Truck could have used a car wash and was dusty inside. Truck ran good. Although, your truck had so much ads and some helpful things. I suggest a simple quick guide card for reference. 1. How to use door fob. 2. How to start car. 3. Where the gas tank is. and what type of gas to put in. I did call help line two times.

This location gives you the vehicle on empty because they have an issue with homeless people stealing gas overnight. They warn customers of this, unless you've reserved online. Then you just get your keys with no warning. This caused me to run out of gas before getting to my destination. They also did not give me the dolly I ordered after assuring me it was in the back of the truck. It was not.

We were in a pinch and really needed a cargo van and everybody else is out and I called him and they were so friendly and they made it happen so fast and I didn't think I was going to be there on time and they were so cool about it I did make it on time😁 and we ended up paying half as much as we thought we were going to I love this location I'll never go anyplace else for my U-Haul needs and I'll tell my friends

The U-Haul didn’t have any gas and when we told them it was out of gas they just put enough in it to get to gas station and we had to fill it up enough to use it. That is unacceptable it should have a decent amount of gas and the customer should not be responsible for putting in enough gas to functionally use it

The drive lanes and parking areas for trailers and vehicles are littered with debris. I picked up a handful of nails, screws and other sharp objects so I don’t puncture a tire. Your employees or even someone from the homeless community close by could keep this place clean and tidy. It’s not difficult to maintain the yard but you’ll need to change your employees behavior if you want to make a difference.

Well everything did go fine up untill I actually got to the store. I reserved the U-Haul on the app. But then it got canceled at the last second so then I had to do it again. Then it came to a halt cause it wouldn’t let me move passed giving a secondary number so instead of being quick through the app I had to go inside still just to rent the U-Haul that I already had reserved twice thru the app. Then the price ended up being higher than originally told even tho there was supposed to be a price lock in.

They do not put the equipment that you reserve in the truck. There was hardly any gas in the truck and it broke down the minute. I pulled out of the parking lot. They do not check their trucks apparently because if they would’ve that would’ve never happened. The worst experience of my life broke down on a busy boulevard before I could get to the gas station. Had to call police Because roadside couldn’t get there for over 30 minutes.

When picking up the Van the gas tank was fully empty with the gas light on. Inside the can it appears that the rubber floor and some plastic trim pieces were missing. Other than that though the representatives were great! Very nice and Friendly. The store reps are the reason I would recommend people using this location.

I had to divert to this location unexpectedly at the end of a long one-way move, and the experience could not have been better. ​First, a huge shout-out to Sheila on the phone support team. She was amazing, calm, and quick to locate this alternative dealer for me when my original drop-off plan fell through. ​When I arrived with the truck and auto transport trailer, it was right near closing time, but the Isaiah did not hesitate to help. They were super friendly, fast, and remarkably efficient. They handled the check-in and unhooking process smoothly and had me on my way in just minutes without making me feel rushed. ​Turning what could have been a stressful hiccup into a quick, pleasant finish to moving day made all the difference. I highly recommend this drop-off location!

The young lady that initially waited on me was kind and helpful. Other people were stiff and unwilling to provide good services without extra charges that made the experience less than stellar. For example: I needed a trailer hitch and there were several laying on the floor in the garage that had been left behind by other customers but the attendant insisted that I buy a new one for a single 6 hour trailer rental. I understand that that is your policy but I would have returned it for someone else to use who happened to for get to bring their own. In the past, any attendant would have allowed me to borrow a spare but the extra cost was not for customer friendly.

it was a bit of a long wait to pick up the truck (maybe 15-20 mins), felt like they might have been a bit understaffed for the queue. but dropoff was quick and easy, and the vehicle itself was excellent!

We arrived to find out that the equipment I had specifically requested nearly 2 weeks before when I made the reservation was unavailable. I had asked for 2 regular dollys, a furniture dolly, and an appliance dolly. All we got was one appliance dolly. Mind you, we were moving from a 3b2bth house when tons of furniture and boxes - these would have made our lives so much easier. Once we got the keys to our truck (which they luckily had the right size available), we were informed it container 3/8 of a tank of gas. Wrong. It was completely empty it would not even start up. We had to wait for someone from uhaul to manually pour gas into the tank, and then we came to find out that despite having some gas, the fuel gauge was not working and still showing 0. We spent $150 filling up the gas tank at the nearest station, as we were told that once it was full the fuel gauge would “hopefully start working again” (per the manager that this worker was texting). Luckily the fuel gauge did begin to work after filling it with gas, but we began our day almost an hour later than we had anticipated, with not enough equipment. Workers were fine and nice enough, but I was not pleased with not receiving all my items, and I wish that they had just given us a different truck rather than waiting to fix the one we had. To give credit, they did give us a $90 credit for the gas tank since we brought it back almost 1/2 full and we were not charged for the equipment we obviously didn’t receive.

I was charged an extra $38 for going over the estimated mileage but I returned the truck with 4-5 gallons of gas more than I picked it up with and the manager wouldn’t just call it even or reimburse me for the extra gas. Piss poor customer service in my opinion.

I can't believe the Uhaul stores don't know what kind of truck they carry (one-way vs. return) , DON'T know where Morro Bay is, and I have to tell 5 different agents that I am moving to Morro Bay , NOT Belmont. ANd NOW- you people are trying to take 60.00 MORE out of my account?? For WHAT?

You charged me for 2 extra days and it was only 1 extra day! Please refund $20 plus tax. Rental on 9/9/26 was for a minimum of 2 days at the $161.44 per the rental agent at Fresno, CA. I called in for 1 day extra at $20. Thanks!

The truck I initially received was stuck behind other vehicles on the lot. Was difficult to maneuver off the lot. Poor explanation of filling the tank after finished. Surprise charges. Granted underestimated the expected mileage but was more expensive than I was expecting. Overall it was extra stress on moving day just have to go with the flow.

No complaints! Duncan was fantastic. We were in and out quickly and the whole process was extremely efficient. Return was quick and easy as well. Just what you want when you have had a full stressful and exhausting day. Highly recommend this location!

Check battery. Headlights could be effected if driving at night. Why isn’t there no radio frequency? Drive was unable to adjust seat for his lengthy legs and height. We have used U-Haul since the early 1950’s and enjoyed the services. That is what kept us as loyal customers.

I was using the app to pick up the truck and I was able to complete the pickup process thru the app. I was advised to take photos of the gas level and odometer reading. However I took photos of the vehicle all around to cover myself. The drop off process was flawless when using the app. I would recommend this location to anyone because although the app was not working the 2 gentlemen I dealt with were very polite and helpful and the science was overall a success

When I started the U-Haul 15 ft truck the gauge said it had a quarter tank of gas. I drove for about 4 miles down the road and the truck ran out of gas. I was in the middle of the street when it died blocking traffic. I called U-Haul and said that I should have checked before I left and I told them I did. The offered no apology and was only given back half of a gas refund for not returning it to a quarter tank. Still no concern or apology from the worker on return. He acknowledged that the gas gets stollen out of the tanks at night and it doesn’t change the gauge when they do that. We had hired help and lost an hour if their paid time due to dealing with the truck not having any gas.

The app did not work well it would not let me upload the pictures of the vehicle and it created a lot of stress. Also, instead of a quarter of a tank, it was less than that. I rented twice in the last 30 days and this has been an issue both times.
