reserved an appliance dolly to go with the truck and when I got to the store they said "sorry we don't have one". sorry, sorry. I needed to know so I could make other arrangements. you guys have my email, you have my phone number. just say you don't have one so I can figure it out. ruined my day.

I live about 45 mins away from this location and there are uhauls in my town but I much rather make the 45 mins trip because the workers at this location are really nice and go above and beyond to make sure my needs are satisfied. Store manager Marissa and worker Haley are the nicest and make sure costumers are priority.

The employees in the morning of my rental were awesome. Anthony did a great job hooking up the "Very Old and ugly" trailer. Upon my return the next day Anthony was there to make sure all went well, as he disconnected the trailer. Other than the Ugly Old Trailer, they all did a great job.

Marissa was FANTASTIC. Excellent customer service. She wasn't impatient with any of the customers. She went out of her way to get me the van I needed, when I needed it, with the equipment I needed to rent. I will not use any other UHaul location again!

The personnel there are great. My complaint at this location has always been the setup there as it is very limited in space and can become at various times a cluster, even when not too busy. Also now twice it has happened that I will reserve equipment and when I try to complete the online check-in and/or go to the location to pick up I'm being told to go to a different location to pick up that is a complete inconvenience and puts me behind schedule. Not to mention I the customer should receive a text advising me of location change (not just by email).

was there by 11:30 to pick up the trailer since 11:30 was the time we requested did get it tell 1:15 pm. then when we dropped it off they gave use nothing stating it was dropped off and then i had to call the next day since i worried all night about it they checked it in on time . I checked my email the next morning at 7am and no nothing so i called when they open to make sure it was okay since i only had it for 1 hour .. at that time she sent it ... every thing was okay ...my only thing is the waiting in the parking lot for 2 hours past my apt time that i cant get over

The service was horrible. No manger on site and new employees that had no idea what they were doing left alone with no guidance. The worst part of it all was I was given a truck with a Misaligned door that opened on me on the freeway and I could have fallen out. I had to drive 6 hours holding on to my door. This is a huge safety hazard and I have yet to hear back from management. It's been well over 48 hours since I returned the truck, it's been 1 week.

I signed up for the 24/7 pick up at an Antioch location (Custom Bunkbeds) and it wasn't until after I had arrived at 7:30 AM and was unable to pick up my reserved truck then was on hold for 15 minutes twice that someone told me the location didn't have 24/7 pick up despite the website telling me this option was available at this location. I was refunded $50 and the staff at the Concord location my reservation got transferred to was extremely nice and helpful, however, this entire issue could've been avoided if the website information regarding 24/7 pick up available locations was accurate.

Rude front desk staff that gossiped about other staff members and what days they wanted off while a line formed. When I later went to ask a question the woman looked up from her phone and then kept scrolling through Facebook. Absolutely terrible customer service.

It's always difficult to rent a U-Haul. But using the app did make it a better experience. However the van that I rented from this location was behind another van, and the representative in the front desk could not find the key. But to her credit, she quickly changed the reservation to give me another van that was ready to go. I was also not sure if the van was sanitized before I took it. So I had to buy some disinfectant wipes and clean the cabin to make sure. The return was easy with the app as well. One last thing, before I could rent the van I had to provide two contacts in case I did not show up to return the van. This was requested Kay minute and it was a pain since they had to call them. But I worked out.

I don't wish to see anyone punished, but when I went in on 12/31 to reserve a truck for the following day, I was given the too-early appt time (as were a handful of other people that I spoke to of 8 to 8:30 AM), when in fact your store didn't open until 9 AM on News Years. Apparently the desk guy wasn't even aware of his own store hours.. It was cold standing around in line outside your locked doors for 40 minutes the next morning until they opened, and by then there was a long line to get processed. Thanks.

Unfortunately this experience was very dissatisfying. It seemed overpriced, but I needed to make a quick move before the end of the year so I bit the bullet on the cost. However, it was not worth it. The business was severely understaffed and little to no safety precaution for the current pandemic. My reservation was at 11am and I did not get my rental until 1230 due to a long line. The line was instructed to line up inside and there was only 1 person helping at the desk checking in and out. The staff on duty seemed severely untrained and the only person at the desk was overworked. That person seemed like a manager or the GM, but she was taking a personal cell phone call while checking guests out. The other workers on duty would be asked to help the line but they had no idea how to use the register so the Lady had to take over for them anyways. The operations were very inefficient and also, the male greeting cars at the gate to tell them to park across the street and not clearly instruct me on how to pick up my rental was not very helpful. Overall, I will likely never use this location ever again and check other brands beforehand.

My experience started off great until I got on the road to head to Los Angeles and that's when the nightmare begun. First I would like to say customer service was great but the guy that “strapped” out car down did a horrible job. When we were on the road we saw sparks coming from underneath our car and after pulling over we discovered that the chain had come off of the car and was not properly secured. Once we arrive to Los Ángeles upon parking we discovered that both straps for the wheels had come off and the car nearly came off of the tow dolly while parking. We were so distraught because we could have been killed or someone else due to the poor job of the young man who didn't do his job properly. While being at the location the guy did not wear a mask and he nearly crashed one of the u-haul trucks while speeding in the parking lot. I called and requested for a manager to call me back but no one has contacted me yet. I called and requested assistance because it was unsafe to drive the u-haul with the condition the car was in on the dolly. Pictures have been provided to u-haul and I am hoping to speak with someone ASAP because I will be filing a claim and contacting corporate regarding this matter and employee because he needs to be held accountable for his actions.

That day I had 3 calls and was I formed I wasn't getting the truck and dolly I reserved 2wks advance but those 2 ppl made it happen and helped me out make sure I had a dolly and 18truck.
