Outstanding experience at the U-Haul on Monument! They introduced me to their self-dispatch service, and honestly, it’s a lifesaver. I’ve now used it for both pickup and drop-off, and it made the whole process quick and easy. Even though their customer service is already great, this takes it to another level. When I arrived, I was greeted by Monica, who was very friendly and got the trailer off my truck so fast it was impressive. I had a quick question, and she introduced me to the manager, Brody, who was also very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this location. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Michael BBad attitude. I found the trailor ball still connected to my car after the trailor was remove d. When I rented the trailor it was put on the car. I was not charged for it. I thought it came with the trailor rental. Apparently it is an extra purchase. I did not purchase it. I called uhaul and was told to keep it. The female at the Monument uhaul had an ugly attitude

GREG BAbsolutely horrible experience. First off there is no cell service at this location which is no fault of yours but the representative also indicated no WiFi access. I find that strange as you all prompt for mobile check in, there is no option for guest WiFi. So I wasn’t able to redeem vehicle by myself I had to get assistance from young Gen Z kid who was EXTREMELY disrespectful and negilgent not only to me but your equipment as well.

Robert CTrain and/or develop customer service training for the gentleman at the front desk with long wavy hair. He displayed terrible customer service. No greeting, speaking to customers snarky & you just generally get the sense that he doesn’t like his job nor wants to be there.

Frank TI visited a U-Haul location in Concord and had a very disturbing experience with an employee named Nataly G. Another U-Haul location had already confirmed by phone that there was an error in recording our mileage and fuel level, and that a refund should be issued. Instead of following that instruction, Nataly asked us to provide a photo of the mileage. When we showed her the photo, While she was eating a taco with greasy hands and touching my phone, she questioned its validity in an accusatory manner, suggesting we may have driven the vehicle and manipulated the evidence. Even after we showed her the location data on the photo, she became increasingly aggressive, raised her voice, repeatedly said “fuck,” and told us “this is private company, “get the fuck out of here.” Everything is recorded on camera, and I request that you please review the footage. This behavior was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way or be subjected to accusations and verbal hostility. This woman poses a safety risk. Fortunately, other staff members who were aware of the situation stepped in and resolved the issue appropriately. Management should address this seriously. Employees should not be allowed to insult or accuse customers, and if customer satisfaction and safety matter, this kind of behavior should not be tolerated.

Now the Yard attendant, was 100%. he helped show me where to park, and happily fetched the trailer and showed me the operation and tips on how to use.

He had his phone out in his hand all the time except maybe when he needed two to type on the keyboard. He basically gave us the minimum customer service.
