Rental reserved 1 week in advanced by phone. Rental was not recorded as requested. Should have been a one-way. When I arrived to pickup, no truck was available. I had to wait two hours for a truck. I was trying to beat the rainy weather but all of my furniture got wet because of this delay. Very disappointed. Manager stated he'd generate a discount but did not submit as promised. I've used this location several times before but never received this type of service. Very disappointed.

Great service, quick rental, I got to leave WITHIN 30 minutes, everything was explained to me. The ONLY big problem was that the TURN IN location was closed on the DAY/DATE that I wanted to turn the truck in. So I HAD to keep it an extra day which MADE ME pay for EXTRA MILEAGE.

Initially my Uhaul pickup was Kathleen Ga, however I called Friday May 8, to confirm the pickup. I was told they didn't have any trucks I would have to go to Macon Ga. I asked if they had a closer location the Traffic Personnel say yes in Byron Ga. The lady at Valley Motor Sport was pleasant helpful and work expeditiously.
The ice on the cake were Carolyn and Jordan. It was 10 minutes to 8:00PM on Friday night we were trying to get a storage unit set up at UHaul. Carolyn work over time to get us a storage unit. She was very courteous, pleasant and professional.
Saturday morning My husband and I needed help with a huge piece of gym equipment it was used by our son for weight lifting. Jordan helped us get the huge gym piece through the door and in the unit. Without Jordan help and tools we could not have gotten it done. Carolyn and Jordan displayed outstanding customer service. Even though our experience at UHaul started off rocky it ended up outstanding. Thanks everyone that made our experience outstanding.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first time renting from UHaul, my son has rented before. The box truck was clean. However it was not well maintained there was a play in steering wheel, a cracking noise in the steering column especially when making a left turn and it was a very noisy ride.

The drop off location provided to me was not in business any longer. After a couple of phone calls, I found another location that would accept the rental trailer. This location was very good, the owners were very nice and very helpful. They accepted the trailer and took care of the paperwork and transfer without issue.

Customer service is really lackluster at this location with some of the employees. I've been in customer service for almost 20 years and some of these employees need some training in it. Also, I'd recommend implementing something to where the vehicles are checked in while the customer is still there when they return it instead of just dropping off the key and leaving. I had an E-Alert placed on me WITHOUT notice due to this and was not pleased when I had to spend almost 45 minutes trying to clear it up when I went to rent a vehicle again.

I had one issue with paying my bill ahead of time on the first instead of on the due date of the 19th. I would go in to pay in person and had a paper reciept. It had to put it as advanced payment. There was a error on their part that I had not paid. A letter was sent to me and their lock was placed on my storage unit. The person that updated their computer system and sick in the hospital with Covid.It was only one person that did the updating in their system. I brought in my proof that I paid on the 1st and they made a copy of it. I checked my unit. It was secured and I demanded it be removed and watched them remove their lock from my storage unit. I asked that the incident be removed off of my u-haul record. If I paid ahead of time on the first, there is no way I should be penalized for not paying on the 19th and my storage unit secured with their lock. I had to call multiple to make sure it was corrected. I did not trust online payment due to short staffed error in person and preferred to get a actual copy receipt. I had no more issues and the staff were friendly. I was transitioning from Virginia to Georgia and used your unit for 2 years. It was unloaded and swept clean. The unit was inspected and the security access card returned. Other than that one incident, it was a pleasant experience.

Our unit was emptied before the due date because of poor communication and then was told to us that we needed to put the items back into another unit and our unit was already rented before the due date. Most of our personnel items were thrown into a uhaul truck on the lot.

I had movers there with me to help unload my truck. The staff kept leaving the building and just left me standing inside waiting for over 20 minutes and it took over 2 hours to get a job done that should've took less than 45 minutes. When we did get the rep her name was Rachel Humphrey she was being very disrespectful saying I was just standing there and didn't say anything to her so she walked off then she came in and said if we got a problem we got the right one today. She also was on the phone with her girlfriend while she was being rude and disrespectful when all I was trying to get was the unit and the key and drop off the truck. She then begin texting in her phone while I was standing there waiting to finish giving her the information saying she was responding to her boss and it didn't matter if Obama was standing in front of her she had to text back immediately. Then we had to search for the unit there was no one there to assist her. I would not recommend Uhaul in Albany,GA to anyone. She was very unprofessional and rude for no reason.

I was overcharged when I brought the uhaul truck back. I was told that I went over the mileage in which I did not get a chance to see for myself. Then when I moved into the storage unit to store my belongings because the house I was moving into wasn't ready, I was overcharged again. The General Manager Rachel has a bad attitude. She does not have any patience with people. This is by far the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Had to pay for extra miles due to a lock being on the storage.

I had absolutely no problem with the storage storage solutions, my problem was with scheduling. They changed my pick up location with no heads up. I had to drive 45 minutes out the way to get a truck I reserved more than 2 weeks ago. I'm left with the impression that reservations means little or nothing and I got tired of hearing fake apologies! I drove an hour and a half to find out the truck promised me was gone yesterday and I had to call to find this out, no courtesy call from uhaul customer courtesy. I'm disappointed in my experience on yesterday and overbooking appears to be common practice. MAYBE WE ARE IN A SEASON WHERE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS RAN ITS COURSE!!!

Customer service was AWFUL! Access times to storage was inaccurate, there were times I could not get in my storage because it was locked before displayed hours. I paid ober $1000 for storage during covid19 pandemic and was charged late fees within 2 days of being late(during a worldwide pandemic). Spoke with corporate and no results. Employees asking for drugs. Awful. Disgrace!

Some of the staff was not friendly and welcome during some of my visits. They were either nonchalant or unhelpful during my visits. The storage building was sometimes unclean with trash thrown inside as soon as you walk in the entrance on the storage unit.
