When a customer calls back and tells you the transmission is about to go out you don't tell them to drive anyway and once you get to the location they will check it out and see what they can do for you. Rental was not provided on time almost an hour late

In all honesty my recent U-Uhaul experience was not a pleasant one. I was double billed for the rental of the truck even after I asked that they make sure that all unnecessary charges were not charged to my account. They stated that everything was taken care of and that it was accurate. Nonetheless I was still double billed, and even after speaking with your representatives, the issue has not been resolved. I never received a call back from U-Uhaul to further resolve this issue. So my experience has not been satisfactory in the least. It has been extremely inconvenient to wait for money that should not have been taken out of my account to be restored to my account. Especially at an amount of over $200, I have other monthly expenses that that these funds could cover and to have to wait for money to be given back to me that never should have been taken out not only affects my bank account, but the timeliness in paying my other expenses. I do not appreciate the lack of concern, follow up, or courtesy from uhaul in a situation that your employees created. Therefore, not only will I be leary of using the services going forward, if at all, I will definitely not recommend them to anyone else. Need more trained, professional staff and ensure trucks are serviced and running smoothly and properly. I've driven trucks before and this was one unusually tough ride. Thank you.

I was overcharge on millage usage. Was told that a manager would contact me regarding this matter. It never happened since my credit card was charged already they did not care. I rather next time hire a moving company that being taken advantage of this people.

Customer service is horrible. Nothing is as ordered and they use fake names on the computer. Heard many complaints from other customers as well while in store on TWO ocassions. Phone center is of no help either.

I think unsullied needs to rethink how you charge your local rental; .69 per mile is ridiculous. All we needed the truck was to transport a newly purchased television. 19.99 a Day is false advertise me because 69 cents per mile is ridiculous and I will never use your service to move; the mileage was more than the daily charge. Or you offer 50 miles with the initial cost of $19.99. I will not rent and will not recommend Uhaul rental. The location and your Rep’s were very customer oriented and professional!

I visited U-Haul to pick-up a truck, per my reservation. I was greeted promptly by (2) two young men, who said they would be right back, then walked out of an employee entrance.. Shorthly thereafter another young man walked in and asked if he could help me. I explained that (2) two young men said would be right back to service me. I waited for 15 minutes; finally, I saw these (2) two men get into a car together and leave the premises. I could not believe my eyes. The young man that waited on me was very professional and knew his products well. And, to top things off, I needed a large dolly, and they didn't have one. And, I had requested one in advance. Not having that dolly caused me several problems. I don't plan to ever go there again. And, I will gladly share my experience with anyone who asks.

I rented from this location both times this week and they were excellent. The staff helped me with the boxes and what all I needed. This wasn't my first choice of location because I picked Gillionville location I called them when I was supposed to pick it up and they didn't even have the truck I ordered. But overall this location was wonderful.

I reserved an utility dolly and when I got to the location, the person let me know that reservations personals sometimes reserve things that's not there. That was an big aggravation because I had an huge refrigerator to move.
