Kevin MWell it would be nice if your computer systems worked. I went to one location that was closer to me and her computer system didn't work at all. Went to another one and that location had only one of all their computers was working. Making the process quicker would have helped a bunch.
Myles MI orginally had a reservation for 11:30 am. I get there and i am not allowed to rent a truck because of a issue with my family member. It was my move, my card to pay for it, and i never rented from them before. Had to call a number to get clearance. Because of this i had to push my rental back several hours. I lost time and spent more money because of this bullshit. I will never been renting from uhaul again.

Kelsea HWaited for 30 minutes in line just to be told system is down and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Upon getting checked out found out I need an adapter and had to wait in line again for 20 minutes. Over an hour to get out of this location horrible will never be back.

joe fThe person at U-haul knew less about the trailer then I knew. He said it only had emergancy brakes, I told him ir had surge brake he said no. Your personel needs better training. I would have never rented a car hauler without brake and only emergancy brakes.

Dave SI am very disappointed with my experience regarding the hitch wiring installation service. 1. I had an appointment at the Coralville, IA location to install hitch wiring. The technician spent approximately three hours attempting the installation but was ultimately unable to complete the work. He then removed everything, leaving me with no completed installation and wasting a significant amount of my time. 2. Following this experience, I filed a complaint through your customer service call center. I was promised a follow-up call within 72 hours, but I never received any communication regarding my complaint. 3. I then scheduled another hitch wiring installation at the Iowa City, IA location. Unfortunately, the wiring was installed incorrectly. When connected to my trailer, the left turn signal activates the right signal and vice versa. This issue was later identified by a roadside assistance technician. 4. After multiple appointments, hours of wasted time, and an improperly installed system, I expect appropriate reimbursement for the time, inconvenience, and additional expenses I have incurred as a result of these service failures. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating. I would appreciate prompt attention to this matter and a resolution that reflects the inconvenience and costs I have suffered.
