First of all I reserved the truck with plenty of notice with the time of 7am trying to beat the heat, stir was close upon my arrival, this was supposed to be 24/7 service so following my directions on my phone I was still unable to get the truck so I'm back at 9am irritated I'm in line with all of these unhappy customers for one reason or another. So I finally have the truck upon expecting the cond of the truck after the workers couldn't find the keys for 30 minutes, the truck had zero gas in it after workers said it had ask as stated on my invoice. So irritated I leave with an empty truck, turn on the air conditioner and it blows hot air in 104 heat of the dayâ€¦..unsatisfied customerMary L.
We waited for an hour to pick up the trailer even after online check in. This location is horrible. I have never waited so long for anything before. I was not renting a vehicle, it was a trailer. Why does it take an hour!?Steven S.

My reason for selecting no is because I had a removable black mark on my truck when returning the truck, and the person checking me in was determined to chalk it up to me damaging my truck. I went back and forth with him and was not charged for damages. After returning home I realized that the people loading my truck stood my black guitar case against the truck and it must have slid down. All this drama and accusations about a mark that was removed with a cleaner and a rag. This shows me that they are desperate to trump up issues on a truck riddled with nicks and scratches. Also, there was no discussion about the extra half tank of gas left in the tank. I can be charged for removable marks, but receive no refund when I return a truck with too much gas. No more rentals, I'd rather call a moving company.Edris D.

When I picked up my rental I given the wrong size truck. When I was checking in Sonny told me I would probably need to get gas. No one would come with me to do a walk around I had to do that on my own and the gas cap was not intact to the truck just laying there with a puddle of gas under it. I was given the correct truck after I was told they didn't have any. Just poor serviceMark M.

Customer Service woman was unprofessional. I was towing my Ferrari 360 Spider. The chains and clips were broken and would not close. When I reported to her upon the return she call a hispanic mannin thr tow hitch area and he threatened me with Violence . He threw gis hat off then tried to inciet me into a fight. As he moved near me in fear for my life I grabbed my 12 year old kids baseball bat and told him to get away from me and finish unhitching the trailor. They did not so I unhooked the trailer myself. Then they told me to never come back. Its amazing the accused me of rude when they send me out with a defective trailir. Reporting it should not have yielded a threat of attack from your employees. If they worked for me both they would be termited. The hispanic man in the trailer department really behaved like some hoodlem wanting to fight a 59 yr old man. How tacky. I have been a customer for over 30 years. When Abel managed this place it ran like a professional enterprise. Now its run like some narko bully enterprise. Fire them or I will not return. Don't like having to take pictures of everything to turn in the vehicle. Just lends me to believe you are trying to eliminate the number of workers at the U-Haul location. I had some issues with truck and it took a long time for someone to show up and fix it. Though they did fix it soon after they showed up.Douglas A.

The equipment was great! Car was Clean and New . However you need better customer service please!!!! Horrible employees at the counter. New lady that does not know what she is doing could not answer any of my questions regarding insurance or payment. Other was rude treated us disrespect. Never recommending the place just for customer service. Even though you spend alot on new equipment you should teach employees how to treat people.Mina M.

staff was friendly and helpful both picking up and returning trailer. knowledgeable and helpful. the only suggestion to streamline service on especially sunday's is to have 2 cashiers and 1 person handing out the equipment alot of time wasted waiting on customers to back in and hook up equipment. using walkie talkies would streamline operations. i had a 9 am reservation didnt leave with equipment til 9:45 am which wasnt bad i had 6 people in front of me.Staff was communicative and thanked us for the delay.Jonathan S.

Only issue was stripped door lock on passenger side. Could not access passenger door with key. To unlock passenger door had to enter from driver side, crawl over to passenger side to unlock door from the inside.Caroline M.

I WOULD RECOMMEND HAVING A FULL TIME ATTENDANT AT THE FRONT CASHIER COUNTER. BUT BEING TIMES ARE HARD TO GET ANYONE TO WORK NOW A DAYS IS VERY HARD. BUT I CAN SEE.THAT YOUR OFF RUNS PRETTY GOOD WITH THE STAFF YOU HAVE. CONGRATS !!pete O.
