ROBERT YThe vehicle is running a little less than a quarter full of fuel… I put in $10 worth of fuel… and on top of that, the bill charged me an additional $30 for the extra tank of fuel. I don't think it's fair because the tank was low and I had also put in fuel… and I left it at the level it was when I received it… I'm not happy with the additional $30 I was charged on the bill.

MAYRA HI was in and out very quick,, with very pleasant customer service. The return was equally pleasant, with a UHaul employee waiting outside to receive the vehicle and send me on my way. All in all, it made the stress of moving less stressful.
RAYMOND AI had a lot of items become damaged in the move. It seems that water got inside of my uBox and damaged electronic components of what I was moving. Additionally, many things were banged up and excessively dirty from the uBox even though I hired professional movers to load the box for me. I purchased insurance for the move and am having a difficult time navigating filing a claim for damages.
Lynne CUhaul and the employee there, Noah, were amazing. He made this difficult time much easier. It took me 10 minutes to rent truck and go on my way. I would definitely recommend Uhaul and this location

SINVALDO CMy reservation was changed from a U-Haul location that was 5 min away to one that is 35 min away from my house. This increased the mileage by 200% and also the cost. I disliked the last minute change to this location. My original reservation meant nothing.
GWEN ROrder has the u-box going to Somerville but it was actually at malden so my movers has to go to both.

John KThe pickup experience was incredibly disappointing due to how the desk attendant treated us. We came close to canceling the reservation altogether. The staff member failed to clearly communicate the insurance waiver requirements for cargo vans. The signage said something like “must provide documentation,” so I assumed physical proof was needed and switched to a 10’ rental truck, which didn’t seem to require it. When we double-checked later, he confirmed that simply showing a policy number on the phone was enough. Instead of clarifying politely, he condescendingly insisted we reread the instructions, claiming they were perfectly clear. When I asked to switch back to the cargo van, his response—“You people make it very difficult for us”—felt particularly offensive and dismissive.That said, I want to acknowledge the the staff during drop-off; she was friendly and extremely helpful.
Samarth LVán had trash in it; the tire pressure monitor light was on, the power adjust for the passenger side mirror wasn’t working and the brakes were soft. There also seemed to be a bit of a pull in the alignment. The worst vehicle I’ve rented with U-Haul.

CARLOS AHelpful in all areas, easy sign up, picking, and dropping the truck off was an easy process with allowing you to leave your vehicle made the transition so much easier.
THOMAS JI leave 3 stars because I had my location changed one day prior to pickup, and then on pickup day I was changed again to another location. This was a very unfortunate way to start a move! However, this location itself was 5/5 stars and the guy that we spoke to was very good.

BECAUSE OF THIS I WAS OVER A HALF HOUR LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT. I WENT TO TWO LOCATIONS, SO I AM NOT WHICH LOCATION I AM SUPPOSED TO JUDGE. THE PEOPLE AT BOTH LOCATIONS WERE FINE. I BLAME THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WHO MADE THE RESERVATION.
