They each seemed to care that I had a good experience and what I needed! I love that vehicles now have tips inside (push key in and turn to remove, depress brake pedal to remove parking brake). I was surprised at how clean and well maintained the vehicles are.

M SNot that you will change it but I liked it better when a rep checked me out at the vehicle. Self service took twice as long and I almost drove off without the dolly, thinking it was in the truck.

DANA Ethey don't give you full tank. Then, they are looking to charge you for fuel, even though you return with gas in the same level.

GREGORY EI was disappointed for the following reasons: four locations to pick up and drop off. The last location was not very desirable. The number of text and email messages were insanely rediculous. The truck drop off and the number of pics was time consuming. I will not use Uhaul again.
JOHN AThis is the second time in a row, that I have used uhaul and have been overcharged, not good. The first time given run around by contact person then called uhaul direct and was corrected. This time, I caught a 10 dollar fuel charge I did not use at the facility and was assured by Jacob, who was very nice, it was reversed but he was not able to print receipt for me. The folks that work at the Agoura location, Jacob in particular were great, it’s the overcharging that is a real problem. I mentioned to friends and they all say that’s a known issue with Uhaul. I am hoping that erroneous charge really was reversed as I have been very busy, unable to check with my credit card.

ROBERT CThe staff member that issued the keys was moving at 1/4 speed. When I went to return the equipment, I was forced to do it online as I couldn’t find any staff members. Is this part of the.corporate design? Also, has gage was inaccurate. It required 2 gallons to move the needle after my 10-11 mile rental (all flat areas, one piece of furniture). You have seriously gone downhill.

BRUCE BThis is my second sunday renting in two weeks. UNDERSTAFFED. So busy the incoming vehicles at 9.00am stacked in two lanes so customers were forced to enter facility in the exit lane. I was pointed to the incorrect van. Need to place cones behind the cargo vans otherwise peoples will park there and an 83-yo female then needs attendant to reverse the cargo van. Renting uhauls for 30-years in california. from el dorado county in the north to san clemente in the south. My cargo van was the worst pick up of any vehicles. Filthy on the outside and dirty, dusty and sandy on the inside. Need more staff to ensure customers enjoy a clean and hygienic experience. Had to spray organic vinegar inside for hygiene. Two-weeks ago, rented a cargo van with sliding doors. This time, my cargo van had two separate side doors; totally inconvenient. Will be renting another sunday cargo van shortly and will request one with sliding doors. Otherwise I will not take the vehicle. Ones with sliding doors are more updated and easier to drive. Ones with two separate doors are the old style and as cranky as an old man. Otherwise, the limited staff on duty are doing the best they can.
