Frank IThey gave us the truck with NO gasoline. It was literally on Empty. This is really not OK. We wasted $90 on gas because we Filled the tank for $180 and then only used 1/2 tank. We had no way of gauging how much gas the Tank holds Or the gas mileage, etc. As a result of this location failing to prepare the vehicle properly we are out $90

TEDDY TBetween the extended wait time, the lack of furniture dollies (unacceptable at 9am) and the young man who helped us but made us feel like we were a major inconvenience in his day, I will find another location the next time I need a U-haul, and I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone, friend or stranger.
PATRICK KThe staff Nataly specifically worked really hard to get us out with our re tam/ there is a software problem every time I go to this location. There were about 10 people in line (like me) for about an hour trying to get their rentals that were confirmed. The wait was because of the software being unable to process anyone through without having to starry again and again and again. Very painstakingly SlOW/ Nataly went above and beyond and did her best to keep the crowd informed. With what she had to work with she did an outstanding job. Upgrade the software your business depends on!!!!
KATHLEEN CThe computers were running slow and it took me an hour to get my truck. I payed for movers for 3 hours to help me and they sat at my house for 45 minutes waiting. I was able to check out faster on my phone than the employees using the computer. The employees tried to do as much as they could going from their personal phone to computers trying to submit rental agreement. They even asked everyone to download the U-Haul app and start the process while they stood in line. Please fix/update your system.

ALI JOriginal truck’s battery was dead, smelled horrible. Second truck wasn’t cleaned and had a half consumed sprite bottle on it. Waited for 10 minutes before being helped. Staff seemed unconcerned with anything. Staff was on a cellphone while helping me.

DANILO EHire someone to answer incoming telephone calls; line is always busy, and I was put on hold for over an hour. The location forgot I was on hold, I had to call back several times. I tried to extend my reservation for one more day; the location U-Haul office put their phone on voicemail at 6:00 PM, when the location is supposed to close at 7:00 PM; therefore I was unable to extend my reservation.

LORNE TStaff has no customer service etiquette or basic manners as human beings. It appears they have a limited vocabulary and need a lot more training on how to tend to customers - even a smile or "welcome in"/"I'll be with you in a minute" would be a good start. Pick-up and drop-ff were not good experiences with staff interaction. The rental equipment was fine and I was able to get my project done.
JESUS OI was given the truck with only 1/8 th of a tank of gas and told that I had to return it with 1/4 tank of gas otherwise I would be charged and this is your policy. How can you penalize me for the previous renters issue? Absolutely ridiculous. Also, the truck that I was given leaked and it was raining that day so my items got wet.
TAMMY CThey were nice, and I’ve used them before the people who work there are great. Only negative feedback would be that it feels a little disorganized when I was given my first truck it was stuck between a wall and another truck so they had to give me a different truck so I guess only feedback is for them to have a better system so when we pick up it feels smoother. Other than that they are great.

Michelle BThe gentleman was very helpful when I pulled into the slot. He disconnected my trailer and told me there was nothing else I needed to do. I showed him that I could check out on the app and he said he would take care of it. It just felt a little bit strange to not have a final document proving everything was dropped off. It would be easier if the drop off location was similar to returning a rental car where a handheld device printed a receipt for you once you drove in.
Steven PI had reserved a truck and moving equipment weeks in advanced to be picked up by 8:00 AM on our moving day- We arrived onsite by 7:45 AM. The equipment I had reserved weeks in advance was not actually available for my scheduled move. Why even offer to reserve equipment (dollies, hand trucks, etc) if you are not actually going to have those items available? The person at the desk onsite was unhelpful, unapologetic, non interested in assisting us in any way. When asked why the equipment was not reserved, he simply replied that items are on a first come-first serve basis. Aside from being one of the very first customers of the day, the fact that the equipment I had reserved was not available, especially as we there so early in the morning made no business sense. Not to mention, his attitude was not acceptable. Then we were informed that the truck we were renting had only l1/4 tank of gas. When asked why the tank was not full, the employee replied that it was not the responsibility of the business, it was the fault of the customer that the tank was not full. We were then informed we would only need to bring the truck back with the 1/4 tank. Then I was unable to use the app to upload the photos of the odometer, etc. When I asked the employee in the warehouse for help, she was unable to make it work, and she advised me to just take the photos and save them on my phone. I have worked many years in retail and am also part of a business and know the importance of customer service and satisfaction. I assume these different locations are franchised. I believe strongly in supporting private and small businesses. I will submit my comments on your contact form as I would hope that you would want to know the reasons behind this review.

Todd BMy renting experience with U-Haul in Concord was amazing. Thank you, Monica! She had answers and solutions for every problem I was having. From getting me set up with the right size trailer, to making sure it was properly secured to my truck, she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I then ran into an issue with my vehicle lights not working correctly. Monica mentioned it could possibly be a fuse and said she would be right back. While she stepped away, I checked the fuse myself—and sure enough, it was blown. I had a spare fuse, popped it in, and bam! Lights working perfectly. I say all this to say thank you, Ms. Monica. You are truly an asset to the company. Please keep doing what you do you made my day. It’s not often you get service from someone who is so knowledgeable about their products and can also help troubleshoot customer issues. Happy holidays to you and yours!

Your customer service representative was excellent, Nichole, went the extra mile and gave us a larger trailer at the originally booked price since you did you have that trailer back in stock at my time of pick up.

GRICELDA LAfter processing the rental agreement at the counter by a mirthless agent, I was told to proceed to the trailer pickup area. There was no attendant, so after nearly 10 minutes, I went looking for someone. The attendant was helping someone with a truck rental who had been in line behind me, but I was told to wait. When he did finally get my trailer, it wasn't clean inside - lots of yard clippings and dirt. This location is the worst Uhaul facility I have used.
