JONATHAN LI was supposed to be credited the mileage due to a customer leaving her purse in the truck I was using so I had to be inconvenienced to turn around after I was miles away to return to the uhaul location so customer could retrieve her purse. I was NOT credited the mileage. Very disappointed.

Vincent BThe gas was not at level they said it was. When I asked if I should take pictures and upload them they said no. My app was not even giving me the option. In the past even after checking in in person I still had to upload pictures. There was no place to charge a cell phone. The air conditioning and fan stopped working completely 2 hours into our 5 hour drive. But- the staff was super nice.

Sheldon DRich at the Neptune beach Florida location was Awesome. He noticed the bolt on my tow hitch was loose before attaching the 6x12 trailer and with out hesitation took the hitch into his shop, tightened the bolt and secured the cotter pin ensuring safety. Outstanding customer service!!

Christopher ANeed more help had to wait 30 minutes because there was only 1 person. Was told that I would receive a refund for a hitch once I dropped off the trailer. But that was a lie. A 35 dollars lie. Live and learn.

Blake CThe only issue we really had was the ball for the trailer was the wrong size we had. The people that helped hook up the trailer did not even tell us we need a 2 inch ball. We went back and they said yea the ball you have the trailer can pop off. But on the website it said we could have that size ball but the trailer we had NEED a 2 inch so we had to go back and had them install a 2 inch ball on to my hitch.

David RUhaul was great on both ends of the move, picking up the truck and dropping it off. I was also able to easily extend the rental for another day with no problem. The only issue I had was not with Uhaul, but the company I had help load the truck, Liftsquad. They damaged the stairs in the house and the buyer of my home is going to take the repair costs, ranging from $1,500 - $3,500, out of my escrow. I am hoping that Liftsquad is cooperative in this matter and pays for the damage instead of me having to pay for it.
