Mark WThis location is the standard bearer for what a U-HAUL dealership should be. Always very helpful and quickly show up at dropoff location when returning equipment. Most importantly they ask if there are any complaints with truck or equipment without coaxing. I did report a problem with no windshield fluid and before I could walk away, another gentleman had the hood up and was checking the problem. I also reported a water leak, and they probed as to the area where the water was noticed inside the truck. Thank you to your staff at this location. They never disappoint.

OSAMA EEverything was fine except the U-Haul that I picked up was out of the alignment and there's something going on with the suspension that caused me to not be able to drive more than 65 mph without being shook to death. Which meant it took me longer to get to and from where I was going and coming back to because I could not drive faster than 65 mph on the interstate without triggering a lot of shaking. I did report this to the dealership and that it needed to be looked at

tristan p1. The truck interior was gross. Brown stains on all armrests, interior passenger-side windshield had foot prints/smears from someone, and overall very unclean inside. 2. We called for roadside within the first 30 mins due to flashing check engine light. Told "Probably needs fresh gas, but it won't break down on you. Top it off with fresh and you should be good." With 750 miles left to go.. The check engine light came on and off periodically until staying on around midnight. Only 51k miles on it. 3. I drive an HD truck daily, and you expect a somewhat bumpy ride. Good grief this truck felt like it had blown shocks or zero suspension whatsoever. The bumping was so violent that the ABS light flashed on at one point (and turned off), several items were not where I strapped them down, and we are both sore. Imagine someone holding you by the shoulders and shaking you at any road imperfection. It was violent loaded or empty. We had it full (should be better loaded). 4. Uhaul, please give these trucks more power or leave them factory tuned. The A/C cutoff feature is silly in 95* weather. Tow/Haul mode was aggressively downshifting and holding gears so long that you worry the engine will give up. The engine would hold 3rd-4th the majority of the trip, and immediately downshift even when coasting. Never driven a truck that just wanted to be at 3000-4500rpm so much or was so loud in the cab for a gas engine. Borderline dangerous getting on the highway (without triggering the CEL) or going over hills when you can barely hold 50mph. In the end, it got us here. I just want UHaul to be aware of a real experience and realize this wasn't a pleasant one when using the largest self-move service company. We have used UHaul several times, and this is by far the most unpleasant. -The A/C, bluetooth/radio, and toy hauler worked great. Customer service/employees at all locations were very friendly, helpful, and quick! Turning radius and driving the truck was easier than I expected when it wasn't trying to shake us or itself apart. So there's that.

JOE CNice guys working the counter, spoke to me when I arrived went straight to work on my order, reserved a van. A better check in experience than a week ago at the store close to west town mall in Knoxville.
Connie TLocation was fine. Your app is horrible. Wouldn’t let me check in online, asked for the same information I put in your system when I made the reservation. Don’t make the app so important to the experience if it’s not going to work. Has opposite impact.

Michael cThis location always seems to have computer problems. That is what I have been told each time I have used their services. The only exception to this was when my son worked there and the computers seem to work fine. I provided my information and selection on line to save time and still it took 20 minutes to get my trailer.
Randy DI think more staff would move rentals along better. To long wait time with too men handling customers, check outs etc.
