The staff was great. The equipment on the other hand was poor. The 1st issue was the P/S turn signal/taillight. It was not working. They attempted to repair it and it appeared ok however approx 3/4 of the way home (approx 7 miles) the light failed to work properly. Roadside assistance came out and replaced the main wiring harness between the trailer and my truck as the wire had damage that may have been part of the problem. This seemed to fix the issue, TEMPORARILY! The following morning I loaded up and headed out only to run into a gamut of problems. The D/S turn signal/taillight had a fault, then it switch to the P/S, then the trailer showed disconnected all together. There is clearly something seriously wrong with the unit I was given for my rental. I know my truck is not the issue as not only did we check that and it checked out good but I have towed many times in the past and never had this issue. Also, I noted that the D/S rear door of this unit had a broken hinge. The units at this location seem to be pretty worn or beat up.

It rained hard the day I had rented it and my left leg and arm was soaked driving this car and still had to pay full price. I’ve rented here numerous times 20 + but never again. I was told I couldn’t recieve a discount because the workers didn’t have authorization to discount. This was rediculous

PAUL RI booked a truck online and visited the physical office to let them know in advance. The lady attending to me was very helpful and showed me where they would leave the keys since I was to pick the truck after office hours. On the day I was to pick it up, the safe had no keys and I had already called the moving company to arrive at my premises on time. I ended up switching to a different location, but since this was the second time it has happened to me, I dont think Ill try a third time.
