I was new to this location. Attendant was very glad I had checked in on line because he was the only one in the office at the time and had to do other things. My only slight complaint was when he gave me the key he didn't tell me where to find the truck. I couldn't find him when I went back inside.Richard S.

The local pick up was excellent. I had major difficulties in returning the truck after hours as the "Share my location" feature of the website was not working. I was on hold for almost 2 hours. I finally just dropped it off. National call center is a disaster.John O.

My vehicle was not where I originally reserved it to be 195 American Legion Highway Revere MA.. I looked everywhere for the vehicle. There was only one and it was not mine. I had to call customer service and was told I had to go to another location. Customer service rep was amazing and not her fault. I do feel as though I've should've gotten some sort of discount for the inconvenience. I lost about an hour of time. Than you.John L.

Juan and Freddie are simply amazing! They arrived early in the morning and immediately delved into work. They are experienced and know well how to best organize items to maximize the utility of the Ubox. I think they managed to put in everything from two bedrooms to n one box, which is amazing. They are friendly and efficient. They finished the whole job in less than an hour! I would highly recommend these people to everyone. 10/10.Juan F.

The truck was very nice but the ramp was a Problem it would not operate properly, When loading it would to extend properly. I had an automotive mechanic look at it, he said is was off the track and could not repair it, What a mess, very disappointed. No assistance when returned, sorry, no refund at all. We were supposed to get the truck by 2 AM with the app but when I got there and tried to start "pick up my truck" with the app, I couldn't and it was written that I had to wait until 9 AM to get the truck by the hand of the customer service inside the location. Then, we called the customer service and your employee told us that there is nothing that he can do, except your little 50$ refund. We spent 50$ for a cab ride from the airport, book a hotel room (100$ for the nearest and cheapest) in Boston in the middle of the night because of that problem, got another uber for the ride to the hotel (15$) and then another uber (15$) to get back to uhaul again in the morning. The employee inside the uhaul location told us when we came by to get the truck that he himself put the key in the lockbox the day before for us to get it during the night. I understand that it is not his fault, but definitely your app system and it is not the first time I've had problems like that with Uhaul. The customer service has to deal with a lot of problems just because your system is not working properly, and has to deal with angry customer for that. They are definitely not paid enough to deal with the problems that their own company is creating. Definitely the WORST company system I've seen, and I will NEVER recommand your company. Oh, last thing, what will you do for the extra 180$ (- 50$ refund) that we had to pay for your mistake ? Best regards, JFJean-Francois P.

I had filled in fuel and they claimed that it was not the mark and it was off by a little and they charged me $70 extra for fuel. Since I did not take a picture on the start of my trip and the manager was not there. They told they couldn't do anything. They literally charged me for a full tank of gas which was maybe off by 2-3 gallons. Horrible experience wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.GURU B.

The dispatch did not even provide me with someone for 2 hours after I first contacted U-Haul. I was stuck on the side of a highway without the ability to contact anyone. In total I didn't get help for 3 hours until the service person showed up.Kevin R.

The young woman I worked with in the morning was fantastic. She was very helpful, finding a truck in the April snowstorm we experienced. The kind of person you hope to encounter and work with at 9AM on a moving day. During the move I was stuck in traffic from two separate accidents and didn't return in my 4 hour limit. When I did return, I mentioned it to the employee at the counter and explained. He was also very understanding and didn't have any concerns. Just great customer service all day today during a move that was otherwise quite frustrating!Joshua M.

The only thing that I will say needs a lot of improvement is the internet site when we customers login into our profile and the mobile phone, those twi are awful, but staff were super extremely friendly no matter what, the following up services amazing.Mayda R.
Offer the customers the ability to drop off at a location closer to their move. I've been told that I have yo bring the truck/van back to this location when I'm done using it; though I was moving stuff from Malden to Lynn. This meant that the mileage cost doubled and so did the gas usage and driving back to My new place extremely tired after moving all my stuff and back and forth driving.ANA H.
