Van interior was a bit dirty and gas was not full when I took it out. Informed the desk of gas issue and they adjusted the rental accordingly. Desk staff was excellent.

Your customer service number kept me on hold for over 30 minutes, while trying to contact my local U-haul Office yo discuss my rental. This has happened weeks ago when trying to reserve a truck.

Van was 600 miles over oil change when i picked up. Check engine light on. Clerk said all good no concerns. Tires bals got stuck immediately. Flat tire from sliw leak. Rear passenger signal didnt work. The vehicle pylled to the right badly/dangerously. Worst of all the pig got 6 miles to the gallon . Worst ever uhaul experience. And state police ran plate " no insurance" i couldnt prove because uhaul app cannot recognise this ripoff order. Terrible experience Again

The worst rental I have ever had 26 ft truck pulled to the right driving down the road tires out of balance brakes were horrible The counter person apologized and said it was due for service but still charged full price for rental offered me nothing .I know it was a short rental but felt it was very troubling to have that type of experience from such a large rental company

The truck I had was a gutless wonder. It had no power. Many of the small hills I went over, it lost a tremendous amount of speed. Had a tremendous RPMs, but shifted itself down to a low gear.

Truck smelled like cigarette smoke, brakes were warped, alignment was off, steering column was loose so the vehicle was all over the place, kinda expensive to get that.

Whenever you change a pickup or drop off point notify the costumer. We are busy moving and have better things to do than drive from uhaul location to another.

I initially reserved a 10' truck from the Teall Ave , Syracuse location. I was told a day before my pick up date they advised me there were none available and said the closest location was In Oneida, NY. I arrived there to find out they did not leave the key in the lock box and was instructed to go to E Taft Rd., where I finally got a truck, after a two hour run around when I thought I did everything right and I had no time to spare as I was moving my 88 year old mother to Pennsylvania. So my overall experience was not good,

i used this location a couple of time... i will use them again when it is needed... i had issues the last time.. but it was rectified... and no issues this time and with no issues i was able to finish my rental time way quicker than what i had Intesa pated.. i always say.. you keep the customer happy they will keep you happy...if you dont keep the customer happy they will go to someone who will..... keep up the good work u-haul taft rd

James did an excellent job at the desk for me, and was more than responsive to my needs. Truck was clean, but your systems should note prior damage to vehicles, rather than your desk pros having to note it every time the truck goes out. E.G., pre existing front bumper damage, pass window not functioning, etc. thanks.

I had the hitch with the wiring installed this morning. The wiring is in my hatchback and not installed under the car. So now I have to close the hatchback on the wiring and it will short out. This installation wasn't cheap. Not only that I have been waiting for 2 months to get my car in. Now I want to bring it back and have the wiring installed properly. However, I will be on hold over an hour and not be able to talk directly to the store. I have had this personal experience with Uhaul at least on 3 occasions. I personally do not like to write negative reviews, but this is not right.

The trailer was very well used... the inside was filthy. It was not cluttered with garbage just black from dirt and dust. If you touched any wall, or if anything you were moving did, it would get your stuff dirty.

Was supposed to pick up at 7AM. Clearly under staffed. Waited in line for 40 mins before being able to leave with my trailer. Was on a strict time schedule and was late for my pick up. Not the employees fault at all, he was very friendly and helpful. Just overwhelmed right at opening.

The Employees Were Amazing... its uhall its self... my reservations were canceled for Saturday when I called to confirm the address I was told they didn't have a truck for me. I hired a moving crew for that day and had to still pay them. then Monday we were there for 2 hours waiting there was one very nice man working was alone had so many customers waiting. when we finally got the truck the mover I then hired off the uhall website didn't show. They confirmed the night before and that morning and just never showed. I called them from another phone and he was at physical therapy. I then spent 2 hours on the phone calling uhall being transferred back and forth to different people, not one uhall employee could help or answer my questions. very frustrating and upsetting that no one could help. I then had to pay extra money to empty the uhall because it was such a hassle to get the truck. the next day we went to another uhall to rent a storage unit and they were so nice there as well. I was refunded the money for the movers not showing up. I'm sorry I not only lost 250. because uhall canceled my rental for Saturday I then had to pay extra to keep the truck longer. I shouldn't have had to pay extra. I should be getting a few free months of storage rental for what I had to deal with using Uhall. I will never use your company again at this point.

When asked what vehicle type information given when attendant install hitch on top of my vehicle it damaged plastic bumper When return equipment to store they said it was my fault I disagree because they should install properly. I filed a claim gave them an estimate of repair and am disputing my charges. Also the same attendant when returned to another store on brewenton for paper estimate drop off the manager was gone for the day and the same attendant roundly snatched the paperwork from my had claiming that he did nothing wrong according to his manager and asked me to leave his store

The truck was very old had over 160,000 miles on it. Outside had prior damage to it. Wish I could of had a better newer truck. You could tell how old it was by driving it very stiff. It was clean on inside no trash or nothing but, truck was beat.

Made reservation to pick up trailer at 9am. Store employee did not show up to open location until 9:20. Posted store hours were 9am - 6pm, I believe. Eight people were already in line. He was rude and not friendly at all. Never apologized for being late.
