kevin dFriendly staff and truck was fine. Unfortunately I had to wait in line 25 minutes apparently due to a computer problem. They were also out of pads, as was the next nearest location. Overall, just not the smoothest experience.

kevin dThe only thing I would say is that the gas policy of brining it back at the same level is a policy designed to screw the customer. This has NOTHING to do with the local store which is great! But the idea that someone can bring back a van with 7/8 of a tank of gas exactly is a bit of a scam. I am either going to bring it back with less, where I will be charged, or more, where I will get no refund. Is the idea that you keep the van running so you can see the gas gauge while fueling? That could turn on the check engine light. The reality is my tank was probably 7/8 full because the last person didn’t fill it. You probably charged them, and then when I filled it because I couldn’t tell when it was 7/8 full you benefited from my overfill without a refund. Overall I really enjoy the u-haul experience but this one thing needs some attention. To re-emphasize the local store is fantastic and I always enjoy renting from them. This is a corporate policy issue.

Amber MI was totally happy with this experience from start to finish. The van drove great- no problems. Pick up and drop off were super easy. Will definitely rent again when it's time to move my daughter home.

KEVIN MThey put my hitch on and it took over an hour, which was fine, but there was really no place for me to sit and wait, other than two dirty, mismatched and torn up office chairs. The store also smelled. I sat on a pile of moving blankets instead. The people were nice tho.
Renee EI ordered the tow dolly for the location near my home then at the last minute I was informed I had to pickup at this location. That was an extra hour both ways.
