The first truck we got should not have been given to anyone as it kept dying! Cause us more time in a long day to exchange it. The second truck was clean and did get there but the passenger seat couldn't move forward so was uncomfortable. Also we were told 60 miles was included in the price, yet we were charged for all miles driven.matt H.

Get rid of the lady who wouldn't get out of her seat. And argued with me telling me I gave her a number I no longer have. Knowing she was sending me a text. What a piece of work she is. The guy that was doing all the work is probably always tired. She has no business dealing with customers, but oh well I guess at least she shows up right. Don't charge for things declined. Declined protection online. When I got there I wasn't told they would be charging $113 to my card. When I looked at the receipt, that charge was there and protection was added to the vehicle. Not stressing about it, but you can't scam people out of money to make money.Dakota F.

This location has less than 3 stars on Google reviews. My experience did not reflect that rating at all. I would give my experience 5 stars. The people were very nice, and upfront and honest about all of the charges and fees that I might get. Even when I went to return it and had some questions they were able to answer my questions. The dashboard was fairly dirty. Obviously had not been cleaned in awhile. The windshield was flat out filthy including an area of bird droppings. Did not use the wiper/washer to try and clean as I didn't want to make it worse. Employees were friendly and did their job well as far as processing my reservation. However, the first vehicle they assigned me the keys could not be located. Upon returning the vehicle to the return area where it is clearly posted to remain in vehicle and wait for employee, they never did come out. I had to go inside to let them know I was there. While this transaction was not perfect I would use them again in another situation where I needed a vehicle for a short time without travelling very many miles.David S.

Was supposed to be done in one day. They didn't even call to say the car would not be ready until the next day. They didn't put the ball assembly in the car or give it to me at checkout. Fortunately I realized we didn't have all the parts before we needed them but had to drive all the way back for them. And they installed a more expensive wiring assembly that what we ordered online and they just added the extra cost to our credit card without even mentioning it. After about 5 calls, I finally got that refunded. And the amount of time at the counter for each interaction was unbelievably long.Townsend S.

Installation was delayed a day because they didn't have the wire harness. Tried to tell them that I didn't need it but there was no communication. The truck was in terrible repair. One headlight was out, the brakes squeezed needing repaired and it acted like it needed power steering fluid it was more difficult to steer than it should've been. Reserved the night before at wagoners and went for pickup and was told he cancelled it because he didn't have a truck the site wasn't correct. I was not notified of this change and I wasn't refunded until I asked for him to find a location and apply the payment. The lady at the Lynhurst branch was rude, unhelpful and slow as molasses. She exhibited no customer service skills and acted as if she wasn't called by wagoners when I was standing there and heard him talk to her over the phone. I have to say the entire experience was below poor. I would not recommend UHAUL to anyone for any part of a move. I rented a large truck-poor experience, I rented movers from the Uhaul site-very poor experience, I rented pods from Uhaul site and the doors was impossible to close (warped) and I was mislead on delivery and pickup charges due. Uhaul needs to have better systems, maintain the equipment better and do LOTS of customer service training!Charlotte S.

I completed everything on line and checked in. When I arrived I had to do everything again. The cc machine didn't work. I then received a cancelation notice as appearntly when the location made me go through the process again it now made two reservations. I rented the unit at 3:10 pm and returned it at 6:03 pm. The location closed at 6. I received a call the next day asking when I was going to return the equipment. I explained I dropped it off and where. I even took pictures when I dropped it off as I assumed there would be some issue based on the odd experience at this site. I was disappointed in the entire process, lack of professionalism and lack that staff does not review inventory the next morning to verify drop offs etc.John S.
1) staff shouldn't be eating dinner behind the front desk. 2) staff shouldn't be playing on their phones ignoring customers. 3) my rental wasn't available because someone else had the truck I was renting and had been running late. If they knew this was the case they should have made arrangements to have something moved to that location so my reservation could be fulfilled as expected. 4) I was told â€œWhat do you want me to do about it it's not my fault they're lateâ€ by the employee this is unacceptable and only made me angry. 5) I was able to rent a different size moving truck but it was filled with rat poop, a broken lamp, dirty tissues, and sticky soda. 6) I didn't receive the reservation reimbursement for not having my reservation. Trailer reported stolen. Cops came to my house. I wasn't home. Uhaul towed dolly away. Never contacted me. Delayed my trip to Florida 2 days. When I returned trailer they tried to charge me for the 2 days I turned in late. They didn't even try to adjust time rental and I had to go thru explaining whole situation again to get money refunded. Took even more of my time. I was on phone with "customer support " for a total of 5/6 hours over two days. My family was scared cops would return to arrest me since trailer was reported stolen.Ted Z.
