I'm very disappointed that I got charged for a second day of rental. I understand what the agreement says. But I was suppose to return the trailer at 5:45 I called the rental location and told them I had experienced an issue and I would be a couple of hours late returning the trailer and I did return it 2 hours late. I have rented from U Haul for many years and have had situations like this come up and have never been charged for additional day for being 2 hours late on a return. I'm very upset over this and I will be expressing these comments to other people in the U Haul corporation. Thanks, Pearce Long Contract Number 91587276.

The location where I picked the truck from was great but The reservation dept was horrible. They made a reservation for me but called the next day to say there were no trucks available. I called customer service to file a complaint. They called and offered me a 26ft truck which was too big for my needs. The next day I went to pick it up no truck! Uhaul at that location didn't have a 26ft. I called customer service again complaining and then they finally found what I was looking for a 10ft truck that was located in my area. Next time I will call the store directly.

I reserved a uhaul for 2 days. I made reservations/ahead of time online. I picked the uhaul up on 7/28 and was to return it on 7/30 but instead when I went to pik up the uhaul my reservations were cancelled and I was not able to use it when I requested. I had an aweful experience with uhaul, I would rather use a pick up truck to go back and forth all day; I have always had a bad experience with the company.

The gentleman behind the counter was polite and friendly and the lot attendant was efficient and polite. Easy transaction and was on the road in a short amount of time. It also helped that I pre-registered to help cut down on the time.

How about having RESERVED equipment in stock at time of pick up? After trying for an hour to get thru to a person, I was assured that 2 RFD furniture dollies were in stock. I explained to the customer service representative I would have to drive 20 miles to get the dollies and was assured they were in stock. NO HELL THEY WERE NOT!!! Of course I found this out after I had... 1- Reserved the dollies. 2- Removed 2 doors and doorframes. 3- Had 2 friends take time out of their day to come assist with the move. 4- Driven 20 miles to get the dollies. Pure bull crap!! Of course I had to reserve the nonexistent dollies with my credit card. U-Haul better damn well hope they don't charge that credit card!!! My review in 4 words.... U-Haul sucks, never again!!!!

The service representative was quite nice, I appreciated that. I have been in this location before and they always seem to work with the bare minimum of staff. That can be hit or miss especially when customers are on a tight moving schedule. Overall I was able to complete my objective with time to spare therefore, I have no complaints.....thank you :-)

Vehicle not working properly Unable to complete move due to maintenance issues Difficult to get one answer from customer service, roadside assistance, dispatch, etc. Talked to 12 people for one issue and no resolution Issues with vehicle caused a delay in move, move incomplete, wasted money on paid movers/labor, and unable to use full reservation -Told to get reference number for complaint and speak with a manger; customer transferred to a manager that was on vacation and had an attitude about being disturbed on vacation when his company transferred a customer to him! -customer unsure of why they were transferred to a manager on vacation and unusre of why he answered -no managers on duty for weekend

I had a uhaul reserved for a week. Someone called me the day before I was to get it,late afternoon, and said one wasn't available. My original cost was going to be 137.00 and it ended up costing me 300 dollars because I was stuck using a local truck that was smaller and took more trips. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone I know.

Customer service needs improving. Trucks on lot were not rent due to being reserved, Had to wait 30 minutes for the truck that was listed specifically for my rental.Other trucks were still there after my rental arrived. Poor customer service....I would have rented what was on the lot and replaced the rented truck with the other upon arrival.
