Lisa CThe price for the U-Haul was $19.95 I ended up with an estimate of $84.. for 24 hours, I paid $120… Real shit you can just pay your people that have a truck less than that, What I should’ve did.. so people take the time and think if you have a person with a truck.. it’s better off to ask your people before you go to U-Haul..

Myrna MLady had told me I could return the U-Haul by 630 pm the next day and only get charged for one day. Turns out I had to have it in by 1 pm and got charged an extra day when I wasn’t even using it. Went to ask if there was anything they could do and they said no. Went a total of 11 miles. Little ridiculous.

Emily SThere was a problem with the right outside rear view mirror that I did not realize until I left the location, and I was already on the freeway so I had to fix it myself, which was doable but it was a little sketchy because the mirror kept flopping around and I was already several miles away from the location but besides that everybody was extremely kind and helpful.
francis vThe lady who checked me in provided the greatest experience I have ever had at a Uhaul location. I own my own business and it is incredibly difficult to find someone as great at customer service as she is. I wish I could remember her name, but she was Excellent to deal with.

I had to go back inside and get this situation straight. I was given the size I paid for without any type of apology. Would not recommend this site. The manager handled my check-in.

MARX MManagement and staff behind the counter are unprofessional, rude, and self entitled. Female Caucasian Manager with the misguided Egyptian cross tattoo for this department is incompetent for the position. Heavyset African American Lady was condescending after Identity theft was allowed using my information declining my rental , she was making up lies and covering for their crimes trying to gaslight me and belittle me while I'm on the phone trying to resolve this unexpected issue on speaker. Your business would be more efficient with replacing inside office staff. On the opposite spectrum the workers doing All the work outside with the trucks for pick up and getting ready for rental are extremely professional and courteous. They deserve a raise.

Christopher SIm sure the drop off location was better than the pick up location wouldnt know never made it because THE TIRE EXPLODED.....COULDNT DRIVE IT BECAUSE THE AXL WAS ABOUT TO SNAP.......but the guy did call me on monday and he was wayyyyyy more helpful and pleasnt to talk too. UHAL YOU GUYS ARE MESSING UPPP BIGGGGG TIME, need a refund for this hassle and unpleasant experience not to mention almost dieing.....OH YEAHHH THE STERRING WHEELE LOCKED ON ME!!!!! LUCKLY OT WASNT ON A TURN.......ALMOST DIED TWICE!!!!!!!!!!!

GLORIA DYour employees at the front counter mean to be retrained. I had three of your workers help me in the span of a few minutes because not one single person knows enough to do the job to completion. Then I was given keys to a truck that was buried behind the Vans and pickup trucks. Had to go back in to get a new key and new paperwork to match the new vehicle. Not a pleasant experience whatsoever. Won't be going back
Brittanie N1st tow trailer not working. had to return 4 hours later to yet another tow trailer with a broken strap. Rep assured it would work.. it did not. Had to spend 1 hour on the phone with customer service to get it fixed/replaced. By now it's 8pm in the evening after packing up our entire house and needing to get on the road by 5am. To begin this was not the location I rented from, it was 20 mins from my home.. which added 1 hour to our moving plans. My movers arrived 45 mins before my husband return with truck due to trailer issues on first visit.. therefore I owed them an additional hour.
william DThe check in people were great. Handled the tush of people great. But when it was time to hook up my trailer the guy was no place to be found. Waited a long time and drove around a couple times looking. He had to pull the last trailer out of a long row of trailers. I helped him move them because I was now running late. He rammed the trailer into the back of my car and cracked my bumper. Then he forgot to tighten the trailer. Couple blocks away the trailer came off the hitch. Thank god it was not worse. The kid had no customer service skills. Acted like he didn’t want to be there. Did not apologize for damaging my vehicle. The kid who checked us in and we told this story to seemed dis interested as well. Pretty disappointing. I’ve always been a happy customer till now. I own several businesses and would be embarrassed if my employees acted as such.

Charolyn JI spend too much money with you to be harassed by the day laborers walking your lot pretending to direct traffic. I did not appreciate my wife being blocked and told where to park while being solicited for work. I did not deserve accusations of racism for asking politely then telling several men to move away from my now intimidated wife. I realize that it is easier look the other way and I see value in the services offered (I happily hire workers - when needed) but manager Michael should either control the situation or hire a uniformed lot attendant for security or call the police.

Christina DSystem computers did not work employees more into flirting with each other gross not fun to have to watch its nasty and I did not drop off at 2:30 it was 12:30 and I picked up at 10:30 and why do you have self check in it doesn’t work ever I still have to check in with employees

gregory hThe paperwork they gave me said the gas tank was at 3/4. But didn't talk to me about that, or show me it on the contract. They just said to take a photo of the gas and mileage. The tank was right between half a tank and 3/4. So I had to go back to the gas station and fill up more, and check it, then put in more, and check it and then I put in too much. It was a very frustrating end to what had been a smooth encounter.

RENEE MThis location took care of me after the location that I picked the first truck up gave me a hunk of junk. I picked the truck up from one place then I had to drive across town to pick up the tow dolly. After I left I discovered the brakes were bad and the steering wheel shook when I hit the brakes. When I got to this location I asked if they could get me a different truck and they did. Thank you very much!
