First, someone at U-Haul pulled a fast one. Initially I was told, and the email confirming this stated the same thing, that the rental was for 24 hours, 4 p.m. to 4 p.m. When we picked up the truck, magically it became 4 p.m. to 9 a.m., which caused us to make multiple extra trips past midnight and tripled the mileage cost. I may well dispute the charges because of this. Second, the two attendants on duty Friday afternoon were: clueless and inarticulate (the young man), and rude and verbally highly insulting (the young woman.) If I were manager of the Glenside U-Haul, I would have them both fired immediately.
John SI dropped the trailer off after hours and that was smooth, only comment is that closing at 5pm is a bit early.
DAGOBERT BVan initially looked clean and well maintained. However, when we began our move at our first stop we noticed two beetles. We packed the van and began our journey to the next stop. Upon unpacking, a dozen+ beetles were on our items. These beetles were NOT from our items. Very disgusting.

STEVEN COne tire was under inflated by 10psi. Make sure you have the attendant check the tire pressures before you leave.
James CThe only downside is the parking for customers. The biggest upside was Marlow (I’m not sure if I’m spelling that correctly.) She was so pleasant and very helpful when we arrived to pick up the truck as well as returning. It was a busy morning and she had everything under control and remained super calm and friendly the entire time. Outstanding employee!

Nicole PI reserved the equipment at a location near me, and the reservation was updated to a pickup location an hour away. This was very inconvenient since we had an 80 hour drive ahead.

Anatolii KThe worker who unhooked the trailer from my car allowed the tongue of the trailer to roll forward and strike my car multiple times. As a result my bumper is now scratched and dented. The worker did not apologize or offer me any method to remedy the situation. They simply told me I was finished and I should leave. I also got a call the next day asking me when I was going to return the trailer that had already been returned the day prior. I had to call this location back multiple times and I was on hold for 1/2 hour before I could get my receipt. Again no apologizes or thank yous. Very disappointed. Unless something is done to fix my bumper I am finished with U-Haul.

RICHARD FFriendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were assisted with attaching our toy hauler to the truck. The only downside we faced was attaching the tie down straps on the vehicle ourselves.

Christopher PI had a great experience renting this truck. The staff was extremely friendly. The truck could have used a detail, it had a funky smell to it, but I guess that’s sort of understandable. Nonetheless, an interior wipe down and an air freshener goes a long way.
