The app would NOT let me upload a pictures. I kept trying to take a picture, but it would NOT work. It kept saying to retake it. I did take pictures on my phone. I can send them to whichever number needs them. I just had a hard time trying to get a good photo that the app would accept. I tried flash, no flash. Close up, far away. The app wouldn’t accept the photo. I returned the car before 9. Thank you for your service. Please reach out to me for the photos. I WILL send them.

The representative Named Veronica helped me out but upon me arriving to the counter when she already had said she could help me, wonderful and all the while i was waiting while she looked for a photo on her phone to show a co worker when i was clearly standing in front of her already waiting, I though maybe she was finishing up something from a previous customer and to find out she was with her phone and scrolling through her photos to show a coworker - i couldn't believe it. I don't expect exceptional customer service any longer but come on, Veronica needs to do better customer service was poor, i mean no customer service id rather do self checkout than have to deal with that. Very unprofessional.

This marks my second visit to this particular location, and my experience was, on the whole, unremarkable. I believe I was overcharged, and the representative indicated an inability to process a reimbursement for the additional fuel expense.

Duncan and crew handled a busy Saturday with slow computers with so much patience and kindness. Our experience here was excellent and we were made to feel like the only customers even though they were taking care of so many others too. Great experience!

It took one hour an forty five minutes to check for a trailer I reserved a week in advance and uploaded all the necessary documentation for and payment in advance. They had one person working the counter. He said the system was going slow and this happens every Saturday. You should look into how the management is mismanaging the staff.

Have gas in the truck and replace faulty mechanisms. The truck leaked gas due to vandals syphoning gas. It took an extra hour to leave because the gas meter read zero miles to empty. Now I’m out extra money in order to complete the job and make sure that there is a quarter tank at drop off.

The location and employees were nice when within working hours. When dropping off the truck at delivery after hours, a homeless person jumped out of a parked truck and ran off. Other homeless in the area created a questionable safe environment. If dropping off after hours, a security person on site would be good…or individuals could be made aware of the location homeless/drug population.

Service was very good. Made a reservation for needed equipment. But I did wonder why an employee was just wondering around with a coffee cup as the line was growing and only one associate was helping customers. Overall the service was very good. Have been a customer for various equipment and packaging supplies for years. Thank you.

Have at least a 8th of gas in the truck at all times the truck i had rented had no gas right when I turn it on other than that I was satisfied I will be renting soon to move in a couple months.

Customer experience was not good. Feels like workers could care less. They also do not explain process well. Perhaps they are overworked or understaffed and resentful. I will not use Uhaul again. There are too many other options.

My truck was not pulled out to center of the lot. It had none of the blankets or Dollie’s that I had requested in it and the check engine light was on with 133000 miles. I also had to scrape the ice off the windows myself. And customer service was not helpful - the one guy working there.

The man that checked us back in was great but the gentleman that checked me in was rude . He was annoyed when we asked to switch the size of the truck because we needed a U-Haul with the ramp , he didn’t like me asking my mom about the insurance , I felt like I couldn’t ask about the charges . He was not happy to be inside helping me cause the other guy was helping someone else . The guy had to come in from Outside to help cause it was busy .

The General Manager was very kind and did his best. I returned the gas tank a TINY BIT under a quarter and they had almost charged me a fee but i explained to him that I received the uhual at 50 miles. He remembered and helped me out with this. He was there all day which i appreciated just in case i had issues. Great customer service I would say having more people in the front would help because I did have to wait about 20 minutes before talking to someone.

Reserved a 20 foot truck ahead of time. Day of rental I was not told which truck was mine I was just sent outside and told to match the number on the key chain with the truck number. When I walked up to truck I noticed the gas cap was off and dangling on its side ...I went back inside and notified the employee at the desk I was not offered another truck but told to just take a picture and adjust fuel level while checking out online. The truck was in such a tight spot I had to move the truck out so I could take the pictures to check out before leaving the parking lot. As I started the truck and it ran, the dash display started displaying how many miles until empty and that number continued to drop making me sweat it just to get to the gas station down the road. No matter how many times I removed the gas cap and tightened it I had to see the "Check Fuel Cap" the whole time I drove the truck. Also, when driving the truck, the steering wheel had to be turned to the left so your hands are in a more "7" and "1" position instead of a "10" and "2" position just to go straight down the road which made it very difficult to see how fast I was going and tiresome since I drove almost 100 miles.

The truck was the most dangerous thing I’ve ever driven and I felt extremely unsafe in it the entire time. The first truck was completely blocked in, and by the time I waited for it to be taken out, the gas tank was completely empty because it had been siphoned. I got a new truck and it was so janky I could’ve swore the wheels were going to roll off while driving and worried the whole time that the engine would give out since the check engine light popped on (which I asked about and was told “it’s because our gas always get siphoned, nothing to worry about though”) but it was something I worried about. I’m just thankful to have made it safely. I will not be renting from U-Haul again. It’s not worth risking my life over.

Everything was very easy. I ordered my truck on line. It took about 5 minutes to get my vehicle when I arrived and about the same amount of time when I returned it. I rented a cargo van and it was a new vehicle. Very clean and comfortable.

I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. I physically came to the location one week in advance and spoke to Noel to confirm the online reservation. ( I did this due to a previous experience.) I made the reservation for 10 am and I arrived at 10:20 and the vehicle was STILL not immediately available. They had to change the battery. Once I got the equipment everything was fine. I gave an average rating because when it comes to timeliness, they are not timely. But the equipment is clean and in working order. Just expect to wait because the equipment is not immediately ready despite the reservation.
