This review is for the Campbell location. I had no problem with the militias location. Who ever is in charge of the Campbell location needs to teach their staff customer service. The women I spoke to was rude offered nothing beside a mono tone voice saying she didn't have the vehicle I had requested two weeks prior. I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get that uhaul then thirty minutes back to load what I needed. I want a refund for this bullshit I experience

This was by far the best Uhaul customer experience for me. I have never had any major complaints about Uhaul in general but this was the first time I went to a location without a reservation and left with a brand new Uhaul truck within 5 minutes of arrival. The guy at the counter was prompt in helping me out with the booking and within a couple of minutes I could see my pickup van arrive at the door. To add to that, it was a brand new van and I was off within minutes. I returned the van after hours at 10pm and saw the final bill in the email early in the morning at 6am. No complaints whatsoever.

Your reservation system is pointless as far as I can tell. I reserved a 15' truck over a week in advanced and paid in full at the time of reservation only to get called the day before I'm moving and told that there are only 10' trucks available. Whats the point of a reservation that I prepaid in full for, Reservations are meant to reserve, if there is nothing to reserve, then why was I allowed to make it in the system. Furthermore there were 3 15' trucks outside in the parking lot, why none of them were available to rent? I don't know I, didn't bother asking further after I was told nothing else is available. I was essentially paying the full cost of the "potential rental of a 15; truck". I can't remember the time where I payed for something for only the chance of receiving what I wanted. Maybe lottery tickets, so U-haul's reservation system is basically like a lottery, probably wont every use them again, because why would someone who is moving want this type of additional stress.

I m a handycap person your worker Chris parked in the handicap parking space designated only for use it was his car i couldn't get out of mine I waiting for you to open I had to squeeze out of my car very difficult for me he told me he work here an did not have to obey the law he could park there. He said to me very rudely you don't have a while chair any way so it didn't matter.l think he needs to no the law l almost call the police but l thought this is better just to report it to you l hope you take some kind of action toward him.he should respect the handicap.

Have a full tank of gas ready for each driver. I had 5/8 of a tank when i got in and it is especially annoying for long trips having to fill up to 5/8 again.

Usually I get good service but this time it went all bad. First I ordered a pick up, but when I went to pick it up I got the next size up. An Arizona mistake. Then the gas line was cut in the truck so I had to get it towed back to the pick up loc. and transfer my load from one truck to another losing 2 to 3 hour .

The only issue we had was they were out of furniture dollys and didn't hold one for our order as expected. I was also supposed to get $10 back for the dolly, but I never received the credit.
