Excellent customer service. The manager of the branch, who served me personally, was courteous, kind, professional and knowledgeable about her store and her equipment, and advised me how best to proceed with my move. When returning the vehicle same day, the young man who checked me out was also kind, professional and efficient. Thank you for making the move, usually an unpleasant experience, as easy as possible. Allow extra days to be added to the same charge card, by 1-800-UHaul, as the original rental was paid with to not require additional sources and tie up both with double holds.

Check in was easy and quick. I set it up online so it was seamless when I walked in. Very good experience. When I dropped off it took only minutes to be on my way. The gentleman who checked the van in was efficient. Went through and told me how much my payment was and thanked me and sent me on my way. Just an overall fast easy experience. Associates there were friendly. Exceeded my expectations

Although the people were very nice at the Havertown location , I was very disappointed. I had asked for a 6x12 trailer , and was CONFIRMED for that trailer at a different location . Was then told by Eddystone location they did NOT have what I was confirmed for. Sent me to Havertown , where I was given a 5x8 trailer. And my time was changed for pick up multiple times . So, in the end I DID NOT get everything I needed moved that I was suppost to . I was very disappointed. This also put me in a bad spot trying to get everything done . Which will end up costing me more money in the end .

Their was two employees who talked to each other while I was there continually I wasn't the whole she would ask me question the started talking to employ I would be interrupted by both they seem to not talk to me but both just wanted to talk to each other I don't like being ignored by your staff who interrupted the check in process

Make sure your auxillary outlets fuses are working because it is very common for people to plug in a GPS and even charge their cellphones using them.

Truck was too far from entrance. Someone with a physical disability may not be able to do a lot of walking. There was also an issue with being kicked out of the app when trying to return.

Unfair practices in regards to insurance. Safemove plus was purchased and an accident occurred which damaged part of the roof. My insurance purchase was cancelled and now Uhaul is attempting to charge me for the damages caused even though I was insured at the time.

On September 3rd I booked a 20 ft truck with a pick up location in my home town of Moorestown, NJ. I showed up on September 26th at 7am and was told they had no trucks available. They couldn't explain why. They found a 15 ft truck 30 minutes away in Trenton, NJ. Appears this happened because corporate accounts like Fedx, UPS and Amazon accounts had priority.

I made my reservation on Aug. 21st. 7 minutes before I was scheduled to pick it up i was called and told there was no truck for my family. Instead of the employees figuring out how to fix this epic problem, I had to com up with the idea of a smaller truck and a trailer. The manager at the location was kind and understanding, but this situation is beyond unacceptable. I will no longer be a Uhaul customer.

Great experience, but the issue with this location is there is usually (i am there often) only one overwhelmed person at the counter. They can be held up for up to 1 HOUR while u stand in line and wait. There are other workers in the 'back' but only one on the register. If not for that, this would be great, but i DREAD going there knowing i will have to stand in line FOREVER.

the phone rep. was nice and pleasant when assisting with booking my reservation. When I arrived at the location I received quick costomer service with respect. The attendant outside helped me with locating my truck and explained how to opperated the vehicle. I was very pleased with the services I received and if giving the opportunity I would recommend Uhaul.

I rented and returned in 24 hrs. I dropped off on Sunday when closed but during my 24 hrs was charged for 4 days. I want a refund.

The equipment was clean on the INSIDE. The outside was dirty. Main thing I wish is that the windshield was clean. I had to drive back to the location after leaving because there was a chip on the windshield that I did not notice through the dirt initially. Otherwise very good experience.

The return process was an absolute nightmare. My cellphone haaaates Pennsylvania's reception and your website wouldn't work (after enabling location services for chrome on android, uhaul site kept saying "your location could not be detected" on the "share your location to verify you're in the right place" screen.) I literally had to drive 20 minutes home from the uhaul store to get my wife's iphone and drive 20 minutes back to finish dropping off the rental because I couldn't use my android. Man... I was so pissed.

Not sure why Yelp is rating you 2.5. I would have rated a 5 I rated a 4 only because I did the remote check in but the key was where the system said it would be. I had to go inside for assistance. But the young man who helped was AWESOME. Thank you

Knowing I planned to return around 6:30pm, the person in the store didn't take time to explain terms and process of returning after hours. I was there and 7 and very confused and my phone died because I couldn't charge it in the UHaul. Was late because Trump was in Philly and traffic was in lock down. Once I charged my phone in my car, I was on hold with Uhaul for 30 min. They explained the 24/7 app, which I completed but then couldn't find the “drop-box” to leave the key! Had to call back and wait and they couldn't help me so they said to leave key under the cargo mat and they would put a note in my file. The store called me the next morning and said the nite said I still had the key! Guess they didn't write an accurate note. The whole process was very exhausting. As I said, going over all this in advance would have saved me A LOT of time.
