After U-Haul changed the location of my reservation, I was told on my return I could drop it off anywhere. When I took it to my hometown to drop it off I was told I was being charged an extra $244 unless I returned it to the store, I picked it up. When I talked to the lady that answered the main office, she acted smug and rude and said I would end up paying that unless I drove it back to where you all changed the reservation to. Very disappointed.

Peter DDon't bother making reservations ahead of time because it won't be available on pick up day and then you're stuck with a different truck than intended. Employee also said he could not find auto transport reservation on their end anymore. Had to call customer support to get it sorted out.

Also the callback message was pitiful stating could not get thru. And I didn’t get a call! Automation response needs verification.

PAUL HIt is not detailed cleaned but it is OK. APP doesn’t work. Link sent to the phone for checking in didn’t work either this time. So I WASN’t able to log my return of the truck after office hours hours ( 1 hr after closing) so I was charged the extra hours until next morning. Crew is very kind and professional

Ashley ROverall, I did have a very good experience with Uhaul. I initially tried to reserve a pick-up and trailer on line but had some trouble. I called the 800 number and was helped by a representative who took care of the problem. The only issue I had was that the truck smelled like cigarettes. I don't know if smoking in your vehicles is prohibited, but maybe it should be. The truck was clean and the trailer worked perfectly for my needs. Thanks Uhaul!

Joseph VThe truck had a TPMS sensor that was out on the passenger side, outer rear wheel that should’ve been fixed before renting. Wish it had cruise control. Long distances like this trip is a challenge to keep the speed steady.

brian mI had a reservation for late afternoon but wanted to change it to earlier on the day. All three of their trailers of that size were out. When one came in they called me so I could come get it as soon as it came in. I appreciated that very much. The equipment worked well and suited my needs perfectly.
Michael OThey need to improve parking for customers.. and the ingress and egress into this lot is very confusing. Recommend more directional signs and arrows to let customers picking up vehicles know how to get in and out and where to park.

I have always used Uhaul, but never the west Farragut location.. it was closer this time so I tried. West Town location has always been great.
