Nothing ! It was fast clean and the rep at this store (wish I had his name ) was fast and professional and very friendly ! I rate it a 12 on a 10 scale !!

Jon JThe rental was not returned in the system in timely manner so we received calls saying we never returned it. No research was done prior to calling multiple times which is concerning. I’ve never had a problem with U-Haul but I wouldn’t go back to this location.
Anthony MTruck road smoother than normal, clean and handled easily. Attendant was courteous and instructions were clear. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a vehicle to aide moving. Very economical, too.

Patricia EDave is the manager/owner that I dealt with for our move from one home in the Valley into another,which required truck rentals on 4 separate occasions (!). In each instance he was so professional and polite. Moving usually is a really rough experience and encounters with rough people. It was such a delight to deal with someone who was calm, professional and genuinely interested in making the experience of truck rental less stressful and more worthwhile. In one instance, he even talked me out of renting too many blankets by assiting Me In caclculating how Many blankets that day’s moving would require. Dave is the kind of manager and worker that America is capable of producing. And I am grateful that our move was assisted by such a wonderful person.

Presenev JThe 15 foot truck we rented had a damaged tire we did not see when picking the truck up. The sidewall of the tire was gouged to the cord in three places. This tire would have popped on the roadway on our trip. We were shorted 2 of our 36 rented furniture blankets. Lesson learned, if we ever rent furniture pads again we will count them before leaving rental site. The manager was in a hurry and not to friendly. The road side assistance did a good job of replacing the tire. Had we not noticed the damage to the tire we could have had a bad situation. The fellow from the roadside assistance told me the tire would have exploded. The Uhaul at 4007 E Camelback Rd in Phoenix was negligent and is a bad representative of Uhaul. The gouges in the tire had not peeled off the rubber and were hard to see in the managers rush to move us along. There is no excuse for a truck ever leaving a rental site in this condition. Tad BI explained what I needed and the installer installed a standard 4 plug when I needed a 7 pin for power lift for my dad scooter. He did not have the adapter, but said I could get that anywhere. That wasn’t the case until 3 visits to uhall stores finally the store at 22 and McDowell told be there is no such adapter. And wired the correct connection and I left please with the store on 22 and McDowell. I care for my 80 year old father a disabled vet and needed the power for his scotter lift. The manager called me and was rude from the Arcadia store and refunded me 100 I wasn’t going to argue but that store could have avoided the problem with just doing the work that I explained I needed done.
RAY RMake sure reservations for before hour pickups are actually accomplished, had to wait 30 minutes extra for the store to be open to get my truck

DENNIS FThe process was easy. The only hick up was when I returned the truck, only one person was working. I had to wait 20 minutes. Then, the employee just told me to leave the key on the desk. When he was helping the other customer, he could have told me to leave the key, then I wouldn't have had to stand there and wait.

Ron ATruck was at quarter of a tank , but the uhaul paper gas mark was places above half a tank ! The uhaul link expired for editing before leaving! I would like a refund for being over charged for gas !

RALPH LThe customer service agent at this location was over whelmed and did not inform me the uhual was charged by day I was told just the mileage being that I was originally only booking for one day. He was throwing out curse words about it being a short staff day even though no one in line was giving him issues about waiting. I understand his frustration but imagine mine when after I extended on the 3 day they tell me there is not only a charge by day but then the insurance is also by day! Not cool and will be disputing with bank.
