This was a terrible experience. I attempted to use your app to check and did everything and then at the end it said your rental is not eligible. Please tell me that up front. I ran out of gas in my rental truck after driving 20 feet. Noel went to get gas because he didn't have any and 30 minutes later he came back with snacks and a drink and ignored all of the customers. Brandon came out a few minutes later and put a couple gallons in my truck so I could leave. The manager, Noel was very rude to his employees and the customers. Opposite of that, Veronica and Brandon were very helpful. I arrived at U-Haul at 7:45 and didn't leave until 9:20, that is totally unacceptable. I had 10 people waiting for me to move but Noel didn't care. The management of this location is awful and give U-haul a bad name.

Getting a moving truck for my move on a Friday was so easy and a quick process. They had wonderful customer service and it was a smooth process. The drop off was the same experience too and took less than 10 minutes! Thank you for making a stressful move, more simple!

Gas tank was emptied by a homeless person. Their answer is to keep fuel at 1/8th or less. Mine is as near empty and had to immediately get fuel. It’s impossible to estimate it right at the beginning so I either have ti refuel twice or give U-Haul free gas. Feels like a scam when locking the gas caps at night would be an easy solution,

Called me the day prior to ask me to go to another location that was 25 minutes away, tried to offer cheaper price per mile but it didn’t even matter it would’ve costed more per mile if we went to the other location. Then the gas wasn’t even filled up the way it should’ve been so we barely had enough for one big load, I’ve had a better experience with other locations so I won’t be back here again.

Getting physically in/out was quite a scare as we witnessed a fender bender as some one was trying to pull in or out of the lot… there was a challenge trying to park temporarily near the business unless you parked on the sometimes dangerous street of Blackstone Ave pretty much no customer parking and large semi truck parked in front entrance with no access in/out of lot for clients to move about with vehicle… the administration was perfectly professional and helpful working as quickly as possible to process the line in spite of working alone picking up/dropping off. They are the absolute reason for good rating but the landscape is questionable on many levels of safety and customer convenience

You guys could cut us some plaque especially when they put more in the gas tank I put a full tank when it wasn't at a full tank when I got it and I barely went over the miles I didn't have to fill the gas tank I did it out of the kindness of my heart

My van was on Empty. They said they cant control how much gas is in the vans when returned and the gas was siphoned. I told the manager he can verify that the van has gas in it before he assigned it to me.

Way under staffed and over committed. Picked up a 15 foot truck that the attendant spent 30 seconds cleaning at best. The check engine light was on, the truck had no rear view mirror, and it had less than a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up. Drove it 34 miles and was charged $90 FOR FUEL!! Asked for an appliance dolly and was charged for a furniture dolly as well. A heck that $29.95 ended up costing me OVER $200!

Ensure that there is gas in the vehicle as represented on receipt given and highlighted at check in. Ensure that customer checks all boxes correctly and is not told to skip the pictures on the mobile app after the license plate validation.

The truck I rented had a broken passenger mirror, and the check engine light came on. The next day, on Sunday, when I delivered the truck, I saw someone siphoning gasoline from another truck. The customer care representative did not inform me that they start at nine, even though I told him I would drop off the truck at 7 AM. However, the phone customer care rep was helpful by showing me how to do a key drop on the positive side. The truck was clean, and the staff was friendly, with a lot of inventory to choose from. The negative aspect of this experience is due to the area on that side of Fresno.

Under staffed. Had to drop my trailer just wherever. They couldn't get to it. Then waited in line for a half hour to make sure I got some sort of confirmation that I brought the trailer back. Online drop off wasn't working.

Received the truck with no gas, 0 miles to empty. Told the staff and he assured me I would make it to the gas station. I did not. Had to run back to the business and get a broken container and a nozzle to fill my truck up on the side of a busy road. So overall not happy they couldn’t just add some gas when they had it there instead of me leaving and running out.

All the negative reviews on here are from people that just don't have anything better else to do but to complain. In 2 weeks I had to ee t from this location 4 times and all 4 times staff was more then fast, helpful and reliable. Trucks and uhaul where exactly what was promise to me.

Great guys to work with. Quick service. *** Was supposed to drop the trailer in Course Gold, Ca. Called that site at 10:00 am. Their response, we close at 5:00pm re: UHaul etc. “Be here before 5“ I was there at 3:00pm. They informed me that they no longer deal with UHaul trailers, no room etc. I had to drive approximately 45miles back to Fresno, and 50 miles back up the Oakhurst. ( 95 total) Please put them in your data base as no longer dealing with UHaul trailers.

Wait time took longer then expected need more help at the front desk for quicker service. Second false information we were told to give how many miles we would use and if we went over it would be the same price. We returned the box truck within a hour and they said we went over and charged us more $ for going over when the lady at the front said it would still be the same price if we go over so that was a lie. Just glad we returned it and are done with these services here.

This location was awful. I accidentally dropped the rental this location and had it switched over to this one but was still charged an extra day fee when in reality the truck rental was in fact dropped off same day. I’m extremely upset with my experience and the lack of customer care. I want a refund ASAP

The people here work their butts off, so I appreciate them. However, it’s often understaffed, wait times are super long, and even if you choose the self checkout process, you have to wait in line. My complaint though is with U-Haul in general and their customer service. Today, I received a truck that stated the fuel was 45 miles to Empty. I went and put in some gas right away. After I added fuel, the gauge read 13 miles to empty. I called customer service and reported the issue. They told me to just wait until I needed roadside assistance. I assumed it was a faulty gauge, so I kept going. The fuel gauge eventually read 0 miles to empty, but it kept going. Until, of course, I was almost back, and then it ran out of gas. When I called roadside assistance, they informed me that I would be charged $300 for someone to come help me. That did not seem like the best approach, given that the problem was with U-Haul, not my negligence. There was no attempt to understand my situation and offer solutions. I only received a polite, “I’m sorry,” but that’s the way it is. I found another solution and was able to return it, but not happy with the customer service I was given when I had reported the issue early and then again when it became a problem.

Brandon did a great job with my cargo van rental. Huge improvement needed: The location needs on-site parking for customers who will be returning the rental vehicle the same day. It is really inconvenient and hazardous to park on Blackstone Avenue (a very busy street) or to park more than a block away in a declining, unsafe adjacent neighborhood.

It turns out that the key drop was a good option during the day as well as the posted night time hours, but there was no signage to that effect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Reliance on apps and the customer's mobile device was not appreciated.

Antoinette and the team were friendly and supported with first time rental of cargo trailer. The gentleman gave me information about how to tow the trailer and hook it up... Everyone attentive and knowledgeable.... Great customer service.
