There was a little bit of a back up inside, but I understand that happens. My issue was with the personnel outside. My loader came out with no pen and asked to borrow mine, and then took it. He was also on the phone with someone the entire time. The employee had one earbud in and was talking the entire time. After he left i checked inside the trailer, just for precaution, and there was dirt all pushed to the nose of the trailer, and trash paper in there as well. I didn't bother to ask him to clean it as he was long gone, and just swept it when i got home.Wesley F.

When I for back to return the trailer I found our they never hooked up the lights so I drove around town for 3 hours or so with no blinker break lites nothing..... They need to slow down and pay attention a little better to detail and so do I I should have also checked no checks for brake lights or blinkers when getting the trailer they were kind of busy but still should be no excuse on their part or mineMichael D.

The personnel was great and super helpful. My only complaint was that I had to drive across town to pick up and drop off truck. Uhaul also sent me to a location to drop off truck that was not open for business yet. But the people at the location were great.April P.
Lady at the counter , who took over for the man who was helping us , was rude ! We are not from here and had no idea that there was a side street that we had to go onto to get our trailer and she was very rude when we asked her to explain what she meant .LISA W.

When you type your info on the Internet then pick the trailer that you want it deletes all of the information you typed in. Why can't you have a account saved On your website? Then pick a trailer, instead of going through pages of "do you want storage, Dolly's, help moving or your house remodeled."Dino L.
Customer service in the office wasn't very attentive or helpful when I was asking about the self pick up. Another rep was asking a question about her customer, so his attention was more to help her than me. He could've at least said," Let me help my colleague real fast." Or something to at least make me feel like I wasn't being ignored. I just went ahead and figured it out on my own. I ordered a dolly for the 2 days I had the truck, but there wasn't a dolly in the truck. I called uhaul as soon as I noticed there wasn't a dolly. The rep said she would take note of it. When I returned the truck I informed the rep who was doing the check out about the dolly situation. He said I shouldn't get charged for it. I received my receipt and seen the $14 charge for the dolly. Called and online chatted about the situation. They both said it's noted and someone from the store that I got the uhaul from should be contacting me within 72 hours. They contacted me the same day and told me they refunded me and sorry for the inconvenience. I received an email about my refund and it was only for one day + tax, which is $7 and some change. I replied to the email to inform them that I got charged for 2 days. I haven't heard back from them. I will be calling again tomorrow about my refund. Other than that, the truck itself drove good and didn't have any issues. The self service was pretty tedious, but was pretty cool once I figured it all out.MICHELLE AILEEN V.

When we returned the truck we were informed of a big issue with the truck we were given in Durant, OK on 3/27 @ 902am. We were shown the tire we drove from Durant, OK to Las Vegas, NV. This is very alarming when we saw the issue. The tire we were driving on all that way was not only bald, but was just about to bust!!! We were glad and thankful nothing happened and we were able to return the truck earlier than as reserved. For the reasons above I would ask that I would be refunded the extra time that I had paid for when I picked up the truck in Durant, OK on 3/27/21. PLEASE refund the amount to the same card as applied/pay with. If that is not possible PLEASE send a refund to the new address when I moved to: If you have any question or would like to see a picture of the tire when we returned the truck, I have one as well as the team members at the drop off location in Las Vegas, NV 89102 on 3/31@ about 300pm. The worse experience ever. My reservation was cancelled and nobody contacted me. I called and was rescheduled in another location. My pick up was at 6 am i had several problem with the online pick up the u-haul staff was there but nobody helped me because "we open at 7 and you have to do by yourself with your phone". First, the technicians made me drive the truck into the bay. This should be the U Haul truck inspectors job, not the customers. They also had me test the signal blinkers and the brake lights. Also whether the truck could back up or not. All these things should be done by U Haul technicians on site, that take trucks back in for the final inspection.Kenneth M.

Everything went fairly smoothly. The only issue I had was the vehicle I was assigned was parked behind other vehicles so I had to wait for those to removed before I could leave.Mike S.
The truck I entered had my nose burning so badly. I had to keep my mask on to keep my nose from burning. I feel that that truck was disgusting ðŸ¤¢ and very unsatisfactory and unsanitary. It was not properly cleaned and I have proof. I believe There should be some type of compensation or refund for the lack of cleanliness that I had to suffer and endure.SHEIKA C.

He was able to update my contract with the correct terms without any further inconvenience to me or adding additional time to the process. He told me his name but I have never been good with names. The ramp did not work. Made the job hours longer, caused injury, and scratched the extremely heavy equipment without the ramp. Upon returning truck, employee checking in said we should have checked ramp before we left yard. We asked what could be done since the ramp didn't work, employee was rude and said our checkout would be delayed and we would have to go inside and stand in line and complain. We did, and then same employee came in and announced that some other employee unharmed the ramp, so it was fine, and said it was out of alignment. The employee at counter said that we should have been able to aligned it ourselves, so it wasn't really broken. Finally offered us $10 off and said there is no other option. I went online to rent a car trailer and had a rep call me. She told me it was a 5 day rental and I would get a refund on the over $700.00 rental cost. So I ordered it. When I got to the rental facility they rented me one that was behind all of the other trailer's witch took forever to get sorted out. Then I was informed that a 5 day rental was the min and even though I only needed it for two I wouldn't get any money back. Then the trailer brakes locked up on me a couple of times while driving and the guy who returned it seemed to think this was normal.Timothy A.

The customer service at the counter were not very helpful. But the guys on the lot were awesome. They couldn't get the first truck out so they switched me to a second truck. During my rental my account showed 2 uhauls rented to me. My return time wasn't correct.
