Have all employees on the same page, I reserved a 2 day rental & was told at pick up it was only 24 hours, was told they will talk to employee about his misinformation. Also was blamed for hole on side of cargo box, I checked out truck & it was already there at pre-trip, U-haul needs employees to check equipment in correctly. Transmission downshifted to rough & loud & front wheel hubs where leaking hub oil. High beams worked at times only. Not a good experience.CESAR P.

Service wa extremely slow. We had to get our own dolly. It was not in good condition and they would not swap it out. The truck needed some maintenance done to it. It did not run smoothly on the highway,. These are simple things that a paying customer should not have to deal with.ANGELICA G.

How about a truck that works and is safe to drive? That would be nice. The garbage junk truck you gave me had transmission issues and brakes didn't work so had to go 30mph and worry if truck would actually stop. This was my worst experience ever renting a truck by far. Made a reservation that said it was guaranteed. If equipment wouldn't be available someone would call me. Arrived at store at 8:57 am, and am told equipment reserved is not present but instead I have to drive 30 minutes across town. Upon returning truck, same experience with same guy. Bad experience. Poor customer service. No apology given for mess up, or for the overcharge of $20 more than reserved even though confirmation noted, no call from anyone and lack of care from rep.ELIZABETH R.

I disputed the level of gas that was in the vehicle. You overstated how much gas was in the truck by a 1/4 of a gallon more than was actually in it. I guess that's a great way for you to make some extra money though. I returned it at the level it was given to me at. Shameful. There's no way I should be paying you for 4 gallons of gas!JULIE G.

This location requires a utility bill to rent a pickup in town? I have a Texas drivers license, a Texas concealed carry license, and a number of credit cards all in good standing. Over the years I've rented probably twenty times from U Haul without incident. Your employee S. Sepulveda told me it has to do with vehicles being stolen and that's just the way it is. Treating your customers like they're untrustworthy is a poor way to do business. Your ignorance just lost you a long term customer.ERIC B.

It’s storage, nothing fancy. Paying $10 more per month to have a lower level unit was silly. $45 a month is too much for such a small unit, I don’t see the value or cost savings there. Well, I had reserved a van, but was switched to a pickup truck instead. I only accepted because I was in a rush to get my furniture moved. The higher bed of the truck made it very difficult to load and unload heavy items by myself. It did what I needed it to though. In the future, however, I'm going to need to be more insistent about getting what I reserved.JOSEPH K.

1)very rude staff 2) I rented a van on the Uhual App and it was not located at the bin, so I had to go inside to check in. On the app my total final price was $35.When I checked in at the counter the Uhual Employee increased the price to $52. I explained that my price was lower on the app and he was unwilling to respect my price. I was in a huge hurry and didn't have to argue with the Uhual employee. 3) The van gas tank was not full with gas. In fact, the line was behind the F line. I literally drove 20 miles for a total time of 1 hour and 30 minutes. I went to fill up the tank and for 20 dollars and to deliver a full tank as per my contract but I fail to understand why I was given a van without full tank. I asked the Uhual employee for a refund and he rudely told me that no refunds allowed. In summary, I hope you understand my frustrations regarding this matter and I have no other option to direct my frustrations through this method because dealing with the store is highly ineffective especially with the rude employee at the counter.Julio G.
