The U-Haul check-in is extremely slow and painful. We waited one hour standing. Please update your IT systems it makes for an unpleasant experience and one where the nice manager trying to help us couldn’t due to slow systems. It should never take that long it makes no business sense. Brandon was very nice but not much he could do to speed things up.

MUKESHBHAI LThe truck I got the driver window rail need to be fix. When I roll the window it got derailed in the freeway the window almost flew out. And the trunk rubber seal needs to replace rain got inside.

RICHARD MI had a bad experience because they charged me for the gas and I had to charge it with my money because I didn't have it when they gave it to me and secondly the miles they say I used were not the same ones they charged me

JAMES VOver the past 20+ years, I have always given the UHaul Oakland Rd, San Jose, 5 stars. Today was different. The people were courteous and helpful, but the 20' truck was dirty - front windows smudged (could barely see out), steering wheel sticky, there was no handtruck either in the truck or even available (someone found a tiny dolly). What happened?

SAISASHANK DMy U-Haul was parked close to another, so when I took the pre checkout pictures, it was difficult to see one side of the vehicle. I was uneasy about driving the truck even a few feet without completing the pre checkout inspection so having a bit more space to take a picture would have been nice. Overall it was a very fast and easy checkout and return procedure.

Xavier AI made a reservation at the u-haul on 705 Curtner Ave, SJ for Sunday, 11/23 9am. The first customer representative did not want to accept my German driver's license, although u-haul clearly states on its website that it does. He also said false statements, about requiring an american driver's license one week after moving to the US. His colleague joint the discussion in a rude manner telling me that u-haul does not accept international licenses. One hour later I asked a friend to join me to a different u-haul in Milpitas just in case my license gets not accepted again. The u-haul representative in Milpitas (a young lady) was very kind and everything worked smoothly. All in all the lady in Milpitas saved the experience, despite the complete waste of time in the morning by the two rude representatives, which also felt like they were discriminating newly arrived delegates to the US. The lady in Milpitas deserves 5 stars. If I could give negative stars to the Curtner Ave guys I would.
