Michael MI rented a tow dolly that was in excellent condition. The online appointment procedure and rental transaction went smoothly with good communication before my pick up appointment. If there was anything to complain about, it was that I made an appointment for a location that was close to me but, just before picking up, I was told that I had to drive over 30 minutes to another location. Also, the rental agent there didn't tell me that I should have had towing lights on my towed vehicle. I read it on the usage instructions printed on the dolly before I loaded my car. No issues, though, as the dolly has brake lights and turn signals on it and I put the parking lights on in the car while I was towing at night. On the bright side, I didn't have to purchase something that I was only going to use once :) Be mindful of tight spaces and parking. They tell you not to back up and you really can't because the dolly is articulated. It doesn't back up like a normal trailer. Overall a good experience, though.

Stephanie GI had a unique situation, which was I already had the truck, but U-Haul asked me to redistribute a trailer. Every company has software that has some quirks. They work through it in a fantastic manner. Cannot complain.

Peter GPulled in to the drop off spot and and was told to go to a different location but i refused dur to the amount of fuel it takes. Than i had to back up and park it in a different spot with the trailer on.

JOHN DFix the leak in the cargo space. It rained and destroyed the boxes I purchased for this trip. The truck was extremely noisy.
Frederick CInaccurate reporting of fuel. Received van with less than 3/4 tank and charged for full tank. Tried to pin a broken fuel door on me when i received it with the damage already there. You’d think something like that would be in the records. Overall bad record keeping whether intentional or not, it’s costing more money than advertised.

PAUL GWhen we got there, we were told that we could not park in the spots available in the UHaul store. We were told that we needed to park in the Wawa or somewhere else. We tried to park at Wawa but they did not let us park there. With picking up a rental truck and not being able to park in the same spot, it created extra stress with figuring out where to park. When we did talk with the customer service representative, she was not very pleasant or helpful with answering the questions. She did not show us where our UHaul Truck was and had an attitude. When we returned the UHaul Truck, it took between 45 minutes and an hour to do the return truck feature available on the app, which caused us extra stress after a long day. I would not recommend going to this UHaul due to the poor customer service representative, unable to park your car in the same area, the difficulty using the app, and the amount of miles on the UHaul Truck. Our specific UHaul truck had over 139,000 miles.
PATRICK RThe associate took over 20 minutes to get me my keys and was not friendly, walked so slow like he couldn’t be bothered. My pickup was half hour late because of that. Then there were so many additional fees, my $20 truck suddenly cost $109.
NICOLE SInterior of cab needs a little cleaning and there were a fair number of strange noises when driving, maybe normal for a truck with over 100k miles? Person at desk was very polite and professional.

ROBERT TCheck your gas guage! Mine was on F. When I filled it up it was past F. I paid for 6.5 gallons of gas to drive 33 miles for a 10 foot truck. I could not get any money back.
