Basi SThe only issue I have with this location is getting in and out can be a challenge. No where to park to drop off my driver and had to do several 16 point turns to maneuver around. However, the staff are awesome and aside from the former it was great.

Richard HThe vehicles door wouldn’t close properly the top sill to the door had a large gap of an inch. It rained hard the day I had rented it and my left leg and arm was soaked driving this car and still had to pay full price. I’ve rented here numerous times 20 + but never again. I was told I couldn’t recieve a discount because the workers didn’t have authorization to discount. This was rediculous

PAUL RI booked a truck online and visited the physical office to let them know in advance. The lady attending to me was very helpful and showed me where they would leave the keys since I was to pick the truck after office hours. On the day I was to pick it up, the safe had no keys and I had already called the moving company to arrive at my premises on time. I ended up switching to a different location, but since this was the second time it has happened to me, I dont think Ill try a third time.

Tami FThe check in was a little slow but the staff apologized for the delay and were very helpful. The van was clean and nice to drive, the shift was a bit dodgy, it wouldn't quite engage. This location has no onsite parking, perhaps an agreement with a neighbor would help.

I told him it smelled like that when I got it and he told me he doesn’t remember it smelling like that!? I moved a glass dining table and nothing else. U-Haul has hired young incompetent people to run their stores.

GEORGE GPlease don't park so close to other trucks on the gravel I could not open the drivers door. Even worse trying to back out in deep gravel and the side mirror will not even move or adjust so old and stuck.

RYAN DMy only issue is that, like many U-haul locations, there's not really anywhere to park your own vehicle while conducting business in the store & it's very hard to maneuver the truck out of the tight parking area. It's not a great layout.
