My truck was double booked. I requested a 15’ and ended up with a 20’ which was not ideal for our moving needs.

Keith CUHAUL - This is my first rental in many, many years. It did not go smoothly. I used your app and wanted to pick up at a location in Jeanette PA. I checked a couple of days prior to my pickup date and they said we do not have this trailer - go elsewhere. I called your national number and they gave me to your location dispatcher 'Nate'. He rescheduled my location for Greensburg, PA. I accepted this change. I went on the morning for pickup and they told me that the trailer was unavailable as it had a malfunctioning turn signal. I would have to go a very long way to Connellsville, PA... I was very upset as this is a long way. Alternatively, I could come back about 3 hours later as they had another drop off that might work. I needed to get the trailer packed and couldn't afford this delay. The rep called 'Nate' and he found me another trailer in Monroeville, PA. (about 20-30 minutes away). I drove to Monroeville. There was only one rep there and he was juggling 3 customers at one time. He got me sorted.... There was some billing issues - discrepancy from the quoted price. Nate was called again and he sorted my price including a refund of $50 which covered my extra gas, tolls, and delays. The rest of the trip went well and Tilton, NH drop off was super! They had two members of staff. Again, they were awesome! I will definitely use them if I need a trailer in the future.
Robert TI was told I could extend the rental if needed but the day I called to extend they said I couldn’t due to it already being rented. Also said there was no refund for being over on fuel despite charging to refill it if brought back lower.

David BWhere do I start? I booked a reservation for a truck in advance and then they didn’t have one so I was offered a box truck which the Headlights didn’t work ac didn’t work. Marcus the general manager was incredibly rude and confrontational and the van wasn’t even cleaned he just handed me it right after a grass cutter got done using it. then I go to return the truck and he try’s charging me more MONEY. Horrible experience

Michael SThe trailer was connected improperly connected and disconnected a mile down the road. The hitch wasn’t tightened enough. Also the chains were not crossed propeller so there was no cradle for it to be cough in. They were tight which saved the trailer from scraping the ground. In my option they were under staffed and he was doing too much at once. Call with any questions. My truck had light scratched and no significant damage which is good so there were no major issues. I was able to move the trailer myself to hook it back up.
Ryan GJust fix the lock on the passenger side of the truck, would not unlock with the key and the padlock for the back door would not unlock. Other than that everything was perfect!

PARESH PI overstayed with the truck and the person who spoke to me on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I have never been treated or spoken to that kind of way in my whole life. Uhaul needs to improve on how it speaks to customers. I understand that I was wrong for over staying with the truck for reasons beyond my control.

Vivian UThe agent was respectful. One point of disagreement was I was told the fuel tank was full. It was not full. I drove the truck about 10 miles. I did stop and added full to the tank before returning the truck because I was told refueling was expensive.

Our reservation was bumped to a bigger truck that wouldn’t fit into our neighborhood and to get the size we were requesting we would have had to drive 30-60 minutes out of our way. I called them about it and they found us the truck we needed when and where we needed it. Huge relief and results where they counted!

Karla RAfter providing photos of each side of the truck per the link provided, I started the truck only to find there WAS NOT 1/4 of a tank of gas there was 1/16 of a tank of gas. I went back into the app, took more photos of this to document there was only 1/16 of a tank of gas. At drop off, the Monroeville location could not find my photos and charged me an additional 58.00 because I returned the truck with the same amount of gas I started with. So it was my fault the worker could not pull up the photos from the link to verify.

ANDREW CIt was an amazing experience in a difficult situation. I had a 15ft box truck packed full and my sweet, feline companion rising shot gun for the near 1,000 mi adventure. I had a very short period of time to move from MN to PA and from the fast pick-up of the truck at Toasted Wine and Spirits (great customer service) to the drop off in Monroeville (where the attendant was so kind and helped me save a few dollars), having U-Haul's convenience and easy accessibility, I was able to take a few needed deep breaths of fresh air and make the trip with less stress and easy driving. The passenger door had some issues with completely closing (which made for exceedingly concerning highway driving), but nonetheless it was a safe trip.
