Technician scratched my bumper when trying to hook up the 6’ x 12’ trailer to my receiving hitch.
Tom MWaited 1hr 15 mins just to return a truck due to the prior customer in line having issues. Need more staff. One staff member and customer issue shouldn’t put the company behind an hour and have people waiting excessively.

Aleta Tthis was an out of state move. the uhaul boxes where supposed to be picked up and dropped off the next day. I was called a day before pick up and told that the boxes cant be delivered "internationaly" and that the truck wouldnt be able to cross the state border. i then was given the option to hire a 3rd party to make that next day delivery happen. In the end uhaul delivered the boxes the following week. but only after me, the customer, had to call , and call, and call to make sure emploies where doing what they said they would. Overall my move did happen and the boxes where delivered.... but only after me being a full time project manager and making sure things where happening.
Brian DI scheduled my after hour pick I was suppose to pick up the truck at 8 am when I logged on to the app it said that my equipment was not scheduled. That set me back an hour behind. My business lost money because of that. I was told I was going to be compensated I received no credit nothing. I am requesting a call back

Stephen FWhen I arrived to pick up vehicle there was a decent line as the computers were running slow. Apparently there was maintenance being done on the system. However, all employees at the counter were very courteous and apologetic for the inconvenience. They handled things as best they could.

I made them aware (although this should not be my responsibility to check), she said she would change the mileage to make sure I did not get charged for more miles. I called the location back to confirm it had been changed and she forgot to change it so it was still set at the wrong number of miles. The whole process, my whole experience was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this location or go with Uhaul again after this experience.

Kyle JVery easy! Made the reservation the night before and picked up first thing at 9am. Only issue was that the App would not let me complete my info until the day/time my reservation went live, so I was unable to finish the information input, causing a little more time during pick up. Staff was helpful and friendly!

Denise WThe front bumper was loose on pickup, the mileage incorrect and fuel lower than noted on the paperwork. On drop off, the charges on the final paperwork showed $440, while the actual charges on my account not pending showed up as $653. The employa LaShata, rolled her eyes several times before continuously restating “you were charged $440 sir.” In a monotone robotic tone, before rudely picking up a phone call mid conversation. After which, I proceeded to calmly explain the confusion, to which her reply was to tell me to get out of the store, threaten to call the police, then actually hit the panic button under the desk in an effort to create something out of a simple check on the overcharge. Ridiculous, rageful employee who cannot control her emotions. Was no where to be found at the location for 8 minutes upon arrival at 8:30 AM. Insanity.
ILYA MWhere do I start, this was a nightmare experience from start to finish. I reserved from this location originally and was called 2 days before my pickup to switch to a different location down the road. On the day of pickup I arrived at the new location I was given and the location was closed, when trying to pickup via the app it told me I was in the wrong location. I called support and they had to go through multiple steps to change the location, though this was the location I was given by the UHaul scheduling department. Once the location was changed I unlocked the lockbox to find NO KEY to the truck I was being given. I had to then have my location switched AGAIN back to the original location that I requested in the first place. Once I arrived there i was told all I would have to do is go in and get the key since all check-in was completed online, I went inside to no greeting and had to wait for the one person working to complete a phone call before picking up the keys. Once I was given the keys I was told nothing about picking up or dropping it back off, just handed the keys. At drop off the location was closed and there was not clear information on where to put the truck for after hours drop off, only signs to ‘park and return keys’. The lack of communication and preparation for a company this large is absolutely astounding. I was told I will be receiving the $50 ‘equipment guarantee’ refund but I didn’t even get a confirmation on that so I am hoping that is not just one more empty promise.

Chuck PI haven’t received my $100 off of my rental agreement. I couldn’t bring the trailer to my drop off location because your company didn’t find one. After saying I’d get my discount anyway once I returned the equipment, I instead was given $50 dollars off. This cost me a days pay(waiting on a trailer that never arrived), and your company acted in bad faith. Still waiting my discount. SMH.

WESLEY WAfter I picked up my trailer. I noticed one of the 4 tires was flat. I was on a schedule and did not have time to return to U-Haul. Fortunately, I have my own compressor and was able to fill the tire and use the trailer. I will check more closely the next time I rent.

hAMDI MOverall, it was a great experience, with a few areas for improvement. The van’s steering or alignment may need attention—at cruising speeds, it tends to drift slightly left and right, requiring a firm grip on the wheel to maintain control. The website does not clearly explain long-distance moving options; I only learned through chat that significantly lower mileage rates are available when purchasing a larger block of miles. Canceling moving help also requires a phone call and cannot be done online. Additionally, the rental location would benefit from a large, clearly visible sign indicating where to return vehicles. While the staff were efficient, they were not particularly friendly.
Santosh NI would suggest that you check the cargo rear door, the rollers may need lubricant or replaced. This would improve raising and closing the door smoothly.’Thank you 😊
Joseph WDrop of was a disaster. I rented a trailer. When I picked up the trailer I was instructed to go drop it off at the drop off location. I got there and no one was there. I waited a long time and no one came. I finally had to remove the trailer myself and then drove to the main office. There was only one customer in the office and she was looking at boxes. There were two workers behind the desk just sitting there doing nothing. One of the workers told me they were busy with other customers which was not the case. The worker told me I had to take the trailer to the trailer lot which is the complete opposite of the pick up day. I had to go back reinstall the trailer and then take it to the lot in the middle of a rain storm. Very unprofessional.
Oliver BTrucks need maintenance upkeep. Gears not working properly, Dolly missing on truck, not clean. Left on hold for over 30 minutes, poor customer service.
Mark GAgain, no suggestions, really. It was a bit out of my way, but the hours were better than the location I usually use in this area. So I might end up using this one again despite the distance from my office.

tommy bThis is by far the best Uhaul that I’ve rented at, we are a moving company so we rent trucks pretty often. Every time I rent here the trucks are clean, gas and miles are accurate. The team led by Keagon (hopefully I spelled his name right) always have a smile on their face and are very informative. Thank you for always making my experience 5 Star?

Todd KWe had to wait over half and hour to pick up our truck. They could not find the keys. The shipping pads we ordered were not in the truck. The roll up door was very hard to close as it was rusty and completely dry of any lubrication of any kind. The padlock on the roll up door was also corroded and the key turned very stiff. The truck was 14 years old with over 166K on it. While it did the 40 mile drive I needed it for, It needs to be retired IMO. The workers at the store were very friendly and did offer the help where they could. The store itself was clean and organized.
Frank WU-haul clearly has the type trailer I need for this job. I will return to this center either Friday or Monday to rent the proper trailer to meet my hauling needs.
David LCustomer service. Representative was very pushy and rude. We had to change the type of vehicle due to weather conditions. He didn’t like it and was rude about that. When we were in the vehicle looking for odometer reading we couldn’t find and asked for his help. He was rude about that saying it’s not his job and while I was trying to figure out he kept on pushing us to move the vehicle. It’s not every day that I rent or drive these kind of vehicles and some patience and assistance would have helped us. I didn’t had any issues with renting from other locations like 3rd party storage units. This location supposed to be better in terms of service.
