Amazing place and Sabrina is the best. Our nonprofit organization travel pass several uhauls in Las Vegas just to come to this location. If there is an issue management takes care of it right awayEBONY D.
With a reservation confirmed, I was subjected to Three (3) unpleasant surprises. 1) I should have been made aware that I needed a smart phone to photograph my drivers license, front & back. 2) I should have been made aware that there's a $20 charge when you drop off after hours "IF The System Isn't Working Properly." 3) When I picked up the truck, I was asked how many approximate miles I thought I would be driving... I didn't really know and shot for a guess @ 100 miles. When I returned, I was hit with an attempt to charge me because my mileage was over the guesstimate, while I only drove 74 miles. Both girls at pick up were (to use a kind word) 'Curt' with me, and by the time I had keys and paperwork in hand, they became down right rude claiming, "We don't have the time to explain everything on the phone when we're busy." Returning the truck was OK, with the exception of attempting to overcharge me on the mileage. The U-Haul in Las Vegas made me wait for over an hour before my U-Boxes were ready to load, causing me to pay my movers additional money because of the wait. The Shreveport location was helpful even though my U-Boxes arrived 3 days late. Becky, the lady who delivered my U-Boxes, gets an excellent rating for her customer service.Barbara B.

I reserved truck and trailer and was not ready when I arrived, Vehicle was not pulled up to me Nor did anybody walk around vehicle with merobert W.
The staff team has a huge communication problem. My reservation was cancelled by someone at the location. It was explained to me that I did not pick up the vehicle at the reservation time (8:00pm) and therefore the office closed (at 8:00pm) and cancelled my reservation. This makes absolutely no sense!! They lack professionalism and proper hand off of information. The staff at the front desk are very short and aggressive. Assistant manager Nicholas provided better service; he made himself the point of contact. Other assistant manager was rude and did not speak to me, only made outburst and stomped around. Very disappointed, have done business with them for years. There is no excuse for this bad service.Latrice P.

Improve your algorithms so you don't make false promises to your customers. Why do you offer products that you can't end up providing? In addition to that, receiving a notification the night before moving is extremely stressful and all I got was $50 refunded. Guess what that does not cover the additional equipment I had to purchase to make it work with the uncovered utility trailer (I reserved an enclosed utility trailer). If you're going to make changes they should be upgrades, not downgrades. I will never use U-haul again.Olivia T.

Worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul the staff was absolutely not helpful at all. It started with the truck not being at the correct location and having to drive far to get to the next truck. Getting the equipment an hour late which made me late to many appointments. The staff inside not helpful. The staff that returned the item NOT HELPFUL. still charged for something I did not receive which I told would be taken care of. Vans alignment was waayyy out of wack, and alot of slop in the wheel, seemed to not have a 2nd gear, as it went 1, 2 quickly, 3 for a looooonnngg time, then 4th gear. Truck was all over the road when driving it. Check engine light was on and the tow/haul light was on as well. I never fill these "rate your experience" surveys out. But someone needs to know that uhaul rents out unsafe feeling equipment.steven F.

The gas gauge did not work, I drove 45 miles and pumped $40.00 trying to get to the pre-gas line and the needle did not moved until I was driving again than the needle moved and it was way past where it had to be. The brakes were very hard.MARIA M.

There was a little bit of a back up inside, but I understand that happens. My issue was with the personnel outside. My loader came out with no pen and asked to borrow mine, and then took it. He was also on the phone with someone the entire time. The employee had one earbud in and was talking the entire time. After he left i checked inside the trailer, just for precaution, and there was dirt all pushed to the nose of the trailer, and trash paper in there as well. I didn't bother to ask him to clean it as he was long gone, and just swept it when i got home.Wesley F.
