Get rid of computer phone system.
MICHAEL MA gentlemen wearing a general manager shirt basically told me my issues weren’t his problem. He stated I probably shouldn’t be charged but it was the other stores issue.

Gregory DAll good with pick up and after hours drop off. You need to download the U-Haul app to avoid a service fee for after hours drop off -- at least that is what the sign at the location says. App allows you to take six pictures of the trailer at drop off. Everything was easy and the employees were friendly and helpful at pick up. Rates for a trailer were reasonable. Would recommend this location to anyone.
Daniel FI reserved a panel van for 7am pickup. Driving from 320 miles away, I got to the pickup location a few minutes after 9am and was told my reservation had been cancelled and my vehicle rented to someone else because I was over an hour late. There was nothing in the reservation documents stating this, and I received NO NOTIFICATION of this action. No notice of a cancelled reservation for which I drove across 3 states to use. This should never happen. The rep did find a truck that suited my needs and I was able to conduct the work I needed to. You’ve lost me as a customer and please rest assured I will spread this story across with my friends and acquaintances. Customers are hard and expensive to obtain. You should not lose them without notice.

Kevin MWell it would be nice if your computer systems worked. I went to one location that was closer to me and her computer system didn't work at all. Went to another one and that location had only one of all their computers was working. Making the process quicker would have helped a bunch.
Myles MI orginally had a reservation for 11:30 am. I get there and i am not allowed to rent a truck because of a issue with my family member. It was my move, my card to pay for it, and i never rented from them before. Had to call a number to get clearance. Because of this i had to push my rental back several hours. I lost time and spent more money because of this bullshit. I will never been renting from uhaul again.
