My original drop off location was 8017 US-301, Riverview FL 33578. I went to that location to return the equipment and it was a disaster, there was no set way in/out of the parking lot so I was stuck on HW301 with the trailer blocking traffic and getting yelled at. The employee there told me they wouldn't accept the trailer because they didn't have room and told me the nearest drop off location would be the one at 377 Brandon Bl. The employees at Brandon Bl were much more organized and helped me quickly. This mishap by the original drop off location cost me time/gas and frustration and there needs to be more organization if a location is selected to be dropped at and is no longer accepting equipment.

Tony Sellars at this location was great and went out of his way to help but the other gentleman that was working next him was not helpful at all. We are so glad that we had Tony and not the other person. The inside of the truck was not so clean and there was sticky stuff in one of the cup holders which i cleaned out and that is why the score is what it is. I want to say it once more but Tony Sellar was great!

This place is a complete joke. You need to stop partnering with them. The lots is PACKED full of trucks and trailers with Barry enough rooms for customers. The customer service area is a complete mess, unorganized and dirty. When I went in to tell them I was there to drop off, they told me they didn't have room for the trailer (12 x6). Mind you, it was already scheduled. I had just finished a 9 hour drive, unloading a trailer, and was ready to be finished with the process. The older lady who worked there told me to call another place down the road to see if they had room. I responded no, it's in my paperwork that this is where I am returning it. She ignored me, continued to say they were full, and gave me the number to corporate to call and figure out where I could return it. She didn't offer to call them, just expected me to figure it out. Had I been strong enough to lift the trailer off my hitch myself, I would have dropped it in the middle of their already congested lot. It's one thing if you cannot honor a reservation, but to essentially tell me “tough sh*t call corporate to find somewhere else” is totally unacceptable. I ended up having to drive somewhere TWENTY MINUTES away to drop it off. I will never rent with uhaul again because of this business.

Did not have what I reserved and gave me a bigger truck which made it harder to maneuver in my community. Customer service was awful. Did not speak to me for several mins while he grew agitated on the computer. When I asked what was wrong he told me to wait while he made phone calls to look for a truck and see if someone else wanted the same size truck I requested but was wanting to change the time of their pick up to later. Then he asked the other customers if they were checking in. He helped two more people while he asked me to step aside and wait. I was then told he did not have a truck for me and I needed to wait for one to come in or take the larger truck. I had made my reservation weeks in advance and was not happy with this place. I will not return as a customer and will tell all my friends not to use this location as well.

This location was great, but it was not my original drop off location. My original drop off location at Lithia Market in Brandon, FL would not take my uhaul even though that was where I was supposed to take it. And they were very rude.

Better Parking space setup. Not alot of room to move around when picking up and dropping off equipment. The GPS marking sends the customer to the yard behind the building as well.

I was asked for a reference when renting when I have rented out of state and haven't needed to. I was given an RV trailer from the back which looked rusted out above the tires with leaves on top and inside when there was a better looking one up front. When I returned the RV trailer the parking lot had trucks parked in all different directions.

The vehicle did not have trash in it, however it was very evident that someone had smoked heavily in it as the inside windshield was heavily smoke covered as was the windows and dashboard area. And it was very smoke smelly inside the cab area of the truck.

The wait time to contact you through telephone services are very, you might say slow, maybe 15 minutes. Other than that, I rate you at 4.9 stars.

The truck was absolutely gross. 5 lysol wipes turned from white to black in seconds. Do you guys even have covid protocols? I had to clean the whole truck with a respirator on just to feel disgusting.

The truck wasn't as clean as I thought it should have been. I was advised it was cleaned with disinfectant cleaners, I'm not so about that. Also I Did Not like a picture was taken with the rep's phone of my Driver License. I think there should be another way to get my D/L information. With everything that's going on how identity theft is at a high rate.

The drop off time was terrible! The person where I picked up the trailer said I could drop off at any u-haul representative, I spent 2 hours looking for FOUR representatives bf I arrive in Brandon bc the others, or they weren't representatives anymore (and u-haul website weren't updated) or they said they wouldn't pick it up bc "it wasn't the correct procedure". It needs to be standardized to avoid problems to the customer!

I'm BEYOND upset. I was charged for 2 additional days when I returned the trailer the EXACT SAME DAY before the return time of 6:30 pm. No one has contacted me to resolve this issue

For the second time in a row I have reserved a trailer that was not available as guaranteed. Improve your reservation/input/output process.

I think employees at this branch should be well trained on courtesy. I did not get insurance for the trailer I rented and the young guy that attended to me altered “Just to let you know that you break it you buy it” in a rude manner. Customers knows the consequences of not getting insurance and I considered non-insurance for a trailer a low risk to me. Such statement is rude to be altered to customers. I think this particular guy should be well trained on courtesy as the other employees attended to me well. Thanks

I returned all of the equipment rented by my daughters fiance and now the site I rented from says I did not return a dolly for moving appliances. I took pictures of the dolly and all other required info and sent to you return app from my sons phone on the date we returned the truck and dolly. which was placed in the rear of the truck. I have not received any phone calls. only e-mails please look into this matter. If they have cameras to see if items are removed it would help.
