I will never rent from this location again. They did not provide the items I purchased for my rental and didn’t help me figure out next steps. Was grateful that I had a good customer service agent who guided me through the process but this took a lot of time and effort and resulted in delaying my move. Very disappointed with this experience.

There is a non-English speaking gas station attendant and a not well marked drop box. The app to complete the return was not properly functioning so photos could not be uploaded. The customer service call line was back up by over an hour and the customer service live chat was also not working. U-Haul get your systems together and working or I won’t be using your equipment/services again.
Cameron MThe truck had a really really, bald tire with metal hanging out that I had to get replaced and also the truck should not be rented it's shakes really bad and when I told the guy inside he just smiled and said OK I'll let the manger know
Kevin ADont move my pickup place 2 days prior. Move the truck to my selected pick up location vice making me pick up farther away. what kind of customer service is that ? You had 3 weeks to move the truck to my originally selected location.
