The young woman I worked with in the morning was fantastic. She was very helpful, finding a truck in the April snowstorm we experienced. The kind of person you hope to encounter and work with at 9AM on a moving day. During the move I was stuck in traffic from two separate accidents and didn't return in my 4 hour limit. When I did return, I mentioned it to the employee at the counter and explained. He was also very understanding and didn't have any concerns. Just great customer service all day today during a move that was otherwise quite frustrating!Joshua M.

The only thing that I will say needs a lot of improvement is the internet site when we customers login into our profile and the mobile phone, those twi are awful, but staff were super extremely friendly no matter what, the following up services amazing.Mayda R.
Offer the customers the ability to drop off at a location closer to their move. I've been told that I have yo bring the truck/van back to this location when I'm done using it; though I was moving stuff from Malden to Lynn. This meant that the mileage cost doubled and so did the gas usage and driving back to My new place extremely tired after moving all my stuff and back and forth driving.ANA H.

The U-haul associate Andrew, was very friendly, and helpful. Great customer service, I called ahead to schedule pickup and when I arrived on-site the van and materials were ready for pick up .... no hassle for payment and ID verification took less than a minute, I was in and out the door. Definitely recommend this location, given that I've used it at least 3 times.Chord S.
I was verbally harrassed by an employee named Andrew. He got mad and threatening to me when I asked a question about my bill being three times the original amount. He told me to "Get the fuck out of my store before I kick your ass you stupid white fuck. I am apphauled and have reached out to customer service. I have been waiting on a call from the "GM" since yesterday. I have also filed a chargeback with my credit card company because even customer service didnt answer any of my questions about why my bill was so high. It was almost 3 times the estimate I got online when I booked and I am disgusted that I was treated with such hateful rage. I have been in business management for 25 years and would be disgusted to be OK with this guy speaking to their customers. This is also a corporate store so this is a direct reflection of how they treat their customers.Jason D.

The women who checked me in at 7:00 am was great. Helpful, honest and pleasant. When I returned the truck a young kid helped in the same pleasant way. The costumer service was excellent at this location.JOHN M.
When I returned my U-Haul they tried to charge me an extra 31 miles telling me I drove 54 miles in total which was not correct at all so a U-Haul that should've cost me less than $50 almost cost me $90ANGELA P.

You will charge me the most, I returned the second car and charged me until Wednesday. The poorly educated attendant of the Malden shop said I needed warns that I returned the car, but whoever gave me the equipment said I needed to just leave the equipment. I asked him to look at the Security Camera that I left the equipment and he told me he would not see it. The servic of the Malden store at Eastern Ave is very bad, it's not the first time I have problems with them. very upset with their service, obs the equipment was in good conditionsTIAGO S.

After a stressful day and moving by myself went to the wrong location after putting gas turn around head to this location on eastern ave explained why I'm late and that it's just little under in gas the rep Andrew guess his first day back he said from being out would take care of it not charge me for being hour late and the gas is okay made my day so much better people like him makes life easier thanks Andrew at Uhaul on eastern Avenue across from the car wash appreciate you so much with money being tight you helped lil but meant so muchRosa C.
Getting my box delivered the first time was super straightforward and clear, the return trip less so. I wish there was a feature on i haul to just return box/finish service. Instead the system kept seeming to show that i had reserved a second truck/box which sent a bunch of weird reservation notices making me have to call i haul additional times to clarify what my service was and what I would/would not be paying for. I had to ask the customer service rep to pull up her mask which she did do when i asked her and was otherwise pleasant. There was no dolly in my rental. I told her during drop off and was told the charge would be taken out. I just got the receipt and the charge for the dolly was still there.GAURI D.
