Change your attitude! Both people at the counter were fine, but neither really smiled and acted like they cared that I was there. This was a total change from the UHaul where I rented the truck. I kinda felt like I had been slapped in the face. The attitude of the lady who helped me improved when we went outside. She was much more relaxed, and another man helped my son move the truck in place to hitch up the trailer. The visit improved as it went on.

They just charged my card an extra $80 for the rental and when I called customer service instead of a manager reaching out via phone, they sent a very generic email without any real information. I will NEVER use this company again for any of my moving needs.

Erica B.Nothing to do with where I picked up nor drop off the truck. I had 120 miles for 105 mile trip. My load & Unload was right on my route. So I didn't have get the truck then drive 10 miles to get my load then get back on my route to my destination. I was charged for 32 miles over. All these fees after u make the reservation. Online my truck was $145 when get there to pick up its $163 some other fee. Half way my trip I was already over on my miles. The odometer roll just like gas meter. Every 300 feet the gas meter drops
Reponzail P.Vehicle not worth the money I paid. Vehicle had over 161000k plus miles on it. Sounded horrible, passenger side door not safe hard to open. I could feel the rattling and felt like something was wrong with the steering. Then when starting after I packed it up with belongings, the air bag light was coming on then off multiple times. Just a horrible experience with the truck. Now do not get me wrong the staff was excellent just the truck was so bad.

JOSEPH D.Worst experience I have ever had in my life. The manager at this store put a van in my name for someone else with my personal information and my license and everything . Then caught an attitude cause I said I'm not leaving the store cause I wanted everything resolved before I left. Called the police as if I cared or they were going to do something to me. I broke no law's he did by putting a rand lady under my information and if anything was broke or went wrong that would have came back to me . For all I know . Then my second complaint is I picked up keys for this location and had to be rush to the hospital I immediately call the location and let them know what was going on as well as customer service . They insured me everything was OK and I can just bring the key back the next day . Which I had my grandmother do so for me cause I could not walk . Also had my doctor papers for prof I was in the hospital I never took their truck from their lot . They charger me for 2 days so I asked for a refund which I was promised that I'll get it back . Cause I did not move there truck. Worst experience ever? Please please please go to a different Uhal place this was my first time going to this one and last time .

Kyle M.I had a terrible experience with this move because of the Uhaul scheduling people, not because of the location. I made a reservation for the warwick uhaul center but it got moved to a different location. On truck pick up day, said "location" was closed and not participating in uhaul rentals. I was furious and came to the uhaul center on warwick and the gentleman working helped me and i got a truck that was ultimately too big, but was the best he could do, even though thats where my pick up was supposed to be in the first place. Ive always used uhaul for moving and this time makes me second guess what company i will use next time i choose to move. I didnt express to the gentleman how fully upset i was but despite the situation working in the end i honestly feel i deserve some sort of comp because of an error that was not my fault. The truck required maintenance as indicated by the check engine light, low tire light, the tailgate light, and the truck made a loud rumbling sound. The job could not be finished with the truck we were given. This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul.

GRACE W.Hi, I am requesting a refund for some of the miles and for the extra gas I had to buy, since I made the reservation at W&J Auto in Newport News, closest to my home. But received a call the vehicle would not be available there. And then had to travel way out of my way that added unnecessary miles and gas that I should not be responsible for. I'm due 12 miles @0.89 a gallon = $10.68 plus $7 in fuel cost I had to spend going out of my way. Please refund my card for a total of $17.68 Thanks, Charles Centimole
Charles C.Uhaul excellent with their service and convenient to me because I needed a truck to move my stuff into storage and they even had storage unit as well. So I didn't had to look for any storage at all just a one stop service.
