Alexandre II had to wait for 40 mins to get my rental truck and even after waiting that much I got a 15 ft truck instead of 20 ft I had originally reserved 10 days back.

PAUL SGet rid of the AI based program required to borrow or return a vehicle. It requires location and camera access but does not include how that information is used, how you protect it, nor how long you will keep it. A counter agent can verify that the person and the license are correct. A counter agent can also verify the condition of the truck so I should not need to use an intrusive app to do so when renting or returning equipment.

Raywood RYou need to make delivery easier with a direct code. I arrived with the vehicle and I couldn't enter the site using the code you have instead of putting the key.
Deyvid SEveryone was pleasant and helpful at the counter. There was some computer issue upon my return the vehicle, but they still took the time to check everything gave us an estimate before they could confirm everything. Everything went smoothly. Van was super clean. 👍

JASON KOnly concern is that it can be impossible to reach staff by phone. I called they answered and said they were putting me on hold while they finish up with a customer. 45 min later I wa still on hold. Recommend providing more staff to support customer calls.

Raphael SReceived very little assistance when picking up rental. Had to go ask employee to move other vehicles so we could get our rental out. Told we couldn’t leave our personal vehicle on the property. When we returned the vehicle after hours the key return was jammed.
Joanne GIt took considerable time to take photos of the van before and after renting. Your website choked on the before-pics upload so I gave up in frustration. I'm also not thrilled that I'm doing the work that your staff should be doing.

Wayne PWonderful experiences all around. The Kirkland U-Haul dealer service was excellent and friendly. Explained the agreement well, especially about gas refill at drop-off. Picked up 1.5 hours after my morning appointment time with no problems. Got on the road in minutes. Returned the 15-foot truck with a driver's side rearview mirror that first shattered when striking a huge pothole and then mostly fell apart when I ran over a few more potholes both ways on the 405 freeway in a construction area between Bellevue and Renton. When I returned the truck, the counterman reviewed it for checkout and said the broken mirror was probably due to age and road conditions, so the vehicle insurance I bought would not be used to cover the damage, and the office would handle the replacement. Really, a great experience all around. I will happily use their rental services again, without reservations.

Maria CCaleb is awesome. He was the worker who hooked me up when I began the trailer rental and he was the worker who disconnected the trailer and finalized the contract when I returned the trailer. Top notch service.

WESLEY wCustomer service was excellent. No issues with the truck. One of the blankets we rented had a stain, and the cab could use a cleaning. But overall, we were quite happy. Will always rent from a UHaul Center, particularly Kirkland, as long a we're in the area. Thank you!
