I can not think of anything, but I will say I come in from Fairmount to this particual location, as I came upon it a couple months ago when I was up this way, They had exsacly what I was looking for and some items I found that I was not looking for

Better check of equipment. One tire on back had big cut in it had wait 3hrs for repair outside of truck dirty should have been washed

Employees didn't seem ready to go at opening time. They failed to give me the 6 Furniture Pads I had asked for. Link texted to me to verify everything didn't come until an hour later and didn't work. Took me a couple hours to get through by phone. Told employee on phone that they didn't give me my pads and he said he would adjust it, "Just remind me when you get back and I'll remember you". Which implied he would be there when he got back. He wasn't. Told the guy that was there when I got back and he said "Ok we won't charge you for the pads" then insisted I didn't need to stay and he would email me my receipt. When I got the receipt, I saw I had still been charged the extra $5. $5 sure won't break me but I don't like seeing people cheat their customers for extra money.

The 17’ truck i used needs to be serviced. The truck was using gas at a rate of .50 cents per mile, which is terrible.

It would help if you tell the customer where to look on the truck for ID # that matches the one on the key. I had to go back inside to ask where to find it.

Charged for an entire day when I only used the equipment for 6 hours. This was never explained to me.

The staff there is awesome. I am not sure if you could do anything to improve the experience. The truck was clean and everything went fast and smooth from coming in to returning the vehicle. That is why we come back again and again.

We went to North Syracuse because the Canal St/Teall Ave gave away the vehicle we had reserved earlier in the week in person. We had called ahead 30 - 45 minutes ahead of pick up time the day of the pick up to make sure it was still there. We were told it was there and ready to pick up. When we went to The location, we waited a half hour in line only to be told the truck was gone because we weren’t there on time. At least they called out to North Syracuse to hold a truck for us but we were on a time crunch and that added another 40 minutes to our schedule.
