The 24/7 smart phone rental was a joke. It took longer than expected and ended up not working even after i made the corrections. It locked up my contract which made it take even longer when I went in to the store.

Power steering was out too late to call in I was on the road, time was of the essence, had to tell them when I returned it , i really thoythey would check their equipment prior to renting it

My hitch is NOT, I REPEAT, NOT, wired properly at all! I now have to go back and have them redo it. How do you screw this up!?

Driver side door seal came off. The door won’t close properly. Poor customer service. Those employees need to be retrained. They need to be more polite and treat their customer like there always right.

When I called to reserve a trailer the lady on the phone told me that the location i was going to pick up from had no 6 X 12 trailers. So i reserved a 5 X 8 trailer this making me take two loads instead on one. when i arrived at the U-haul I completed my paperwork and headed outside to load the trailer on the truck. I noticed there were two 6 X 12 trailers on he lot so I asked the guy if I would be able to trade the one I got for the bigger one. He told me that the trailers just arrived that was not true they were there for some time but he did say I could not exchange the trailer due to it would be more paperwork for him and he has already loaded up the trailer. I just moved to this location and when I moved i rented a 26 foot Penske truck and they were great. I would recommend them before U-haul now

I had a hitch installed by U-Haul. Didn’t know much about it going in. Two guys stood out others were very nice as well. Alejandro Garcia and Eric both helped me get the job done. In a short period of time. Eric helped finding parts and looking for the parts on his own. The computer did not know you had them at the store. Alejandro helped to change out the original ball so it would fit properly. I think both of them could not have been nicer to deal with. Thank You Scotty McClellan

This my 3rd time to rent from your company at this location... Your staff are the best! I appreciate how courteous especially last week when a disgruntled older lady was making a shameful complaint and they still kept there composure... I was the one that pointed out her bad behavior and what a poor example she was to our younger people. You all rock!!!

Extremely long wait to pick up truck. Customer service was good. Didn’t like that the photos of my drivers license were taken with what appeared to be a personal cellphone. I would have preferred to have the option to provide my own photos. With all of the issues with identify theft, it made me feel very uncomfortable.

Had a lot of issues with scheduling the delivery of the UBox. Not able to schedule in time due to delivery truck issues, and also was delivered outside of the timeframe - had to take off work all day.

Just that during our ubox pick up it was not pick up on time.It took me 3 days on the phone for someone to finally pick our ubox and that day we are leaving.Driveway needsd to be clear by us.
