When making reservation said i needed dolly and pads. No dolly put aside. Had to scrounge one up when i said i couldn't do job without and had reserved one. Cab wasn't clean. Crumbs in middle console and used mask under passenger seat. There's a deadly pandemic! Truck itself was fine. Was unable to return truck using online system. Unable to upload photo of mileage/fuel. Spent 40+ minutes on hold waiting for customer service. Transferred and on hold again. Decided to write a note explaining and left. Tired, hungry kids waiting at home. Called 1st thing in a.m. and it seemed to be handled. Frustrating experience.

The older gentleman with white hair was a dick when I was trying to return the truck. He was very short with me, didn't answer the questions clearly when asked, and just kept talking over me. Maybe it's time for him to retire (just a suggestion) or maybe he was dismissive due to my skin complexion, you never know with the older generation. Nevertheless , the younger staff really understood customer service not matter how stressful things may have been and were super friendly and helpful. I would love to put 5 starts for those employees that deserve it.

Employees weren't wearing a mask - why not ? Put a sign up requiring masks. Covid is real and uhaul should be doing it's part to reduce the spread.

The check-in was slow, even though I had pre processed with the app. The interior cab was dusty, sandwich wrappers were left between the seats. U-haul equipment was left from the previous rental in the bed of the truck. The truck was left running burning my gas for about ten minutes before I got it, and while the staff figured out what to do with the unwanted equipment. The desk guy, Gary was "busy" and inattentive to my issues . I rent from this location about once a month. The staff is hot and cold. Gary is generally inattentive and often rude. If there were another location I would use it. I'm hoping enterprise moves to this side of town

The process was easy from start to finish: From the mobile check in to the easy drop-off, I'd highly recommend this location. I have never had that easy of a process renting a truck for house work, very much appreciated!

I was going to give 1 star, because this wasn't my original pickup location. I had to drive 45 minutes extra because my reserved truck wasn't available at my location. So this coralville location was great! Wish I didn't have to use it though...

An amendment to my previous review. I was able to get ahold of the local uhaul to day, and they did refund the late delivery charge. Base on that i would gladly recommend them to others need to rent a truck.

My uhaul enclosed trailer leaked water. It rained and got one of my tv's wet. If it is ruined I'm not going to be very happy. Also a baby book got wet. Anything else will be fine

Due to COVID and some time restraints, I decided to use the mobile pick up option. After working through the app, I was finally able to find the vehicle that was listed in the app. The van was parked in with several other vehicles surrounding it, making it impossible to leave. I then had to spend an extra HOUR standing in line at the actual location so I could take the vehicle. What was supposed to be a quick and easy pick up turned into a time waster, causing me to have to rearrange my whole day. Please make sure the app works as listed, or don't use it. The staff working at the location were very kind and able to get me moving as quickly as possible, though. They were great!

The truck seat was cracked - not that big of a deal, but looked old. The staff were helpful but the main criticism is that except for social distancing markers on the wait line, there was no indication that UHaul has any cleaning criteria for the trucks. Are surfaces cleaned and disinfected? if so, it should be mentioned. Also in every truck there should be disinfecting wipes.

My husband forgot his mask on the way to return and so had to run back home quick so we returned 15 minutes late and they were very nice when we called on the phone in a panic. We appreciate that flexibility. We are using you again for sure!

I was given a car with tank less than full. The estimate given on the contract sheet for how many gallons to fill the gas tank in order to return the car with the amount of gas originally in the tank was not accurate. I filled 6 gallons according to the estimate on the sheet and the tank was full instead of being at the level at the beginning of my rental. On top of that, I felt nickle and dimed for having to pay extra for 5 miles driven over the given amount. The trucks alignment was off when I rented the truck which made it difficult to drive.

I only use this location because of its proximity to me. It is poorly managed and staffed by rude personnel. I rent a pickup from them every month or 6 weeks. The beds of the trucks are always unswept . If you don't sweep them out upon return they charge you.

The parking lot of the location created a bottle neck that would have allowed the 300 Spartans to win their battle. It was difficult to drop off my trailer because of a short-length drop-off station line from the street and lack of a separate outlet. In a Big 10 college town this needs to be heavily addressed
