Raphael SReceived very little assistance when picking up rental. Had to go ask employee to move other vehicles so we could get our rental out. Told we couldn’t leave our personal vehicle on the property. When we returned the vehicle after hours the key return was jammed.
Joanne GIt took considerable time to take photos of the van before and after renting. Your website choked on the before-pics upload so I gave up in frustration. I'm also not thrilled that I'm doing the work that your staff should be doing.

Wayne PWonderful experiences all around. The Kirkland U-Haul dealer service was excellent and friendly. Explained the agreement well, especially about gas refill at drop-off. Picked up 1.5 hours after my morning appointment time with no problems. Got on the road in minutes. Returned the 15-foot truck with a driver's side rearview mirror that first shattered when striking a huge pothole and then mostly fell apart when I ran over a few more potholes both ways on the 405 freeway in a construction area between Bellevue and Renton. When I returned the truck, the counterman reviewed it for checkout and said the broken mirror was probably due to age and road conditions, so the vehicle insurance I bought would not be used to cover the damage, and the office would handle the replacement. Really, a great experience all around. I will happily use their rental services again, without reservations.

Maria CCaleb is awesome. He was the worker who hooked me up when I began the trailer rental and he was the worker who disconnected the trailer and finalized the contract when I returned the trailer. Top notch service.

Jason RThe truck smelled really old and like a wet dog with over 140k miles I'm sure it is hard to get clean. The young men that work at this location are very professional and friendly; they need a 10 star for the hard work they do.

WESLEY wCustomer service was excellent. No issues with the truck. One of the blankets we rented had a stain, and the cab could use a cleaning. But overall, we were quite happy. Will always rent from a UHaul Center, particularly Kirkland, as long a we're in the area. Thank you!

VALERIE LI wasn’t told if the extra mileage charge, was given a box truck when I said those were too big to drive, and I drove 15 miles and they charged me for 2 gallons of gas. I was charged an extra 10 dollars for my 15 miles because of they didn’t give me the same price they said they would and I told the man 20 miles when I checked in and paid for that but at check out I was charged for 15 miles when I was already charged for 20 in the beginning… nothing makes sense and I’m never using them again,

STEVYN AUhaul of Kirkland was quite excellent-- the staff was very friendly and helpful... and quick. No complaints with Uhaul of Kirkland. But, I do have a complaint with Marymoor Self-Storage (Uhaul) since I had originally scheduled to pick up the truck at that location... but they were closed (and should have been open) when I arrived. I had to call Uhaul and have my reservation switched to Kirkland. So good for Kirkland, bad for Marymoor.

WAYNE HThe only downside was that they told me the fan was full of gas when I took it. I drove 16 miles and filled it up again, it took 4.29 gallons. 3.73 mpg. Not very economical for a 9ft cargo van.
