As I was waiting for my turn in line, the guy working the front counter on 02/17/20, at 830am was very rude and unprofessional, he talked to the guy customer like he was stupid, he no professional attitude, wow that was so sad to watch. On the other I was helped my a female who was clueless on on her knowledge about the 17 foot truck, she said make sure the trailer hitch is ON position when driving on flat service. Are you kidding me, by her statement I could have really caused damage to the truck, I would know because when in Tow/haul mode extends the shift points and adds engine braking when decelerating. It went on to explain this mode is not necessary for light towing or towing on level ground. This mode also locks up the torque converter earlier to reduce transmission heat and will reduce fuel economy as a result and may burn the engine out. I stated to the female there is only no quarter tank. She stated "just bring it back like tha", no care what so ever Both of these people should be let go or retraining could work to. When I returned the truck around 640pm I explained to the guy checking in the vehicle, the truck drives terrible engine drives rough, the suspension is rough, you can feel every thing on the road, he commit back " yea they all drive like that", with that commit and the unprofessional from all parties that work at uhaul, tells never ever go back ever.

Price for the rental decent, but your mileage price is too high, you would get more business if there's no mileage charge.

On the weekends, this site could use a few more people/workers. It gets very busy and the crew seemed to be stretched thin. The crew was polite and friendly and very helpful.

when I pick up the truck it had about two tick above the quarter of the tank, and I drove 20.1 miles total, and I returned it with a quarter of a tank the girl said it was below 1/4 and charged me $55.00 for bringing the truck in with under 1/4 of a tank I took a picture of it and have proof. Never use Blackstone U haul ever again.

The front windshield had a large crack in it on the drivers side. Which not only put my life at risk but all those other cars around me on my 3 hour drive home. The person who gave me the Uhaul said he couldn’t give me a better truck. Customer service was not family friendly. They only care about profit over people.

Should have been staffed with more people especially because it was a Saturday. In the morning the computers were working very slow and when we went back to return there were no cashiers available so there was a long wait.

Employees were very nice, helpful and friendly. the gentlerman who helped us, Jacob, helped connecting the trailer to my truck. at first the lights weren't working, so he ckd them and found a bad fuse. He changed the fuse and made it work, and we were on the road at no time at all. very nice man. and when we dropped the trailer Kyle helped us disconnect and cked us out with smile. very happy i used you guys.

Wait times are too long. Even if you had reserved a vehicle. The vehicle I got was really dirty on the outside and back of the van. Dropping it off took to long as well.

I went to pick up a appliance dolly and they gave me a bent one when I asked for a better one that wasn’t been the person that was waiting on me had an attitude about it she needs to get better customer service training

My vehicle was hooked up to a trailer that was WAY TOO HEAVY FOR MY CAR TO PULL. My car has now sustained substantial damage. Let alone my tow hitch just installed is now bent from weight of trailer. Blew out my rear shocks as well.
