The staff did not open the office at the advertised opening time of 9am and only opened it 10minutes past the hour, despite being present on site.
In general the site was understaffed and had long wait times despite nearly everyone already having pre-booked reservations.
I was given a key for a van that was locked in by other vans. I was given a different van which had no fuel.
No customer obsession was apparent in this experience at all.

Went through 3 U-Haul trucks to find one with gas. I had to check the cars myself because the 2 guys there seems put out to check after I brought back the keys to the first truck that was empty. They were more concerned about eating their food. I will not be back to their location.

parking and driving out of the lot was almost impossible. kept getting boxed in by other vehicles. needs more than 1 exit from the lot!

Brandon, the site manager and staff was awesome. Was not disappointed with the service provided. Way better experience than what I had over 2 years ago. If ever the time comes again when I need to rent a uhaul. I would definitely come back here.

Those uhaul trucks are pretty old but ride like a beast and get the job done. The man if God that assisted me when I picked up my rental was quite pleasant and efficient. He was was very personable and polite. Upon return of truck ...different person who was quite the opposite. Smooth drop off nonetheless.

The lady that took back my rental’s key seemed to be annoyed when I tried to explain that my truck had 300 miles LESS than when I took it out 🤭 (maybe a typo).
Plus she noted additional miles to my contract, not the number shown in the odometer 😡

Three different trailers later, we got on the road. Only to return 7 hrs later an haveno where to park the trailer on the property as trucks were left at the entrance blocking the driveway- it was an absolute mess and we were unable to return the trailer until the next day which was a annoying and not convenient

I was impressed. Back in the 'old days' the u-haul equipment used to be damaged and prone to breaking down. Not anymore. Everything was in like new condition and worked like it shoud.
