I was doing the walking around the truck and the photo didn’t save on the site where you do the inspection. I asked the worker to send a message so I could get the inspection done. But he didn’t know how to. So I used the help desk on the u haul app and it worked. You should have help them how to send the text message to send the inspection. The workers said to me to take pictures and inspect the vehicle and the mileage and fuel. With out the app . It feels bad without the inspection without the app . I like the app or using the text. For the inspection.

HAILEAB ZHorrible service. Will never rent another vehicle here. Checkout. No one helped me. After 20 minutes, finally found someone in the back. They told me to scan the code, and then made me do the whole checkout process myself. During Rental. Received numerous phone calls saying corporate took all their vehicles and that I need to immediately return the vehicle because they’re being forced to cancel reservations. When I returned the vehicle there were no less than 6 vehicles, not including mine and the person returning their vehicle behind me. Return. Waited in the specified return location for 15min because the sign told me to wait there for someone to come out. Finally went in. There were 3 employees just chatting. After explaining the situation to the guy behind the cash register, he literally turned his head to his left, and confirmed I was parked in the right location on the massive security screen. Then he told me to scan the code and do the whole return myself, again. Horrible experience. I’ll be going back to renting from Enterprise. They have never even thought of treating me this way.

Can't remember the guy's name but I hardly appreciate his help today give me longed in the system and out fast with a moving truck why it was early. Daniel PI rented a car twice in January of this year, 2026. The first time, the manager assisted me, and I received excellent service. The price I paid was the same as the one I booked online. The second time, I went back and was assisted by a rather young man with a Latino appearance who said he didn't speak Spanish. I told him I had a reservation, but he didn't seem to care. He told me I had to check in online myself. The place was empty, but this man's service was terrible. Then he told me the price was about $40 more for the same trip, time, and mileage. I asked him why, and he had added extra items that I didn't request. In the end, I had him remove the extra items, but when the bill arrived, it was for even more money. This man didn't even want to move; it was terrible. This was at the Columbia Pike location.
Maria MEveryone and everything is good, only that when I pulled up to the location I thought I was gonna get robbed because a bunch of bystanders approached my vehicle asking if I needed help and I truly feared for my life that I left and came back with my partner. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful!
