A secure place for customers to leave heir own vehicle would be nice. Someone entered my locked vehicle during the few hours I was renting your truck. No major damage or things lost but left me with an unsettling feeling.
Debra D.I tried to access the uhaul website to change drop off locations. I entered a call back request, received the call back, only to wait for 45 minutes, only to be cut off after 45 minutes of waiting on the phone. All of the personal interactions were fabulous. Your automated system is horrendous.
David D.i called in advance to talk to someone about a trailer rental and was given information on how to get one for a few hours and was not told i had to do the stuff on my phone anyways so when we show up to get the trailer we get left in the building sweating for 20 minutes to just then be told we had an entire process to go through still. the guy there had no clue what he was doing or even why i had to pay almost $100 for a $14.95 posted rental it was ridiculous and the worst experience i have had with a uhaul location
John F.We had a reservation to pickup our rental @8:30..no one was there..when my husband finally got someone to answer, they texted and said they were in a meeting. Finally arrived a little after 9:00 and then sent us to another location a mile away to actually pick up the truck. We had people we were paying to help us ready to meet us and we ended up being over 45 minutes later due to this glitch.

KIMBERLYLYNN W.WE DID NOT GET THE DELIVERY VAN WE HAD REQUESTED AND INSTEAD GOT A BOX TRUCK WHICH MADE OUR SITUATION VERY DIFFICULT. MAY HAVE TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT IF THAT EVER HAPPENS AGAIN - WE RENT 2 DELIVERY VANS TWICE A YEAR.

SIDNEY ISSAC R.Light in box did not work. Recommend personnel advise customers to check that in addition to other checks they advise customers to do. Opening the trailer to check was not on my radar.
randy G.The employees of UHaul should not ask the customers to assist in installing the trailer or assistance in attaching it to the UHaul. This could be a legal issue for the company as well as the customer.
RENA D.Should credit some miles due to having to drive 15 miles to pick up since not available equipment in my town (we have 4 U-Haul centers in town). Also, dolly and 6 blankets are nice to keep in truck but should be removed due to space being taken up when not requested.
