Be patient 🙏 A lot of people use Uhaul rentals and always go back. I've never had a problem with staff or equipment. A day rentals is way better than spending $$$$ on a trailer that ill use once or twice.
FRANCISCO LUsing mobile check in on your app is ridiculous and doesn't work, so I had to wait in line for a half hour cause you only have 1 damn person working the store. Your prices are a complete bait and switch. 99 cents per mile for a damn cargo van??? Give me a break. The only way you can spend $19.95 to rent it, is to rent it and then not drive it off the lot. You don't even have any included miles in your price. Who the hell rents something and only drives a couple miles. Maybe include 25 miles in that $19.95 base price. Maybe charge 25 cents a mile. You'd still make money and people would actually use your service more. I certainly won't. I'm done with U-haul.

LENORA OLong wait to check in with an advance reservation. Only one agent on duty. The web-based app where you take photos as directed and upload them is a JOKE! I took much better photos without the app getting in my way and limiting my framing area. The app was NOT intuitive and very slow and difficult and time-consuming to use. You should change the web app so that renters simply take their own photos first and then upload them out of their photo libraries.
JOEL PThe only person working the counter had no idea what he was doing. He took 40 minutes with one customer and backed up the line out the door. Been going to this location for 20 years, never seen such a poor group.

Wesley MVehicle was out of fuel due to someone siphoning the gas out of it. I was not positive if I would even make it to the gas station around the corner. The vehicle interior was clean, the exterior does not look like it’s seen a scrub brush in months.

MARISA OI rented a trailer and the staff didn't take the lock off when I left. I got home and found the lock on. I had to drive all the way back to Uhaul to have the lock removed.

DAVID AIf I wasn’t in a rush I would have asked for some compensation. Went to rent it at 11am between the dead battery and employees speed was not out of there till 1145. First truck they gave me had a dead battery. Second one the hood never closes and pops open while driving. The return process was very bad. Low staff miscommunication between them. Many people waiting in line they didn’t give one guy the key to the lock on the truck. Was a painful return

DANIEL TWe picked up the 15' truck with only 1/4 tank of gas, so the fuel light came on as soon as we arrived at our destination and the check engine light came on as soon as we left the parking lot. It was super inconvenient to have to stop and get gas with a fully loaded truck instead of filling it after unloading everything before we returned it.

ERIC TEverything was great except for the manager who scammed me out of $15. I selected the $15 travel insurance, knowing that I probably wouldn’t even need that. When I went in to the store the get the keys and sign the paperwork, the manager who was assisting me went through the order quickly saying “I bumped the insurance up to $30, if you don’t use it, I’ll take it off”. Well, when I went to return the truck after moving, the manager wasn’t there so the associate called him and told him what I said and he made it seem like it was my fault. I never agreed on the $30 insurance and he never took the $15 off like he said he would. Probably a scam to make his store look better like they’re selling the higher insurance. Probably won’t be using this location anymore because of that
CASEY RI am partially responsible for not looking over equipment before I left the lot, but, one of the tires on the trailer had for little tread life left. It was pointed out by a family member just before we started our move from Cali to Oklahoma. We drove about 7 hours to Kingman, AZ when I decided the tread was to low to continue. We contacted U-Haul and the tie was replaced with no hssels. My only issue is tires should have been in good shape before we left the rental location. Other than that trailer pulled great and we got to our destination safely.

SHERRIL RThe location was adequate, in fact the local representatives were very helpful. I do take huge issue with the overall process however. Firstly the pickup destination was changed to a destination further away than the original. This added miles and subsequently cost to the overall project. When I started the rental process on site, I was told that someone would call me to confirm the reservation and allow me to drive the truck, however no one called and I had to get assistance from the local rep. I was given a muddy truck with the fuel light almost on, way below the 1/8th mark. By the time I drove 10 miles to my destination the fuel low light was on, despite me turning off the air conditioning and driving conservatively to aid fuel efficiency. This only added to my anxiety as U-Haul delayed us picking up the truck by not calling when they said they would. Before I returned the rental I added $20 exactly of fuel, way more than what I was issued with when I picked up the truck. I was then charged extra on top by U-Haul for fuel. Overall I would absolutely not recommend the no contact rental, and in fact U-Haul in general.

JIMMY SEmployee was really rude and not helpful at all. When I got my truck the back door was locked with a lock and I could not open it. I had to go back to the location for them to open the lock for me. When I returned the car the employee was really rude and ready for me to get out of there. No social skills and lack customer service
