The receptionist “Avi” at the register threw the key at me during pickup and denied me access at the counter even though the app asked me to skip the line just to grab the key. Avi had me wait over 5 minutes.

Megan APicking up the vehicle was smooth and without issues. However, returning the vehicle took an unreasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this problem with U-Haul. The issue is not with the location staff or the customer service representatives, but rather with the outdated and inefficient system being used. We spent an excessive amount of time trying to contact customer service just to complete the vehicle return process. This matter needs to be taken seriously and addressed promptly. Otherwise, complaints to the Better Business Bureau will continue to be supported and filed by customers who experience the same frustration.

EDWARDO AWas charged for the Safe Move insurance which I did not request and was not told would be charged. When I made the reservation online I checked the box to decline it. Very disappointed by that since the rest of the experience was wonderful. I will be calling to request a refund for the $15 but because I signed the contract I’m guessing they’re going to decline. I was not shown the contract before I signed it and assumed everything was like I had it on my online reservation because they confirmed everything else. Scam but honestly, not surprising.

JASON BYea, this location is good. They seem to have a decent amount of trucks when I need one last minute. The guy who seems like the manager is nice and and makes things easy when I drop stuff off. It would be nice if there were better parking around the lot, but it is what it is. Not really a way to improve that.

Ruben UWhen I rented the van in the morning, it had 1/4 tank of gas. I felt this was unacceptable, but I was told if I returned the van with 1/2 a tank of gas I would receive a $29 credit. However, when I returned the van with 3/4 tank, I was told I would not be receiving the fuel credit. Also, a tire pressure alert went off as I was driving the fully-loaded van down the highway. This was a very stressful experience. I reviewed the tires and everything looked OK. When I returned the van, I was told this was a known problem with the van - the sensor was faulty. I should have been informed this at the time of rental. This was an incredibly disappointing experience with Uhaul.

PATRICK CAfter a but of a wait to pickup the vehicle, the process went smoothly. Being of an older generation, using the app for checking out the vehicle was a bit troublesome, but did get through it. Noted on check in, the front windscreen has a flaw that distorts the driver's vision, looking right. I feel it needs replacement.
David LThey charged me a $20 overnight fee after i returned my rental early but forgot to scan a qr code that takes me thru return steps like checking gas mileage, etc. The exact same thing employees would do anyway. I got charged because i didnt do what the employees are paid to do. Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.

FRANKIE AThe guy that helped me was sketchy. I returned my rental an hour early as promised. So i pulled up and ask if i can receipt because i heard story. So he told me just give minutes. I was like go ahead. I went inside the office and waited. I was watching went to my rental. Because the he looked at when i asked for receipt. That looks im right after, a good minute he told let me just check in the other customer. I dont know why. After waiting he went back again to the rental and checked, and came back told me that there’s a little dent on the roof. I told him right off the bat i did not hit anything. I told him check the last customer rented this van. He took his time browsing the other customer and thats when i realized he is doing something not right. He webt back to the van again thats when i told the customer sorry for the delay. It seems like he said that he found problem With my rental the roof is dented. He came back gave me a receipt he told we will still look jnto this. I told him what are you talking about. I left i took my receipt and will never go back to this location.

KIRILL LDefinitely did not disclose that if I turned in the keys after they closed, I’d be charged extra. I even told the kid what I planned to do, since I only needed the van for 2 hrs. A little annoyed I was charged extra for turning the van in earlier, but overall the van was clean and it was an average experience.
