise. Every employee I met was kind courteous and helpful. They were just working very hard because of understaffing. They never complained about it but I know it puts a strain on a person. Other than that I had a wonderful experience renting from u haul

Jeffery FEach representative of the company that assisted me both when picking up the trailer and when returning the trailer provided the best in customer support. When I walked in, one employee immediately addressed me and let me know someone would be right with me. Then, someone was right with me. That employee was very professional and helped me with renting a trailer. Very quick and very friendly. The gentleman in the back quickly hooked up the trailer, he was knowledgeable, skilled and courteous. When returning the trailer, the very same lady the first acknowledged me in the morning again assisted me, unhooking the trailer promptly and very courteously. Both visits were very pleasant. I’d recommend this location to anyone needing a service this U-Haul provides. Thank you.

We’ll send somebody out for you” 2 days later return trailer “would you like receipt email or printed, email, okay good to go” 4 hrs later “ hello we are calling to see when you are returning your trailer” not mad, just needs help.

Lauren BI was told the truck was well maintained, but truthfully I did not get the equipment I wanted and the 178,000 mile plus truck I was given was clean but ready for the junk yard. The staff assisting me with the rental awesome but the return was like dealing with the most disinterested employees and was never welcomed back and I had to seek out those employees and they made me feel like I was bothering them by timely returning the equipment!!
